My mail shuts down constantly. I can't get it to work

After I tried to send a movie this morning by email, my mail has shut down everytime and won't let me do anything. Any ideas to fix it?

This is some of the report that it keeps giving me if I want to send it to apple....which I have done about 20 times. Actually I do not think the email with the movie is still there. So it may not be that.
