My message disappears once I send it!!! Please help!
Whenever I send a message, the message disappears. The message isn't recieved by the people I am sending it to, and as of now it appears that I am not receiving any texts. Almost every time I open iMessage it says ''Storage Almost Full'' then has a option of ''Done'' and ''Settings'' I've deleted some conversations but nothing has changed. I've restarted, reset, turned off iMessage, and all. I don't have a backup so don't answer just saying ''restore.'' Please help me!!! Answers appreciated
Ok, substitute the word "iPod" for "iPhone" in my previous post. The same instructions apply.

If the screen shows a plug going to itunes, then you have no choice, It's in recovery mode. You'll be given the chance to restore from a backup either from itunes or icloud.
I assume when you got the message to update (was this for the ios or update some apps?), that was before the device when dead. At any rate, doing a restore does not change the ios. -

Hi there
I’d be happy to help with this messaging error! This will be due to the device storing the number incorrectly. Please do the following to resolve the issue:
Delete texts from both old number and new
Delete any call logs including these numbers
Delete old number from contacts
Delete new number from contacts
Restart device
Send text to the new number directly (do not save as contact)
Once the text sends successfully, you can then save as a new contact

Did you get any help on this? From what I can see from surfing this site, it's a BUG that no one has offered a solution to. It sometimes happens after a 'reset' and going to ITunes does not offer a way to 'set up push notifications'.

You might be viewing the PDFs in your browser only where Adobe Reader plug-in is disabled.
Please try opening the PDF file using Adobe Reader and then check.

You're using iPhoto 6?
Try these in order - from best option on down...
1. Do you have an up-to-date back up? If so, try copy the library6.iphoto file from the back up to the iPhoto Library allowing it to overwrite the damaged file.
2. Download <a href="http://www.fatcatsoftware.com/iplm/"><b><u>iPhoto Library Manager</b></u></a> and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.
3. If neither of these work then you'll need to create and populate a new library.
To create and populate a new *iPhoto 6* library:
Note this will give you a working library with the same Rolls and pictures as before, however, you will lose your albums, keywords, modified versions, books, calendars etc.
Move the iPhoto Library to the desktop
Launch iPhoto. It will ask if you wish to create a new Library. Say Yes.
Go into the iPhoto Library on your desktop and find the Originals folder. From the Originals folder drag the individual Roll Folders to the iPhoto Window and it will recreate them in the new library.
When you're sure all is well you can delete the iPhoto Library on your desktop.
In the future, in addition to your usual back up routine, you might like to make a copy of the library6.iPhoto file whenever you have made changes to the library as protection against database corruption. -

Hours and Hours of renaming, adding cover photos and so on have been for nothing. Itunes cannot find the files since they're not in the library at all!
I still have the music on my computer but don't want to add it as it is, as I have spent a lot of time "fixing" it! PLEASE HELP!Did you use spotlight to search? (I'm assuming you have a Mac as given above despite this thread being in the Windows forum). How long have you used iTunes on this computer? Is there a backup to your library, perhaps an only copy of it on a machine you've "retired". Is the media present in the media folder? (Yes, you've answered that earlier.) If so then the media files should have absorbed all the tag changes that you made and reimporting the media into a new library might not be a complete disaster, though playlists, playcounts, ratings etc. would be irretrievably lost.

when i try to reply to a text and click the send button it just closes down my messages.
and when i tap on my apps it just returns to my homescreen.
i cant back-up my iphone and i have pictures etc that i dont want to lose through restoring it.
please help me?Why can't you back up your phone? Connect it to any PC with iTunes, and right click on your device. Backup should appear, and this will back up your device.
Restoring it is the best option, upon completing a backup, you won't lose any core data (such as photos). You may just want to import your photos first to a program or your computer. Then they won't be lost. -
I have an iphone 5. When I receive text messages from 1 person (another iphone user) I receive the alert but the message disappears. Also my imessage app shows I have an unread message but the message is not there. I can send text messages to this person but imessages will not work. I am wondering if the issues in on my phone or the other persons. I have no other issues with any other contacts and according the to other person they have no other issues. Any help would be appreciated.
I had the same thing happen today. The solution seemed to be to open a few of my most recent text messages and manually delete some of them. Even though, those messages were already marked as read.
It worked for me and the count cleared. Hope this helps! -

In the XI I have to validate the input request message using a schema. For this I am writing a java mapping program using aii_map_api.jar.
My requirement is that If the input message schema validation fails then I want to send a response message back to sender.
How can I send a response message back to the sender in java mapping program?
Kindly help with sample code example.

First, I think PI 7.1 has this functionality and perhaps it comes in a SP for PI 7.0 and XI 3.0. So first have a look at that before creating custom development.
Second, if you use the java mapping, you will only have access to a request or response message. I would advise using a custom java module in the module processor and insert this message in the sender communication channel. This will allow you to validate request and send a response.
