My movie freeze some time

Dear All,
I just frate a movie with iMovie. Now the movie take 45mn and I still have to add sequences.
I watched again the movie and some time the movie freeze whilw the music continue and then the movie continue from the music step. Some time it the same . It like if there were not enough RAM, I do not know.
Does some know why?
It's because the is too much imported movies?
What is the recommanded max time of a movie?

EMac freezes some times

Hallo,
I've got an eMac g4 700, and it freezes randomly, when the Apple logo apears when I start up, or when I just start it and using it.
I tried many things but nothing seems to help, pram nvram everything.
Some people say it maid be the videocard, but I dont think so, the eMac is not working anymore so I have to start up with by presing a key and to select my hard disk, which key I don't know at the moment, but then it don't freezes my mouse is working then hours only when i selected my operating system after a while or by th start up or when i'm using it, it stops.
What problem could this be?

Do you have an AirPort Card Installed? If so, try to Remove it then fully seat it again this time, Make SURE that the card is completely seated by pushing it in until the 50 pound Mac starts to slide away from you on the desk. (I too have the original 700MHz eMac (Now Overclocked to 900MHz for more than 1.5 years now and still running beautifully fast) and had the same issue, but when I re-inserted the AirPort Card, it completely went away and never returned.)

Movie Freezes every time I try to watch it. =(

I bought the movie Stick It on my Ipod a couple weeks ago. For awhile it worked fine, but now, about 20 minutes into the movie, the video won't go any farther. If I try to fast forward, everything after that point is just a black screen. I don't want to pay another 10 dollars to buy it again, but I'd like to watch it. Other movies/TV shows work just fine. What should I do?

You might want to email Apple about this issue with the movie download with their email form at the bottom of this page:
http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/movies/
Be sure to let them know that it messes up in this exact same way with both your iPod and playing it in iTunes, since that's probably your big indicator that it's probably the file itself.
Since it doesn't sound like the issue would be on your end, exactly, Apple just might let you re-download the movie.
They do have a policy, though, that basically says that Apple does not promise re-purchases, and that when you manage your files, it is at your own cost if you accidentally lose a file, etc.

The best thing you should do is to restore the iphone via itunes and set it up as a new one. I believe that this problem you are experiencing is a software problem.

ITunes freezes every time I click on "movies"

I was hoping that 8.1.1 was going to fix my issue, but iTunes still freezes every time I try to watch a movie. I click on "movies" in the Library list, the thumbnails of my movies come up, and then it freezes (spinning pinwheel, Activity Monitor shows all read, and I am forced to "Force Quit").
I have experienced this since the last version of iTunes. I can't even drag them onto my iPod to watch them. Help please.

I was able to fix this freezing in movies issue by going to file-add to library then selecting all my movies from the movies folder inside iTunes Music folder and letting iTunes 'add them' It took some time to complete (maybe 20 minutes) but it is working well now and not freezing.

[SOLVED] Getting freezes after using dwm for some time and exiting it

Hello, I have an Asus Ux51, with a fresh (less than a month) arch installation. If I recall correctly I had a couple of freezes in other occasions but I don't remember much about those so I rather focus on the only freeze I can more or less reproduce and I've been having lately. After using dwm for some time with a couple of programs opened (rTorrent, browser, and some terminals for instance), if I close dwm or just press the power button to shut down, it starts closing everything and either stays with a black screen, or hangs while X prints the log information. It's not always though, for example, if I just boot it, open dwm and close it without giving it much use it usually closes fine.
Tried googling a bit to see the usual ways to troubleshoot this but didn't get really far.

Found this recent thread in the forums, I'll give REISUB a try late, but the times it freezed I remember trying to blindly reboot it, or switching off virtual console and couldn't.
In case it's of any use, this is my # uname -a

Could it have something to do with the nvidia optimus setup that this laptop has? When installing arch I found out that there was no support yet for it so I'm just using the intel drivers (following what the arch wiki said).
Any ideas or advice to point me in the right direction would be very much appreciated.

I don't start st in my .xinitrc. I launch it from dmenu and usually everything is fine. If I launch it from dwm's internal command using Alt-Shf-Return, X freezes 100% of the time. A workaround was suggested by st's main developer to call st like this:

Very rarely X will freeze anyway. I haven't been able to pin it down. When X fails, my journal returns this:

Yeah, I've seen it from iOS 7 to the present. It appears to be a network issue, as the Mail app is trying to grab the information to display the first few lines in the abbreviated display. I haven't had mine freeze though. When I click on it, it will simply show a blank message. Now I can quit the app and later reload the app, and "sometimes" the contents come back right away. In other instances, not right away, but eventually.
You might try quitting all the apps, then going to the Settings app to Reset and reset your Network Settings. The iPad will reboot. Try it again after that.

Portege 3440CT freezes after some time while the files are being copied

It seems I'm having the same problem as missred in this thread http://forums.computers.toshiba-europe.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=19232 (on the bottom). Unfortunatelly I can't reply there that's why I'm writing here. My laptop version is 3440CT.
My try was to make a win98 bootable HD drive with i386 directory on it, boot from this disk and start the installation with winnt.exe. OK, it works but while the files are being copied after some time it just freezes. I tried it both with one partition and i386 on active system partition and with two partitions and i386 on a separate non-system partition. I don't have FDD or CD for the laptop.
Any ideas what is wrong? Is it possible to install XP on the same disk the XP installation is started from?

PS: My other tries were:
- complete XP installation on another computer and then switching the drive
- XP installation on another computer up to the point it first resets (after finishing of coping the installation files) and then switching the drive
both unsuccessful. I also changed the drive to another one as I suspected it's phisically damaged. Now I'm out of ideas ;)

It should work out this way, so........ is it really freezing or did you forget to include "smartdrive" ?
Be sure to include the file in the root-directory of your HD and put the right command in your autoexec.bat file

Freezes and restarts some times during the day

In March 2014 I bought a nokia lumia white icon Verizon Microsoft Store in Orlando, I live in Brazil so I'm using the unit in a Brazilian company, so I do not own a Verizon number. He's presenting problem, freezes and restarts some times during the day, as did the recovery and all other procedures that read on the subject, the problem was not resolved. I would like to inform me how do I change the device since it will be going back to the U.S. next month per 10 days, he is still within the warranty period of 12 months.

hi mate, as we are a user to user forum only for Nokia products and services, we don't have that kind of information on hand. you will need to liaise with Verizon directly.
however, have you checked that your nanoSIM card is cut correctly, and also that you are up to date with the latest firmware for the device, along with the latest Nokia system app updates from the Store? also try performing a soft reset.

I'm plugging in with the 15 pin type connector that has finger screws each side of it,(can't remember what it is called) with a separate usual plug into the earphone socket of the laptop and at the other end, into the audio output of the TV. I have been doing this for some time, with Netfix,and other programs,and never encoutered a problem till I tried Playing a film off I tunes.
