Hello, I really just want to talk to a person. I was paying the 49.99 per month membership and I haven't gone beyond LR. So, I want to renew just LR and PS. I cannot seem to do this. HELP!

I inadvertently installed the Adobe Acrobat XI Pro on my laptop as a trial. It has expired and I want to remove it and use the previous version that I had on the machine before the install which was a full version of Adobe Acrobat. Please provide me with the steps to complete this.

You can uninstall in the usual way (Control Panel). You will probably then need to reinstall the older version, which the trial most likely removed.

Yes. Other browser do work. I played with preferences with in Google and it seems to be working. I''ll use it for a few days and see if it continues to work.

i did pay for the renewal of my developer account on May 22, and the money was transferred from my credit card to Apple successfully, but apple kept sending for me to renew before expiry "Renew your iOS Developer Program membership today" , finally i got this message today: "According to our records, your iOS Developer Program membership has expired and you no longer have access to resources for developing and distributing iOS apps" and i was unable to log in to my account..
should i pay again??? where is my money?

For someone with a problem. looking for free help from volunteers you have a funny way of showing your gratitude.
Your problem is simple. you waited for a month to look into this and now your account is cancelled. Only Apple can do anything about this. If you can't see that, if you think volunteers that are non-Apple employees can help you then you have a long wait ahead.

I need a data transfer from intact hard drive of older macbook that won't boot. Can Apple provide this service even though my one to one membership has expired?

I need a data transfer from a 2005 Macbook to my new one (2010). I damaged the old laptop and although it wouldn't turn on, when I brought it to the Apple Store they ascertained that the hard drive was still intact. They said I needed to purchase a one to one membership to get a data transfer, which I did, but somehow forgot about it and now it's expired. Is there any way I can still get the data from the old hard drive transferred to my new macbook? Can Apple provide this service even though my one to one membership has expired?

Go to OWC where you can purchase a suitable enclosure for the drive. You will need an enclosure for a SATA notebook drive. This is assuming the old computer is a MacBook and not an iBook. I make this observation because the first MacBook was released in 2006, not in 2005. If yours is a 2005 model then it's an iBook and uses an ATA interface.
Install the old drive in the enclosure, connect to your new computer. You can then transfer your data.

That's because you put a Beta version of iOS 5.0 on your phone. All the iOS 5.0 betas have expired. You'll have to restore your phone in iTunes to re-activate it.

Welcome to Adobe Forum,
The Adobe Creative cloud is a subscription based product where you pay monthly with an annual commitment.
When the subscription expires all the CC concerned products will stop working.You need to keep the subscription active to keep using them.
If you have any previous version of Adobe product installed for e.g Acrobat 9/8 etc. they will continue to work.

Why does it say my membership has expired?

Hi... I am getting notifications that my membership has expired. This is an issue I have been dealing with since Monday. To resolve it, out administrator re-assigned my seat yesterday and sent me a new invitation, of which I accepted... I am still getting the expired notifications when trying to sign in.
