Connect the 5 to a computer and see if it is recognized. If so copy the pictures from phone. If not, you are out of luck.

When I download divx on firefox as they said it does not aks me to load, it downloads but does not load, how do I get it to ask me to ask me to download know automatically?

Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).

Depending upon what country that you are in (films can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the film from your iPad and redownload it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app (or the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes).
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download films, or if you have problems with the re-downloaded version, then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).

Apple has announced they are currently experiencing issues with iTunes store purchases... give it some time to clear up.

I have a new laptop running Windows 8.1. The 10.3.1 version downloaded, but it was incompatible. Then I tried to download Itunes 11.1.5 and it comes up with the box asking me to save. When I click on save...NOTHING happens. AAAAAHHHHH!

I even clicked on the download list to see if it is possessed and downloaded somewhere I didn't choose, but that's NOT happening either. Please help me! I have been messing with this and 4 other problems on this laptop for the last 32 hours. I'm getting tired and frustrated. Also, I haven't even put music on THIS Laptop because on my other one, I ended up with at least 5 copies of EACH SONG. Let's see 636 X 5 = 3,180 and they were in EVERY POSSIBLE LOCATION!!!

Movie won't download, but it still took the money from my account?

So I downloaded "UP" recently for my son to be able to watch on my itouch. However when I went ahead and bought it, itunes removed the money from my account, but the movie never loaded. My daughter has had Itunes for a while and told me to check under available downloads, but it was not there. I waited for two days and it was still not there, I'm starting to get a little frustrated. I'm not sure what I should do or who to contact, because it's ridiculous itunes drafted my account but I never received my movie.Any help is much appreciated!

I've tried searching through my available downloads but only the extras showed up not the movie. All my other movies are there including the extras from the movie. I really want the movie & I don't want to repurchase it if I can avoid it.
When I tried to get it through my Purchased in iTunes - iStore it says
" You have already purchased this item"
"You have alreaady purchased this item but it has not been downloaded. To download it, select Check For Avaliable Downloads from the Store menu."
Which leads me right back to having all the other tv shows & movies that aren't on my laptop downloading but not the actual movie I want. I already have the extras but I really would like the movie .

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
