My mouse wheel only brings the page closer up in Flash Player, doesn't make it smaller when using Firefox Browser. I uninstalled and reinstalled Flash Player. What do I need to do ? It works fine with IE 8.

My internet is Internet Satelite 1.5 MB. speed. Everything else with the Flash Player seems to work fine except the wheel. But the mouse wheel works fine everywhere else.

So what Flash Player version do you have currently installed?

The page at docviewer at my company's website displays this error when using FireFox but not hwne using I.E. "ERROR: JAS MiscUtils AX Control not installed!"

When using Fire Fox to view documents at my company's website, the following message occurs:

This error does not occur when I use I.E.

That error message probably refers to a missing ActiveX control, which is why it doesn't work in Firefox but does in Internet Explorer.

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
Reset the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings)
Restore the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Restore)

Everytime I try to browse, I will type in an address and it'll go but the page is just blank, like it didn't install all the way. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling nothing helps what do I do?

I installed Firefox 6 and everytime I type in a different address it will act like it is loading the picture and then everything is blank. I know the internet is working because I can browse with other browsers.

The Google sign-in page appears garbled and will not display. I have tried clearing cookies, the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling flash...

You can check the network.http.* prefs on the about:config page and reset all bold user set network.http prefs to the default value via the right-click context menu -> Reset.
Check at least:
* network.http.accept-encoding: gzip,deflate

Why cant I open any messages or emails from my Hotmail account when using Firefox browser but works fine using IE browser

When I open my Hotmail account while using Firefox as my browser I am unable to open any email in both Inbox and Junk. I can reload either one and it will sometimes work for a short time. However if I switch to Internet Explorer browser it all works great.

Had this problem for quite a while but found a work-a-round. I click anywhere in the text I want to delete and insert any character. I am then able to block and delete any text I want to. It's been working great.

Here's the trouble: "User-Agent Strings"
That doesn't mean a lot, I'm sure, but it's the root of your problems, and Flash Player has nothing to do with it.
Microsoft "rewrote" the User-Agent Strings for the abomination they call their latest and greatest browser. User-Agent Strings are what websites use to identify the browser you're using and provide the proper content for it's browser engine, like ActiveX stuff, and Flash or HTML5 video. Thanks to the geniuses in Redmond, WA, the User-Agent Strings for IE11 (which has a Trident engine), ID it as either "Gecko" (Firefox) or "Webkit" (Chrome). Problem is: when the site the directs to the content for one of these two engines, the Trident engine in IE can't intepret it and the site then sees IE as an "unidentified" browser.
The problem with an unidentified browser is that the plug-ins in that browser aren't recognized either, so even though you're up to date, it says you need the latest Flash Player when you use IE11. YouTube... has converted to HTML5 video so if it doesn't detect Flash Player, it can display HTML5 (MP4) video which requires no plug-in to play. Facebook can't do that, because HTML5 doesn't apply to games... only video.
Microsoft has no plans to "fix" the mess thay've created because they think it's a great idea to block you out of the websites you visit.
They recommend using "Compatibility View" and pretending that you're using an older verison of IE... Problem with that is that it's seen limited success, and you have to enable it for EVERY page that has problems... individually.
I'm not big on "pretending" so I recommend actually using another browser.

ANY of those will work where IE11 won't, with the Flash Player Plug-in (For all other browsers), and Chrome doesn't even need that because it has its own Flash Player plugin built in.

Since I updated the Adobe flash player I have had no sound when using firefox

Yesterday Adobe told me I needed to update my flash player, so I did and now today I have no sound at all. Itunes still works and so does the sound in Internet Explorer, but whenever I go on youtube, pandora, etc (in firefox) I can't hear anything. Troubleshooting says to go to the volume mixer and make sure the firefox volume is all the way up. I went to the mixer, couldn't find the volume for firefox, though I did make sure everything else was turned up and it still doesn't work.

Whenever I use Firefox, I get dozens and dozens of additional junk emails. I don't have this problem with IE8. Do I need to make a setting change to Firefox?

I mainly use IE8 so that I don't have the junk mail problem. I use yahoo mail.

Which problems do you have on that website?
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
* Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
* Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

My Laptop sound works fine with other browsers, but same audio played in Firefox browser is VERY low. Is there a fix for this?

I run Windows 7 on a Dell Laptop with i5 processor - SRS premium sound that works well except when using Firefox browser. Example of problem - listening to CNN news on TunedIn online Radio - volume cranked all the way up provides about 20% of the audio volume when listening to the same on Google Chrome.

I installed Facetime on my Mac but it doesnt show "Contacts" . Every time I sign in to my account, I can only see the icon"Next" but nothing happens when I click that. Is there an way to uninstall and reinstall facetime ?

Is there a way to uninstall and reinstall Facetime on Mac ? The present version simply doesn't work. It shows me no "Contacts'. Infact once I click Next after I login, nothing at all happens. The video works fine though, I can see ,myself. But I have used Facetime a couple of times in the past from this same MAC.
Hence I wanna know if there's a way to uninstall and reinstall Facetime. Infact it doesn't even allow me to uninstall Facetime , every time I try it says, 'your Mac OS X needs Facetime'. PLEASE HELP !!!

What you've outlined in this part of the post is all that icloud stores for you outside of the backup. If you want to restore from the icloud backup you will then have for all practical purposes a carbon restoration back to your device if you restore from the icloud backup.
