My mouse disappears while editing keyframes

For a while now I've been having this glitch happen. When in the Keyframe Editor of Motion and editing the keyframes, every now and then the mouse will vanish completely from the program. Changing programs to another open one brings it back, but then if you change programs back to Motion, the mouse vanishes again.
Everything's normal again once Motion has been restarted and it only seems to happen when editing keyframes.
Running Motion 4.0.3 on a 2 x 2.66 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon, 8GB RAM, Mac OS 10.6.7
Any thoughts?

First step would be to dump the preferences file for Motion. Look in your user name/Library/Preferences for it.
Restart Motion and a new file will be generated using default values.

Images disappear while editing

I've been experiencing disappearing images in Aperture while editing. Images just turn to white, black or grey while editing and nothing can be done short of a restart to recover them. Sometimes resizing the window or selecting a different tool can bring the image back temporarily - this is very frustrating.
For reference I'm using Aperture on a G5 dual 2ghz with 2.5gb ram. Images have been captured with Canon 5D and 20D cameras in raw format.
Anybody else experience similar problems?

I'm suddenly experiencing the same issue. After importing RAW images successfully from my Canon 5D, if I try to make any adjustments at all, the new "gray box" for the new version appears, but nothing ever appears in it and my adjustment tools all become grayed out and cannot be used.
Unlike some of the other posters however, restarting Aperture has not corrected the problem. After three days of trying, I am unable to use Aperture to modify any images.
In fact, once this happens, even unmodified RAW images will not finish loading in the viewer window. Even switching projects will not fix the issue. If anyone figures out a work around, I would be appreciative. Until then I'm back once again to Bridge and Photoshop for all my photo editing.

Reminder info window disappears while editing

I'm having a problem when editing a reminder - the edit/info window disappears while I'm trying to change the details, for example adding a due date.
Is there a fix/workaround for this? It's really frustrating and means I can currently only edit these things on my iPhone/iPad.

Another thing I've found out is that if I bring up the "Info" window and then move it away from the main iTunes window, the Info window acts like it's behind the main iTunes window. That's why it disappears. So, I can make it stick up above the main window, but it's still behind it. I've uninstalled and re-installed iTunes several times and I'm still having this problem. I've looked through the settings as well and have not found anything to correct this problem.
Any ideas?

Site Disappeared while editing through DW CS4. Help?

I designed a new site using Dreamweaver CS4. My web host, powweb, helped me with the configurations under Site|Management over the phone, and it showed up great on the internet!
I then realized I misspelled a word in the index.html homepage.
I edited it and pressed File|Save and then Site|Put.
A pop-up asked me if I want to also transfer Dependant Files. I clicked "Yes", and then my laptop died. When I plugged it in, I realized my whole website had disappeared and left just a dark blue page. I can view the new fixed index.html on MY computer, but the images are gone and so are all the links to the other pages... Others have said its just a dark blue page. Its skytopvending.com
I called both support centers, and Adobe wants $39 for info, and powweb says everything looks fine in their system.
I am a newbie with all of this, so please be thurough in your advice, if you can help.
Can anyone help me fix this?

Picture disappears while editing from main screen view in iPhoto.

Does anybody have any idea why this happens? Certain pictures will disappear from the main view and I can't edit them at all since I can't see it. I can see them in the thumbnail and once I exit the edit screen I see it again. If I revert it shows again too.
This doesn't happen with all pictures only a few and I don't know why. Any help would be appreciated.

Apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
iPhoto 8 (09) and earlier- run the options indicated
iPhoto 9 (11) and later- run Option #4 to rebuild the database
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager (iPhoto 8 or earlier or IPhoto 11 and later) and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button and select the library you want to add in the selection window..
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the
File ➙ Rebuild Library (iPhoto 8 or earlier)
or
Library ➙ Rebuild Library (iPhoto 9 or later)
menu option to rebuild the library.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

Text disappears when editing a layer in Dreamweaver 8

I have had a problem for a long time now with text
disappearing while I'm editing it in a layer. If I scroll up to the
top of the page and down again (sometimes a couple of times), the
text will reappear, but this is cumbersome (and rather annoying).
Does anyone else have this problem? Is it something I'm doing
incorrectly? Any help anyone can offer would be greatly
appreciated.

select that layer in the layers panel?

Anyone know why the Finder in OS X disappears while running Firefox?

Finder disappears while using Firefox, but is viewable with Safari. Anyone have any solutions?

This is basic Mac understanding. The Finder does not quit, it is backgrounded each time you start, or switch to, another application, and resumes foreground status when you follow one of the choices below.
In your example, Firefox is running (application or version doesn't matter). You want to open a Finder window. Your choices are:
Click a mouse button anywhere on your desktop background to make Finder current. Finder keyboard commands now also work because you also have keyboard focus.
In the current application, press command+tab to see all running application icons. If Finder is already highlighted, you can press return, or if not, use mouse or arrow buttons to select it.
Move your mouse to the Dock and click on the Finder icon.

Table view column cell Focusing while editing.

I have a table view with single column. I have defined custom cell factory for this column. When the table renders, a text value is shown for each cell in that column. When the user start editing the cells , then the contents of the cell changes and it shows 2 buttons, few check boxes and few radio buttons. Once the user selects his choice and clicks on a button inside the cell, the cell's editing is completed and cell's content is replaced with a plain text field.
Now while editing if the user clicks on any other cell, the current editing cell's cancel method is called and text field is show. However, if the user clicks mouse outside the table, the cell is still in editing state.
1) how to call the cancel editing method automatically here.
2) Also, if we try to associate with focus property, how to do it. i.e. on which component should I associate focused property since the cell now is replaced with a bunch of components.
3) If the user tries to use up or down arrow, then how to stop or start editing on the next cells.

Have you assigned an action to the CheckBox.onSelect event? If not, there is no server roundtrip triggered and the visibility is not updated.
I would create two context attributes "ColumnsVisible" (boolean) and calculated attribute "ColumnsVisibility" (Visibility), assign an empty action to the CheckBox.onSelect event, bind CheckBox.checked to "ColumnsVisible", TableColumn.visible to "ColumnsVisibility" and implement the calc. attribute getter as

Notes disappeared while using inaccessible yahoo account, recovery mission

Nearly 3 months ago now I departed for my first of-age independent overseas trip to Vietnam. Shortly before leaving home the thought of losing my iPod notes (where I keep all of my important information) during the trip comes to mind, so I scramble to see whether my iPod is backed up with itunes in the case that the iPod gets stolen or lost. I do a new backup for safety (23/11/14)
When I'm at the airport waiting I have a fiddle around with the notes settings. Virtually all of my notes are located on a yahoo 'account' within the notes. I didn't particularly want to use yahoo but I just went with it when they started saving in there automatically several years ago. The yahoo email account it is linked to is one that I hadn't been able to get into for a very long time, so when I saw in the settings that I could change the 'default account' to gmail (the email I actually use) I went for it. I go into my notes and they've all disappeared, excluding one from before the yahoo account existed, located instead on the 'on my ipod touch' account. The yahoo account has disappeared from the accounts page on the notes (http://puu.sh/g4y51/6ea6558e4b.jpg). I try switching the default back to yahoo but my notes don't come back.
Since I was leaving for overseas and couldn't check my computer for the backup I did, I opted to try and recover my yahoo email acccount to see if my notes had saved there. I manage to get in and when I do, the notes section has only 4 notes from years ago, including that one note from the 'on my ipod touch' account (the other three I believe were deleted notes from the same time period). I more or less give up in the hopes that when I get back home all of my notes will be saved onto iTunes. When I get back I download the iphonebackupextractor program and check the backup from the day I left (23/11/14) and in the notes section there is one note only. It's that same note that was not wiped from the ipod and was in the notes section of my yahoo email account. iCloud did not have any notes saved. I've added the yahoo account back in Settings>Mail, Contacts & Calendars>Accounts but the only notes in the account are the 4 that synced to the email. I imagine that the hundreds of others didn't sync because I hadn't inputted the password for such a long time (there was nothing in the password section in >Accounts), that being because I didn't know the password.
Have these notes simply vanished? Has anyone encountered something like this before? I would really love to have these notes back as it is the product of my thoughts during the coming-of-age section of my life (17-18 especially). I am now very skeptical about the stock notes app's reliability and am interested in any good alternatives anyone might know about where I can backup to email accounts and my computer with ease, separate notes into folders, and whatever other good features you think I could find handy.

Blocking mouse movement while using a motion icon

Hey guys,
now that I know how to automate items in authorware by using the motion items I do have the problem that during the time, when the animated items moves along a specific predetermined path the mouse cursor is still on the screen and can be moved by the participant/respondent. I need the mouse cursor either to disappear or to not be movable during that time. Is there a possibility to block out participants entry (mouse movement) while the motion icon operates?
Very thankful for any advice on that!

I think, Package ZBI_NEW is a custom development package: probably someone else already transported the application component hierarchy and assigned this package...try to change this. Chk with SE80 > package > ZBI_NEW,If it is not there,create it.
But the normal practice is change/Edit DSO in DEV-->Quality , then transport to Production.(SE80
In the drop down, look for Packages,below it type ZBI_* and hit Open.If you don't see ZBI_NEW, then ask BASIS to Create (DEV)and import that Package to QAS->Production)

VS2012 SSRS Project - Intellisense problem while editing dataset

Environment: VS2012 with SSDT, Reporting Services project
When editing the dataset query (which is T-SQL code) of any report and I try to type
table.field, when I reach the period (.) character Intellisense pops up with Equals & ReferenceEquals, and interferes with completing the
table.field statement.
This is while editing in: Datasets>Mydataset>Dataset Properties>Query>Expression
Its extremely annoying and unnecessary to have to correct the unhelpful and ignorant autocomplete of Intellisense.
Turning off Intellisense in Tools>Options>Text Editor>SQL Server Tools>Intellisense has no effect.
Is there a way to:
1) Inform Intellisense to NOT try to insert non-SQL code, or
2) Turn off Intellisense in the Expression window?

In Reporting Services, when we type a dot behind alphabets or square brackets in Expression dialog box, it automatically pops up a list begin with “Equals”. This is by design.
To work around this issue, we can directly write T-SQL query commands in Query pane or Query Designer pane of Dataset Properties dialog box. In this way, it wouldn’t pops up any character for auto IntelliSense.

I want to open a new window (shift + Mouse Click) while not switching to the newly opened window. The focus should remain on the window from where i have opened the link.

You can do that with tabs, but not with windows AFAIK.

Help! While editing a photo in CS3 the program shut down and will not reopen my psd file. The error message reads "cannot complete your request because of a program error" -- it is a very large file (I have been saving it all along) and I had just "flattened layers" and went to open up a new, blank photo file when it shut down. Is there anyway to get this file to open? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! (p.s. after reading a couple of similar threads, I have a feeling it's hopeless. But I'd also like to know WHY this might have happened!) Thanks in advance!

I am using Photoshop CS3. It seems that I can work on photos and save them. But I am unable to open them back up. I have tried saving the files as psd and tiff with the same result. The error message is: "cannot complete your request because of a program error"
The interesting thing is that I can open up InDesign and "place" the psd file within InDesign (then export and save as a jpeg). So I don't think the files are necessarily corrupted. I uninstalled Photoshop and reinstalled it last night, but there's no change.
If you have any ideas, I'd appreciate it. Or, should I repost my question with this more complete info? Thank you!

Error while editing PO - deleting service line item and creating material line item.

In SAP SRM Extended classic scenario, PO is in 'ordered' status and contains a service line item. While editing this PO, I delete the service line item and create a new material line item. This gives me the following error.
Back end error: Enter G/L account
Back end error: LIne item still contains faulty items.
This happens only with service- material comibination and no other combination(material-service, service-service, material-material).
I need to know the reason for this issue and how it can be solved?

PO Values (Inc Tax):
Item 1: INR 228 L
Item 2: INR 27.83 L   (Payment also done in 2008)
GR for Item 1: INR 207.46 L
Remaining Comm = INR 21.01 L
Item 1 having 73 sub line items.... fo some of the sub-line items GR for some qty already done in last fiscals.
User changing for remaining qty.
Budget Report values:
Previous Years: Budget, Actual & Assigned = 304.85 L
                            Available = 0      (Carry Forward done for Budget & Commitments)
2011:                   Budget = 75.15 L
                            Actual = 53.86 L
                            Comm = 21.01 L   (Same as Remaining Commitment)
                            Avai = 0.28 L
