My membership doesn't show up in creative cloud

I have Creative cloud access through my school but now it is telling me my membership is expired and it wont let me open any of the software, when i attempt to renew my membership through my school it tells me that the membership is not yet expired!

    1. I am running on Windows 8.1
    2. When running the installer file from https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/reflow I get the following choice
    I click "OK" which doesn't do anything for me (CC is off).
    I turn CC on and run the installer again. I get the following window that within few settings disappears:
    Then - just for half a second it says "Launching Creative Cloud desktop" and then it brings CC to front, and that's all.
    RF still not there.
    3. I spoke ta support agent on the Adobe chat on Friday. He looked into my computer for an hour. Uninstalled After Effects (after failing to update it). For some reason all apps disappeared from the list. They then reappeared after he opened PS.
    This morning After Effects is still showing up in my system and is operational.
    Weird.
    4. At the end the agent suggested maybe Firewall is the problem here. Trying that out now.

  • Why does Premiere Pro not show in the Creative Cloud

    I just bought the montly membership, paid, got the confirmation, but still Premiere Pro does not show in my Creative Cloud options - under audio/video it only shows  and Photoshop, Prelude and Audition.
    When I use the link in the email confirmation that I received I can press 'getting started'.
    This leads me to the online Creative Cload Download - when I scroll to Premiere Pro, click on download I go to the next page, but still the program does not show?
    What should I do differently? I am logged in already.
    Please help me!

    Do you have a 64-bit machine?  Normally the listing will only include programs that your machine is capable of running.  Check your machine capabilities against the requirements for Premiere Pro and see if it comes up short.

  • Adobe 2014.1 Not Showing in Adobe Creative Cloud App

    Hi Folks,
    I previously opened a similar discussion. Re: 2014.1 App Updates Not Showing Up in Creative Cloud. The solution in the aforementioned discussion does not work in this new context.
    1. Reimage laptop with clean Mavericks 10.9 install, with Adobe CC preinstalled using CCP 1.4 and pre serialized.
    2. Enter my Adobe ID into Adobe Creative Cloud App. My Adobe ID has a valid CC subscription.
    3. Adobe 2014.1 app updates do not show up, except for Muse 2014.
    4. The Adobe Creative Cloud App did not think that Photoshop or any of the other Adobe CC Apps were installed, because I was given the option to "Install Photoshop"
    5. So, I "installed" Photoshop from the Adobe CC app. Still no updates
    6. Uninstall, reinstall. No updates.
    7. Checked for the existence of AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat in
    Location: <Startup Disk>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdaterInventory/1.0/AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat
    This file does not exist on my system: it's just not there. So that fix will not work.
    8. And yes, I logged in and out of Creative Cloud, and Quit the Adobe CC app and restarted. No luck.

    I am not sure about the CC Packager so the following is more general:
    What version of PS do you actually have installed? 
    PS CC 2014.2.1 is the current version.

  • Psd file does not show preview in Creative Cloud Assets Activity Tab

    I've tried to share a psd file however the preview will not show up in creative cloud assets under the activity tab. It only shows a blank page icon. Although, you can view the file in the extract tab. However, this is a problem because I need to be able to share the file with the client to be able to view and comment on it, and be able to switch between past and current versions. Right now they are not able to do that.  I am using Libraries as well and have smart objects placed from my Library.

  • No apps showing on my Creative Cloud screen.

    Why do I not have any apps showing on my Creative Cloud screen even though I have both Photoshop and Lightroom.  I did not even realize there should be apps listed on the CC screen until others started showing screenshots of theirs yesterday on FaceBook.  How do I get the apps so I can update LR?

    I purchased the 9.99 deal that includes photoshop and lightroom 5. Photoshop already showed that it was updated and I installed it. Lightroom is not showing up on creative cloud.     Also please make sure you meet or exceed the system requirements for Photoshop Lightroom at http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-lightroom/tech-specs.html.  If you do not meet or exceed the system requirements then you will not see the application listed in the Creative Cloud desktop application.

  • Apps removed but still showing up in Creative Cloud App. How do I reinstall them?

    After installing several apps on my laptop, After Effects, which I use for my business, wouldn't function on my desktop. I didn't know that you had to turn off the creative cloud connection on one computer before going to the other. Since I needed to deliver my projects, I removed the apps on my laptop. Three of them didn't seem to have an uninstall button on them. It didn't show up for some reason for - After Effects, Acrobat XI Pro, and Illustrator. I tried to find all references to them and finally threw every reference to them I could find into the trash. I must have left something in my system still because in the Creative Cloud menu, it shows that I still have those apps on my laptop still and that they are up to date. However, as I said, I threw everything that had to do with those apps that I could find in the trash.
    There doesn't seem to be any way to reload these three apps in the Creative Cloud app and since they are no longer in my Applications folder (I'm on a Mac) there is no way to uninstall or do anything else.
    How can I clear out the piece of software that thinks these three apps are still installed so that I can reinstall fresh versions? Thanks.

  • Why does Lightroom no longer show up in Creative cloud as one of my apps?

    I originally had a Lightroom 5 license but later signed up for the Creative Cloud Photographer's bundle. This has been working fine. However, following a recent update, I decided to check out the apps and find that Lightroom is not shown as an installed app although Photoshop CC (2014) and Bridge are. I am sure that Lightroom used to show up. I am concerned that I may miss out on any upgrades to Lightroom.

    Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

    I recently had to re-load Mountain Lion on my iMac and consequently I need to re-download LR and PS again. When I load the Creative Cloud to download, these two and others are not showing up and there to download. Any ideas? I have the teacher/Student addition.

    Ok then please try solution 2 in CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html.  You should then be able to reinstall Photoshop Lightroom 5.6 through the Creative Cloud Desktop application.  You can find details regarding the update process at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.
