My macpro keeps sending me the same email...a .emix format, and stores in a folder called recoverable mail...slowly fills up hard drive???

My macpro "mail" keeps sending me the same 387Mb email...about every 2 to 3 minutes...slowly filling up my hard drive...storing the data in a file from my username/library/mail/recoverable mail....
Very odd. Don't know if it is malware...or something I have done by attempting to send a .mov that was too big to send via the server?
I also cannot receive any new mail. It is not AOL, because from my desktop Mac there is no issue. It is my MacPro only.

Also, I keep trying to find a way to e-mail Apple about addressing this issue and about the information I am now finding on MacBook HD failures, but I keep getting led in circles in the support section of the website. Anyone know which email I'd use to contact them about this?

The App Store version sometimes gives problems. As you can't install 10.8.4 from the App Store, download and install the Combo edition > http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1659?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US This edition will work and will update OS X to the most recent version, in that case, 10.8.4

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

Blackberry 8520 keeps repeatedly downloading the same email messages and facebook notifications

My Blackberry 8520 has all of a sudden started downloading the same email addresses and facebook notifications, that I have already read, I tried deleting them totally and also deleted from my computer inbox, but it just downloaded the next lot in my inbox repeatedly instead. Sometimes it says I have 50 unread messages, which is the same 7 or 8 messages over and over again, showing as unread.
I have rebooted device several times and don't know what else to do now, can anyone help please?

Hi and welcome to the forums!
Have you changed the settings for messages on your account on the providers website?
(Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
If that's not it try the following:
Go to options advanced options, Host Routing Tables, click to enter. DO NOT click on any listing.
Press menu key, and select register now.
You will get a verification message. Then go to email settings and send service books.
I would suggest logging into the carriers BIS site via PC if you can.
You will get an email per account. Repeat the battery pull and see if the problem is
resolved.

Hotmail / MSN email continuously sends me the same email after deleting

I have an iPhone4 and I have several email account. Only account I have issues with is my MSN email account. I can get new messages just fine however if I delete the email about 2 minutes later I get a "new" email indicator and it happens to be the email I just deleted. Same time stamp and everything. I have my settings to remove from the server when moved from my inbox and also to erase the deleted messages after 1 day. So my settings seem fine but this account is annoying.
How can I fix this?

I thought I was being so smart taking a picture of my neice and sending it to myself and my sister- she got it as did I... the only problem is that my phone KEEPS sending it to me... She's adorable but I don't need a bi-hourly reminder of that!
The message is "Sent via Blackberry from T-Mobile" Is this a BlackBerry thing or a T-Mobile thing?

It is likely a hiccup in the system. You might try going on your BB to your sent messages and deleting the one you sent from there.

YOu will need to create that group contact on the server side, I don't think you can do it on the iphone itself.

Ask for security question but they send the email to my other second account ! Not the same email which i logon it

I had a weird problem i have two id apple account one of them i forget the security question i try to ask for reset but when i login to first email and ask for reset they send the email to other email which is in other account !! I need it to send to the same email which i login through it i do not know how they know the other email is my second email
Now i can not reset my security question because they send it to other email which has been hacked !!

Mail keeps trying to send the same email over and over

I tried sending an email, but it was too big to send, but not matter what I do, it keeps trying to re-send it anyway (even after deleting the message), it says:
"Mail has undone actions on some messages so that you can redo the actions while online. Mail has saved other messages in mailbox “On My Mac” in “On My Mac” so that you can complete the actions while online.
Additional information: The connection to the server “imap.aol.com” on port 993 timed out."
And I now have 5 of the same email in my outbox.

If you have a backup, you can restore the e-mails. Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Library/Mail/V2.

Will we have to set up 2 separate primary email addresses to be able to send and receive Tex Messages to one another? Like I said, we share the same email address and woul like to keep it that way to keep up with our email together. Is there a way to by-pass having to set up 2 primary emaill addresses if this is the problem?
