That is so dumb...Apple is the best and most techinological company IN THE WORLD and they don't have the time to invent something like that? HUH? All they are worried about is making the "Worlds best Phone" and they can't take the time out to help their users or anybody that has their products. All they have is "Find mt Iphone" Well they should step up and do something else to help people like me out. Find a way to turn it on and you can find it or find a way to turn it on remotely.

My iPod 5th gen has been doing this for awhile, though it progressively got better over time, it still happens occasionally like when I'm out running. My iPod is never able to connect strongly to any WiFi network. All the WiFi networks keep disappearing and then coming back, and this is infuriating because it wont let me sign in to iTunes or IMessage at all or update my iPod easily. My date and time keeps getting off track and every time i set it back to normal it just gets messed up again. Now it wont let me connect to iTunes and receive push notifications. I tried logging out o my Apple ID on my phone but now it wont let me sign back in. WHAT IS GOING ON HELP PLEASE!?!?!
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Featurs appin the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

I put my ipod 5th Gen to sleep, now it won't wake up??
So, this is the second time that this has happened. I press the power button on the top and put my iPod to sleep but it doesn't make the lock sound (I have it set to) and when I try to bring it back up, it doesn't do anything. The screen stays black. I've tried the home button and plugging the iPod into the charger and the power button and holding down the power button but nothing works. Is there something wrong with my iPod or is this just something that I'm doing myself?

Gift cards aren't available in all countries, and they are country-specific - they can only be used in their country of issue. Also all items that you you buy/download from the store are tied to your account, you can't share them with other people.

Although it may be too late to matter, another thing to do is to initiate the Erase iPad feature within the Find My iPad settings. This will erase the iPad including any personal data that you would not want someone else to have (e.g. - credit cards, banking, social security, etc.).
There is a feature in Find My iPad that allows you to send a message (like how to contact you) to the iPad once it reconnects to the internet; but after 2 weeks, I'd say that probably will not produce results.

I have an Ipod 5th gen, I added a keyboard which was greek, I had changed my password to a greek short sentence. But the decided to take the greek keyboard off as I didn't use it often, so there was no point in having it. But I forgot to change my password, so I can't enter my Ipod. I've tried to enter the password in English and its not working! I don't really want to restart it all because I will loose everything! If anyone could help that would be great thank you.
Connect the iOS device to your computer and try to make a backup. Yo shld be able to make a backup if you previously syncing to this computer.

Then restore via iTunes. The iOS device will be erased. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

Leave it in the rice for at least a day and change the rice every other day or so. The rice and iPod should be in a sealed container.
Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for $149. They do not fix yours.

I just PAID for Black eyed peas Time of my life and now iTunes says I can't put it on my iPod 5th gen ? What? Why? And how can I get it on my ipod? Because you can only synce with one iTunes library and you are switching libries by using the new computer. To nake this yyour syncing computer:
- Move all the media(apps, music, synced video and photos etc) to the new computer.
- Connect the iPofd yo the computer and bake a backup fo the iPod by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
- Restore the iPod from that backup.
Note that the backup that iTunes makes doe not include media.

I just bought ant ipod 5th gen from Americans store but it was a display when I got ready to set it up it don't let me go pass the disable connect to iTunes screen.
