My messages are "in the future"

If i fx get a message at 12.30, it says i got it at 14.30 etc. My phones time is correct. its only the messages time that is incorrect. how do i fix it?

This is an image of what I see when I go to the plugins' properties. The Open with file, is not with AE, and because of that it does not work with the After effects. But I don't know how to change it to open with After effects.

Hi SAP GURUS.
The standard output is created from the outbound delivery .
All the messages are hitting the system log instead of the application log .
This is after the upgrade from 4.6c to ECC 6.0 .
Please provide the details how to move the log to the application log since the output is the standard output (SAP provided output type ).

What is the version of your router? Is it version 1 or 2? The Cisco 10521 is the last 5 digits of the serial number of your router. That is the default network name of your router.

QueueBrowser doesn't work when messages are in the queue

We are attempting to list off the messages in a JMQ 2.0 queue while our application is running. The code currently creates a new Connection & Session and then a new QueueBrowser on each queue. Following that, we get an Enumeration of the messages in the queue and print them out.
When no messages are in the queue, this approach works fine and prints out all the relevent information. However, when a message is in the queue, the QueueBrowser just hangs. I've tried on transacted and non transacted QueueSessions and the same thing happens.
Is this known behavior and is it possible to work around it?

Windows intune message are you the primary users of this computer?

When logged in with a adminstrative account, we successfully installed the Windows Intune client with the login crecentials that are specific for one user.
When this user is logged in to his Windows desktop and he wants to start the Company Portal, he receives a message after using his Intune account credentials:
"Are you the primary users of this computer? To take full advantage of the Windows Intune Portal, and to able to install apps on this computer, it has to be linked to you. If you aren't linked as the primary user of this computer, you will not be able
to install apps from this portal.
You have the option Yes or No.
When selecting Yes, you will receive an error: Oops... an error occured! Link was not successful. An error occured when we tried to link you to this device. You will not be able to install apps onto this device from Windows Intune Portal before you are linked
to the device. For assistance Contact IT.
More information will show you an Activity ID code.
When you continue you can install apps from the Portal, but each time you connect to the Portal you will receive this message.
Is this a bug?

Depending on how you plan on using Intune this may not apply but for us, it provided a "decent" work around for windows 8.1 devices.
During our initial testing of Intune, we got around this "error" message on Windows 8.1 devices by installing the Company Portal app. It required a separate Windows Store account to successfully install the app as none of my corporate test accounts
were linked to Microsoft accounts, which you had the option to do.
Once the App was installed I was finally able to log into our Company Store with the test Intune account that was linked to the Windows 8.1 tablet. Our published LOB apps were listed along with the linked device too.
You could definitely deploy or sideload the Company Portal app, but for my testing purposes installing from the Store was sufficient. Unfortunately, logging in from the website or the Applications link located in the Windows Intune Center
still will not work. A solution would be greatly appreciated as we were hoping to deploy to Windows 7 devices also.

The messages are in the mailbox, but i cant see them!

I have a problem with one of my mail users... in the "Folders" option in the webmail he can see the number of messages in the folders and the size of them, but when he access into one of the folders he can not see the messages.... i have reconstruct the mailbox, but the problem persist... anyone can help me?

There are two ways to view ITHMB files. The first is to convert them to a more standard format, such as JPEG. You can try doing this with the help of the free utility, ithmbconv. The second way is to use the program iThmb Converter. It will let you view files without converting.

Mail is not downloading messages from two accounts but the messages are in the server.

Hello, I'm having this problem. Mail is not downloading messages from two accounts. I don't know why but there're two accounts working so bad. If I click with the right button on the account and click to see the account details, I can see the messages on the server but not in inbox. I made a sync with this account and my iphone and then the iphone downlad the messages with out problems. Not my imac at work or my imac at home... what can be wrong?

For Gmail, this is normal, there is nothing you can do about it -- just type Mail AND Gmail in the search box to see threads discussing how Gmail works.
As for the other accounts, this shouldn't happen. I wonder if what you're seeing is just that Mail is ignoring this setting for mail that was already on the server when you started using it. I've seen something like this happen when playing with that setting, e.g. changing it from "After one day" to "After one week". Mail would just ignore messages that fell in the timeframe where the two settings could interfere and I didn't notice it until some time later, when Mail "forgot" those messages had already been downloaded and, being faced with them again, dutifully downloaded them as if they were all new.
I believe that, if you leave the setting however you wish and stop playing with it, then Mail shall correctly process any mail that arrives from now on. In order to manually delete old messages that Mail seems to be ignoring, you can invoke the Account Info window (this is probably what you meant when you said "I can delete messages individually"; if that's not the case and want more info on this, just ask).

Message Area don't show the 'Show List' anymore??

Guys, is it possible that the message area change in SP14 or SP15.
I was testing and example in the SAP-PRESS book, Web Dynpro for ABAP. Before, we had 3 options to display messages in the WD application, now it's 2.
In the message area (at runtime), on the right side, previously it was saying 1 Message with a button Show List, when you click on the show list button you see all messages in a web dynpro table. Now all these standard options seems to have disappers?? I just see my message and the rest of the message area is blank.
The look and feel was better I think with the show list button ... am I missing something??

Apple, there is plenty of room in the window header all the way across on both sides of the word "Inbox". It's important to know many messages are in the Inbox. It provides a progress meter when you're cleaning out mail and striving for inbox zero.

The future of APT

This message is mostly directly to Darcy (head of JSR 269). I was wondering what Sun's plans are for the future after JSR 269? I was very disappointed to find out that Mustang's processor is almost as limited as Tiger's was, allowing the implementation of very simple annotations such as @Override.
I am looking for the following features:
1) Ability to inject code (at compile-time) into a method based upon the annotation attached to it (useful for design by contract).
2) Ability to read the contents of a method body, not just method declaration (this relates to #1).
3) Access to a mutable AST or a very easy way to copy the read-only AST from one processing phase into another, and modifying its contents slightly in th process (i.e. adding or removing lines).
Maybe you know some tricks on how to achieve the above without any changes to JSR 269. If so, please let me know.

Neither apt nor JSR 269 are designed to primarily to be used for AOP-like purposes so there are no mutable source files or mutable ASTs, etc.
However, with the current APIs, you can use something like the Decorator pattern from the patterns books to achieve much of the effect you want by having the code being operated upon makes reference to to-be-generated types. For example

Error while creating a Message Area

When I create a Message Area using the UI element 'MessageArea', I get the following error message at the bottom of the screen:
"Note: Multiple message areas have been implemented, but only one is supported"
I just have only one Message Area created, but still I get this error.

Whenever you are not sure about the Details in PO you can put the Document on Hold and Later you can Save after.

Carriage Returns in Message Area

Hi,
I am using a hidden field "P6_SUBMIT_MESSAGE" to store a message that gets generated from a PL/SQL process. I then use the following trick to display that same message in the message area at the top of my page
Process success message
&P6_SUBMIT_MESSAGE.
How can I get carriage returns into this message. I have tried adding chr(10), chr(13) and even '<'br'>' in the PL/SQL process but no luck. If I use chr(13) and my P6_SUBMIT_MESSAGE is a Textarea (not a Hidden field) I can see the desired results in that text area but even then, the carriage returns are not propagated to the message area at the top of the page.

I know this is not my thread but i just wanted to say, thanks scott! this works! i'm having the same problem as Robert and tried every possible way like he did with the ch(10) and < b r >... but did not realize to change the page item type, i had it as text area also. Now i changed it to display text (does not save state) and used < b r > for carriage return... it works like a charm!

How to create a navigateable messages for SALV in FPM message area

We have some problems raising messages for errors in a ALV table. Messages reported by the ALV table itself (like a character entered in a number field) are displayed in the FPM message area and the message is mapped to the field causing the error (navigation link). When we try to raise an own message out of the application controller of our building block which carries the ALV, we didnu2019t manage to have the mapping between the error message and the ALV-field.
We already tried several versions of calling the message method (using the elements of the context of the calling application as well as the context of the mapped ALV compontent):

Just to clarify, what I am having trouble with is finding where exactly to plug in the name of the plant to be filtered? If using a message type such as MATMAS in a distribution model, it is very straight forward to navigate down from the 'Data filter active', and assign a value to whatever field you wish to filter via the 'List of Values'. But in this example, message type QPMK required use of the BAPI MasterInspectionChar, and therefore the different method in creating the filter.
I cannot find similar functionality when navigating the BAPI related row, for MasterInspectionChar. The 'Change Filter' dialog popup displays a row for 'Container' and then 3 more rows containing 'BAPI structure...'.   Clicking the 'Attribute' checkbox on any of these rows sets 'Data filter active' as a node under the BAPI. Double clicking the 'Data filter active' brings me back into the same dialog, and selecting any row with an attempt at this point to create a filter results in the 'Select node: content-dependent parameter filtering' warning. Is this warning occuring because of missing configuration?

Messages issue in message area of Tab Strip

Hi ,
Iu2019m having 2 tabs in my Tab strip.
Tab1 u2013 First tab.
Tab2 u2013 Second tab.
In both the tabs I have message areas.
On click of a button in Tab1, iu2019m displaying an error message in the message area,
but the same message is appearing in the message area of the tab2.
I want to display messages to its corresponding tab only.

Hello Shravan,
the message area is a common container so the messages that are raised in that serverrountrip will be displayed in all the message area ui element.
solution would be to create an action handler method for the tabStrips' onSelect event (inorder to trigger the server roundtrip). this roundtrip will flush the stateless messages and you can raise new messages for second tab elements.
