My MSI is dead, please HELP

i hope some1 can help me
I hav a MEGA STICK 1 (128 MB) MS-5511 / 5 in 1 .
it work perfectly for 6 months and now it happens i couldNT read files
that i put in the mega stick.
so i tried to upgrade the latest firmwave, but it got stuck
during the process.
now it doesnt want to switch ON.
Can some1 help me please.

My Pearl is dead : Please Help

Hi,
Last week , my pearl (8100)started behaving abnormally. It reboots by itself , red light blinks and shows hour glass for a minute or two and then reboots again.
I have shown to a local cellphone repair dealer , who tried flushing the software and reloading...Nothing worked..he said it might have developed some hardware problem.
But ,Now condition has deteriorated and when I plug it to power to charge the battery, it is not charging and no red light blinking....no rebooting...it seems completely dead.....
Please help.

80g Classic nearly dead please help

I've got a 80g classic ipod that is flashing with the apple logo. It was working fine up till yesterday but since downloading a new album and trying to sync its not now. My computer doesnt even detect the device is there now. I initially tried restoring it but it went into the flashing apple logo ststus after about 10 mins. I've had it just over a year so is now out of warrenty
My iphone is working fine with itunes just the classic has nearly died. Please help!!

Find a Mac computer, it should get recognized then do a Restore there. Once completed re connect with your PC

My ibook is "sort-of" dead" please help.

after installing a third-party application, my computer started acting up, Parts of the picture would stop and just go black...things just got worse; Now the computer does turn on, but I dont hear the start up noise, all I hear is the fan running and the CD-Rom running as well. No picture. Im not sure if its a virus, or something worse. Ive tried resetting the pram and the pmu, I tried to boot up from the cd-rom ( which is now stuck in there ) Please help.

After leaving my ipod hooked up to my computer for most of the day yesterday and resetting it a couple times, it actually turned on and started working. But the battery died almost immediately, so I am guessing it is the battery ... maybe?
Any thoughts on how to go about getting a new battery? I am not great with technology and don't even see how to open the ipod so that the battery can be replaced.

Logic Midi Note Dead, Please Help!!!

I am mixing some cues for a indi production. Today I merged two midi regions (region1, and region 2). However the last note of region one now won't play correctly. I need it to be a held not but no matter what I do I only get like a eigth beat staccato note and then silence. This only happens on any notes placed in that particular beat of that particular measure. No matter what not it is I ge the same effect. I've gone through my event list to see if any controllers are affecting it but none seem to be active on that beat. Please help. I really need that note to hold the entire beat.
P.S. I'm on logic pro 9

I've already checked for multiple notes, nada. I can get no sound on the beat, just not a long sound.
It looks right on the piano roll editor. Thats the problem. I can't use the piano roll to adjust the time of the note. I'm writing a song in the piano roll using the esX24 as my synthesizer. So its a pretty basic bare bones set up. I've tried copying other notes to that beat, no results either. Anynot I put on that partical beat, no matter what i is, will only play a short staccato.
Is there any sort of catche for midi data that might have recorded an error?

Hello, i need help pronto! my iBook G4, i always thought it was the best computer ever, i've had Mac for several years now and they always work just fine, but the other day i left my iBook sleeping while it charge the battery and when i came back i tried to turn it on and i notice that the computer was off not sleeping, i wierd smell was comming out of the left down corner of the computer and the computer dont work at all, and the battery never charged! i think that the problem is the power supply, but i can be wrong! im clueless and i really mis my laptop! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!

Alright take a deep breath everything is going to be fine. First off what kind of smell? I have noticed over the years that all Macs, when they get hot have a scent. When you try to turn your computer on any vital signs? Sounds? Lights? Anything? You might want to take your computer to your local Apple Store to get an evaluation from a Mac Genius. Respond with specifics about everything, you get better responces. I wouldn't be surprised if you fried it. Maybe surge, but its hard to tell.

Motherboard not geting past MSI logo display - please help me if you can

Hello all
I have recently purchased a motherboard kit from a very respected retailer so all my components are compatible. It consisted of an MSI KT4V motherboard, an AMD Sempron 2600, a stick of 256MB DIMM, and a heatsink. I have installed them all as best to my knowledge but on booting up for the first time all I am getting is what looks to be an MSI logo screen. I have changed the jumper switches and tried other things but I am unable to get to the BIOS or anything.
Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know of any methods I could take to try and resolve it ?

First can I just say thanks to everyone who has posted a reply to me here. I have brought my motherboard manual in for any specifications that is needed, unfortunately my power supply is back at my flat but it came with a chassis I bought from a different company. I know it's 400w if that's any consolation.
Please understand that I am unable to get anywhere near BIOS - literally as soon as I power it up the power light comes on, you can hear the hard drives whirring, the DVD ROM spins, etc. but almost instantly an MSI logo is displayed on the screen and from there I can;t do anything. I am not given the chance to do anything before. Hitting Del does nothing, in fact the keyboard doesn;t even light up at all when I switch my computer on, almost as if it doesn;t recognise it or it doesn;t get as far as reading it or something. Surely there can;t be a problem with my graphics card as I'm guessing I wouldn't be able to see the dreaded MSI logo. I reseated most stuff like the RAM and swapped IDE cables etc. and that seems fine. I am really getting sick of seeing that infernal MSI logo screen !!

Nasty MOTU MSI / Modulation problem - please help!!

OK, I've searched high and low for a solution to this, but no joy, so here goes...
For weeks now, I've had an issue with MOTU's Symphonic Instrument.
Parts recorded with it play back distorted if the active track in Logic's arrange window is not the one the plug-in is on.
The 'distortion' is in actual fact the MSI playing back as if the modwheel is full on. It sounds like a very fast square-wave gate. Whipping the wheel back and forth back to zero while the MSI track is active will temporarily cure the problem, but as soon as you change tracks, it's back. It doesn't make any difference whether the plug-in is configured in single-channel or multitimbral mode.
I've also had the same thing happen with Absynth, which suggests it might be more something to do with the way Logic handles CC#1 data from the Korg Kontrol 49. There are a number of reports about the buggy implementation of CC#1 on this controller, but they mainly concern it being used in Native Mode, which I don't use, as I need a working modwheel. Swapping the Korg out for a Roland PC300 keyboard controller had no effect in any case.
It may have been caused by CC#1 events lurking around in the MIDI parts... some of them were originally recorded with Garritan Personal Orchestra, which uses the modwheel as a volume control. However, I couldn't find any such events, and although I might have got nearer to figuring out what's causing the problem, I can't get it to stop doing it.
Inserting "CC#1 = 0" messages into the part's event list doesn't help.
Recording modwheel resets on the same track doesn't help.
Turning on the "Chase Controllers" preference doesn't help.
Using a different controller keyboard doesn't help.
Setting fire to the computer doesn't help.
I am unable to perform the 1.1.1 update for MSI, so that doesn't help. The plug-in crashes Logic's validation with a "Fatal Error." This results in it being greyed out in the AU Manager list, and I am therefore unable to enable it manually. I'm currently swapping emails with MOTU tech support about this.
If anyone can help resolve this while I still have some hair left to tear out, there's at least 3 pints of strong beer in it for them....

I would say do figure out how to make the upgrade first and foremost. A lot was done in that upgrade, and one may have been to fix this bug.
As for cc data, have you checked the track automation for the track with MSI? I know it's an obvious question, but if there's ghost data it will show up there.

MSI R4850 PROBLEM - PLEASE HELP FAST (UPDATED) :S

I install my new PC and what do you know, there are exclamation marks on the POST and BIOS screens replacing some parts of the background... But when windows starts everything looks fine. I can watch movies and there is no problem. But then I saw this in the VGA driver tab:
So I install a few games, and it is similar to that picture. The whole screen is covered with little squares on some spots and there seems to be faulty graphics.
While playing a map in Warcraft, not only the graphics was like this, but every now and then the screen would freeze, go black and return to the same bad graphics. Also after 5 minutes it gave me a BSOD.
I have the latest ati grafics drivers, and I tried replacing the 4850 with my old video card, an MSI Nvidia N7800GT and these problems are not present with that card, so it has to be the a problem with the 4850.
So what is wrong with the VGA? Is it some hardware fault? What should I do?

OK, so I tested the VGA in another system. And as it started it showed the exclamation marks in post again. Then I installed the drivers and i restarted, and the exclamation marks were gone. Then tested games, Warcraft and Crysis and everything works splendid. This was on my friend's PC which is:
MB ASUS P5Q Updated to Latest BIOS
PQI DDR2 800MHz 2GB
CPU Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700
HDD 320GB Hitachi 16MB cache @ SATA2
Windows XP PRO x86
So the VGA is ok here, but doesn't work fine on my system. Any ideas?
EDIT: Updated BIOS version to 1.4 and the problem persists... some help pleaseee!

MSI Bundle problem (please help)

I need your help. We have zenworks 10.3.3. I made a msi install bundle and bundle installs normaly, but remains pending. I checked the msi log and it says that it installed correctly. Last line is MainEngineThread is returning 0. Why Zenworks dont realise that the bundle installed correctly, what am i missing???

The fact status updates for other bundles, seems to eliminate the Status
Roll-up as the root cause.
Perhaps Reboot the Device?
Maybe ZCM thinks the install is not yet complete?
If you try to manually launch the bundle again, does it reinstall?
If so that would tend to indicate ZCM thinks its not installed.

actually this is the first time i use this forum,I was living in lebanon and was using the lebanon store on itunes. when I moved to qatar I kept lebanon store and the same billing information but this time I registered the qatari bank Visa card instead of the lebanese one since I closed my bank account in lebanon and the qatari bank visa card was working fine untill this december it expired when I was doing a purchase, I renewed the card and tried to enter the new expiry date in the apple account but it gives an error that "the payment card you entered is not valid in lebanon" although it is the same card which was working before.the only difference is the bank generated a new expiry date.Aslo when I tried to change the location to qatar, I recieved another error which tells that " a purchase was opened and can not be closed" so I have to close this payment before I change the location and use the card.In this case what should I do? I am stuck, unable to do any application update.

My Mac Pro is completely dead, please help

Hello guys, I got this one: Apple Mac Pro "Eight Core" 3.0 (2,1) from 2008 (I think) and he is completely dead, I mean not a single beep, fan doesnt spin, just complete silence
I tried remove everything and nothing helps so I suspect power supply (or maybe motherboard?,) so what I can do now? I dont have any other mac, so can I use power supply from PC? local apple service told me, they cant do anything, because its old model (they dont have parts)

Ive got a problem with my ipod, i hadnt used it for about a month and the battery had ran out so i tried to charge it but there is no life in it at all. Ive used three different docking stations to charge it including pc but nothing happens at all, it doesnt light up, no icons appear, nothing !!!
