I believe you mean to say that you wish to switch which country's iTunes Store you are accessing. Go to iTunes Store > Change Country (all the way at the bottom) to do this. You'll have to use up all of your iTunes balance to do this. Post back if this is not what you wanted to do.

When i try to send email from my ipad i get the message The recipient "£)()&&£)" was rejected by the server. This has only just started to happen and I don't know why. Please can someone help. I have tried lots of things now and cannot solve it.
"Your email account" means to tap on the name of your email account. Whatever it is listed as in the settings.
In my mail settings, one of my email accounts is a Comcast account. I tap on the Comcast name and it brings up this window.
Then I tap on the arrow under the Outgoing mail server smtp setting to get to the next window.
In the resulting window, I then tap on the arrow next to the smtp server under the Primary Server setting.
That brings up this window in which I check to make sure that my user name and password have been entered correctly. If those items are missing, enter them in the appropriate fields and then tap done. -
i forgot my security question and it won't let me buy any songs but whenever i go to manage my apple id it says i need to tell the answers to the security questions but i don't know them someone please help
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

Your receipt for all apps, free or otherwise, will say "purchased". The Starbucks app is free. In the app store itself, the apps will clearly state their cost or "Free".

My MBP continually crashes and I don't know why. Please help me!
After two years of use I finally added more ram memory to my MBP (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00505EZYM) going from 4GB to 8GB. Later I ran a scan using Mackeeper and removed 3.4gb of junk files.
Since then my MBP crashes (with a transluscent black screen dropping down telling me to restart) or it'll freeze, my internet browser (Chrome) has trouble displaying pages and my software programs will suddenly crash out. I have no idea what's going on but these crashes have been happening on a daily basis since I installed the ram/ran the scan. Here's the latest report I received upon booting up.

It looks like you have several products that might be a cause (Kapersky....). Make sure ALL your 3rd party apps are up to date. Or disable them.
Try booting with SHIFT KEY held down (to go into safe boot mode). If no crashes during this, then it is likely software.
I would also run AHT with memory test on the new ram. Ram can go bad, and since I don't know how you installed it (ESD safety...), I can't determine if it is the module, or parity (if you have two, 4GB SODIMMs of different manufacturers and one has parity issue, it can cause problems). -

What information do you want to share, exactly? You can share contacts, reminders, and calendars with other iCloud users without the need for both of you to use the same iCloud account. You can authorize both phones to use apps purchased under the same Apple ID without sharing an iCloud account.
Sharing an iCloud account is a bad idea in general. There is too much opportunity for someone to damage or delete data that will affect both. -

This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login, or by a peripheral device.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Post for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including wireless networking on certain Macs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of steps 1 and 2. -
I can't delete an app and I don't know why. Please help.

Many apps don't support that method of uninstalling. See the quote below from OS X Yosemite: Install, update, and uninstall app
Uninstall apps
You can uninstall apps you got from the Mac App Store, from other websites, or from discs. You can’t uninstall apps that are part of OS X, such as Safari and Mail.
Apps downloaded from the Mac App Store: Click the Launchpad icon in the Dock, hold down an app’s icon until all the icons begin to jiggle, then click an app’s delete button . If you later want the app, you can reinstall it from the Mac App Store.
If an icon doesn’t have a delete button, it can’t be uninstalled in Launchpad. For more information about Launchpad, see Use Launchpad to view and open apps.
Apps that have an uninstaller: In the Finder sidebar, click Applications. If an app is inside a folder, it might have an Uninstaller. Open the app’s folder. If you see Uninstall [App] or [App] Uninstaller, double-click it and follow the onscreen instructions.
Apps that don’t have an uninstaller: In the Finder sidebar, click Applications. Drag the app from the Applications folder to the Trash (located at the end of the Dock), then choose Finder > Empty Trash.
If you change your mind, before emptying the Trash, select the app in the Trash, then choose File > Put Back.
WARNING: When you empty the Trash, the app is permanently removed from your Mac. If you have any files that you created with the app, you may not be able to open them.

No, at the moment you can only delete music when connected to your computer's iTunes, you can't delete it directly on the iPad.

first thing to do is plug it in and let it sit for a little while. if the battery was drained and you plug it in it will need to charge up a little bit before it will turn on.
