  • BezelServices.framework folder dissapeared

Hi, every month, i just do a manual system check-up. By that i mean that i check if everything is in order. Yesterday, i was checking, and the folder "BezelServices.framework" which is in the folder "PrivateFrameworks" which is in the folder "Library" which is in the folder "system" which is in the hard drive, dissapeared. I'm not sure if this is important, but it would be useful if somebody could send it to me. I have a power PC G4 processor, incase that helps.

    Hi
this page has a guy who replaced it from the OS install disks using Pacifist.
I'd be concerned about how it came to be missing.

  • Photos folder dissapeared from my iphone

    Help plzzz !!
My iphone fell, but thank God, I had a protective case, so it was safe. But after a while, I noticed my photos folder have disappeared. But when I searched in the spotlight I found it there with all the pictures.
The question is how do I return it back to the screen ? Why did it disappear?
    Heeeelp, I'm freaked out !!

Have you checked your other home screens? Swipe through them all - the Photos app cannot be deleted and cannot be hidden with Restrictions. Also, if you have 11 full pages of apps, the Photos app may have 'fallen off the end' - in that case, delete some apps or rearrange them in iTunes.
Yes, that's the first thing i did !! I checked all my 8 home screens but no use. I am also surprised as Why it disappeared !! What I am aware of is that only apps that are bought from app store can be deleted, not original iphone apps!!
    any solutions?
Funny thing is I can find it in the spotlight but I don't know where it is located????

  • Desktop folder dissapeared...

I opened Quickbooks pro 2006, and got a message that it wanted to install an update. Before I could answer it said "There is not enough room on your harddrive, please remove items to make space..." I clicked out, and BAM, my desktop was clean
There are over 100 gigs of free space on the drive, and I got the same message when I tried it manually. The other odd thing that happened during this misadventure, my windows partition is now showing on the desktop.
Any idea what the **** happened?
    A virus?

  • Accidentally Moved Blackberry Messenger Into Wrong Folder - How Do I Move Back?

Hi Guys, I accidentally moved Blackberry Messenger into the SMS and MMS Folder instead of just moving the icon around.
Please advise how I move it out of this folder and back to the Home Screen?
    Thanks,
    PETER

Scroll to the icon > press the Menu key > Move to Folder > and choose which one you would like it put in, Home Screen, if that is where you want it.

  • Mail gone after renaming a folder

    Hi,
Had an issues this weekend with my mail.
I had the following mail folder structure: Main Mailbox -> Axaris (Mailfolder) -> Company name -> Brunen.
When I renamed the folder Brunen to Brünen all the mail in that folder dissapeared. It was just gone. When I browsed the hdd i was able to find the original folder back that was not renamed there. I could retrieve the mail from there, but it should not have happened. So more or less it's a bug.
    I used the lastest OS X: 10.5.5.
    Best regards.

What you've described makes no sense; renaming a folder to the same name it already had would certainly not cause the problem you describe. Was this folder in the Mail program, or on your hard drive? How many messages do you have in Mail, and what have you done so far, if anything, to resolve this issue?

Hello.  I've been using mail and notes forever (note, the iPhone app). I used to put away my notes in my respective folders in Mail.  Now undel Lion, all the notes that are not in the Notes (under Reminders) folder dissapear from the iPhone.  Is there any way to have them as I used to? If I put them away in any folder, they dissapear from the iPhone.  Any suggestion will be appreciated.

    Are you using iCloud ?
    Tap Settings > iCloud
Swtich Notes off then back on.
Give iCloud a few minutes to re sync your Notes.

  • How can i a save a video for mms

new to to palm. just having trouble saving a video from a message i got any help please o and i have a pre plus

    Hello!
Currently cannot save the vids out of messaging BUT what you can do is plug the device into your computer via USB  drive mode and locate the .attachments folder and open it.  Then open the mms folder and there you will find some folders with long alpha-numeric names.  Just go through each of them till you find that vid.  A mobile way to approach this is use a homebrew app called Internalz which is found via preware and go up to the media/internal to see the usb drive mode content.

  • MMS Icon missing

    Evening,
I have a Sprint BB 8330 and I have recieved a few picture mails, but can't get to the links provided using the General Messages Icon...  And I asked my wife, who has one as well, has an Icon just for MMS Messages...  Is that a default Icon or is it something that has to be added?
    Thanks
    Jedi
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

Jedi, open your messages folder > Menu key > Options > General Options > Email and SMS Inbox = Separate.
    And save.
now you will have a new separate SMS/MMS folder.

  • Disappearing Application Folder

In my Macintosh HD folder, the application folder dissapeared. I Searched for Applications in spotlight and coppied the appropriate folder. It became a generic folder without the applications folder. When I tried to move it to Macintosh HD it said it could not because Applications is an invisible folder. How do I fix this?

    Don't quite get what happened...
I Searched for Applications in spotlight and coppied the appropriate folder
You copied the Applications folder? from where?
It became a generic folder without the applications folder.
What became a generic folder? If it was the Applications folder located at the root level of the drive and as long as it was named correctly, the icon should be restored automatically, I would think, either on the next login or restart.
When I tried to move it to Macintosh HD it said it could not because Applications is an invisible folder.
Tried to move what? The Applications folder? from where were you moving it, if not Macintosh HD?

  • Spotlight hang on file and recreates it when deleted

After I upgraded from pb to macbook I've had a problem with spotlight reindexing all the time. After a while I found that spotlight hangs on the file Addressbook.data.
    I have tried:
-spotless and delete the spotlight files, no luck
    -onyx, no luck
    -Yasu, no luck
-Delete the file and the dir, no luck
-change read/write properties on the file, no luck
-Drag the folder into privay, spotlight still reindexes the file and the folder dissapears from privacy
I'm going nuts here, can anyone help me?

Indeed, i was wondering where those files went. Previously i was using firefox v6, and when i stream media files like youtube or 4shared, I'm able to capture the files using download helper & bitcomet in form of flv or mp3 format respectively without having to manually download it.
So it means after streaming, and i'm able to save the media files without having to download it, it has already been stored somewhere right? Now, where could there be.
Unfortunately after upgrade to firefox v7 & the bitcomet to further version, I no longer able to capture the media files. I do not know whether it's about setting or that firefox (or bitcomet & download helper) do not allow direct saving from played streamed files
Imagine, it's quit depressing that u had to wait for the file to stream in order to view it, and then wait another for downloading in case u decide to like it. Whereas both the streamed file and the downloaded one is the same exact file with the same size & qualities.

  • New Message Icon - Can't find the messages! :)

Okay so I've had my BlackBerry Curve 8310 for a week now.  Just been tooling around with it to learn how it works on my own.  Today I was trying to register the BIS to log into my email account to create a filter to stop sending my Gmail Sent mail back to my phone (so annoying).  Anyway, Tried registering as a new user via PC.  I entered my PIN and IMEI and it told me that an account already existed for that PIN.  I thought that was strange, I hadn't registered before?  SO just out of curiousity I clicked on the 'forgot my password' link and had it sent to my phone.  I see an icon saying I have a new messge however I cannot FIND the message.  Thought I did something stupid or wrong so I clicked resend for the password and again I see now I have two and then three new messages (third time is supposed to be the charm right?) on the icon but can't find these messages!  I looked in SMS/MMS folder, looked in Gmail and BlackBerry mail folders but still cannot locate these messages!  Where the heck did they go??
BTW I finally registered with the BIS through my phone and was able to complete it there and then logged onto my PC and created the filter I wanted.  So I'm cool with that.  I just need to get that stupid new message icon off my phone.  Dunno if it helps but when I get new emails, the number on the message icon increases, so it must be something to do with email..?
    Please Help!

i actually tried that.. and it tells me that i have NO UNREAD MESSAGES but the icon is STILL there! help please!
Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
    Try this:
    Homescreen > Messages > > Search
Set as follows (may vary depending on your device OS level):
    Search Type: Local
    Name In: Any Address Field
    Subject Message: <leave blank>
    Include Encrypted Messages: Yes
    Service: All Services
    Folder: All Folders
    Show: Unopened Only
    Type: All
That should return to you all unopened messages from all message conduits.
Good luck and let us know!

  • How do I ACTUALLY delete stuff from iphoto

I have an albumn I deleted. the photos are deleted from iphoto, the trash is emptied. searching for the file in the little magnifying glass shows the images i want deleted still. When I try a search for the filename in finder they do NOT show up... WHERE ARE THESE **** FILES STORED?
I can "delete all" photos from my iphone, then go into itunes and SYNC THE **** ALBUM full of photos that I deleted from iphoto.
HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS?
    ubuntu?

OK. I HAVE FOUND A POTENTIAL FLAW THAT SOMEONE AT APPLE MIGHT WANT TO KNOW ABOUT.
I was able to locate this file, in my finder, by entering the following command (to see hidden files)
    defaults write com.apple.Finder AppleShowAllFiles YES
    and then restarting terminal.
THEN I was able to see the directory that contained the images I wanted to delete. This is the crazy part though. I went into the folder "03" which now appeared in the screenshot as above. In this folder I found multiple subfolders that all had images that I thought I had deleted, and did not want any of the folders. That's not the weird part though. I did not want to delete the folder, just in case it messed anything up, so I deleted a single image. from one of the sub folders and it instantly deleted everything!
the whole "03" folder dissapeared. Just from dragging a photo contained in a subfolder in it. I have confirmed that it is gone through terminal. I was stupid and did not see if it went to the system trash before I emptied it... I'm not one of those crazy conspiracy theorists who thinks apple is watching me , I realize this is probably a bug, but it's a scary bug.
Now here is what I want to know. Will someone tell me how I can search for ALL FILES, EVERYTHING, through finder? I now have hidden files shown, but I cannot search them. I want to see a finder page with EVERY photo on my mac. If I search "all images" it shows 200 images, I know there are thousands of images on this mac. I want to see them all. I use my camera as a makeshift scanner for confidential documents and I want to make sure they are not lingering like these other photos were. Please tell me how to do this? in the last version of OSX I used, I just had to click "search system files" or somthing along those lines...
anyways my problem is half-solved, as now I know at least how to delete the photos once I know they are there. Now I just want to know how to find if they are there!

  • Stroring sms in different groups in BB-9360

Can i store sms messages in various groups after reading them on my BB-9360 just as i use to smoothly do it in Nokia ?

I have 30 MB free on my phone and I am receiving SMS messages.  It's just that they don't show up in my "SMS and MMS" folder.  To view them I need to go to the BB button select "View Folders" and scroll down to "SMS Inbox".
They're all there, just frustrating that I can't pull them up easily in the SMS/MMS folder.
