My mozilla mainpage keeps getting taken over by bing and I cant stop it-help!

I have a mozilla mainpage with google. every time I try to "google", bing pops up instead and takes over and it wont go away. I cant use any other search engines-this just started and i swear it's a microsoft virus the way it acts.

Try to "Reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults" on the [[Safe mode]] start window.

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer

I keep getting pop-overs saying my Java is out of date. I already have updated Java and removed any previous versions to prevent a false reading. How do I block this from happening. This occurs on all of my computers when using Firefox. It is getting out of control.

Yahoo is better than Google right now. While using Google as a search engine and logged into Yahoo-mail the page elevator (up& down) bar actually freezes, a dead giveaway that something is up. So far nothing I do will stop the page elevator from freezing when I'm using the Google search engine. I either have to use the Yahoo or Bing search engines.

It's hard to tell from your description what is going on, but try this first.
Quit Safari. If it won't quit in the usual way, select
 ▹ Force Quit...
from the menu bar, then select Safari from the list and press return.
Relaunch Safari by holding down the shift key and clicking its icon in the Dock. That will stop the bad page from reloading automatically. From the menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Privacy ▹ Remove all website data
to get rid of any cookies or other data left by the server. Open your Downloads folder and delete anything you don't recognize.
Also get rid of the useless Norton crapware, after backing up all data.

My phone and I pad all of the sudden just stopped syncing with my desktop. I have had my phone for over a year when 4s first came out and everything was syncing fine. Then all the sudden it stopped. I keep getting the error message "apple outlook DAV has stopped working". I have rebooted, checked for duplicates, signed in and out of the cloud and still nothing. Windows 7 Professional. I meant that when I open a word doc and want to turn it into a PDF, i get the same error message. I keep getting logged out of iCloud and iMessenger on my iPhone 5s. I have iOS 8.1.3, I've logged out of everything, restarted, logged back in, I've fully erased and reset the phone, I've done everything every blog has suggested and it is still not working properly. I've even had to fully erase my iPad because it started acting as the primary device so I was not getting any messages on my iPhone. I did update my password a while ago but even after that the phone and iPad were working fine, then within the last few month's I've been dealing with this issue.
Please help, I've literally tried every fix everyone has suggested on this subject and nothing is working. I'm strongly tempted to change from an Apple device at this point.

Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If that does not fix the problem - back up your phone to iTunes and restore as new
See if the problem is solved before you restore from backup or load any apps

I'm having a very similar problem.
I'm based in the U.K. and am trying to publish an iBook through the iTunes bookstore. I have made my book in iBooks author 2.0. My iTunes is up to date.
When I try and publish the iBook I have passed and ticked the Pre Publish Check; and the Create Account, but when I try and download iTunes Producer through iTunes Connect I'm told "Your Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Content."
When I try and re-set my iTunes Store account I'm told "The iTunes Store Account has already applied to distribute content on the iBookstore." Of course it has I just did that.
If I try and sign in to iTunes Connect through the Publishing pane I'm told "Your ID or Password was entered incorrectly." Even though I've just used it to sign into iTunes (and here), so my password and Apple ID work fine elsewhere.
Is my access to the iTunes Connect being delayed while my submission is processed, i.e. the processing of my tax and account details? Or am I stuck in a loop?
If this is still processing (I started this 20 hours ago) I assume that I have to submit the book itself when I can download iTunes Producer at a later date, as I haven't submitted the book yet?
I emailed the problem to iTunes Store and was refered to [email protected], only for them to say they don't read or reply to emails sent to that address??????
I'm not sure which part of the process I've reached - if any. I feel I'm in limbo. I have an iBook ready to go - but where is Apple?
Any help would be most welcome.

What version of iTunes are you using? The error you references seems to be connected with iTunes 9.0.4. That version of iTunes is not compatible with iOS 6. You need to update to the current version of iTunes.
