My music has frozen, I cannot return back to other playlists or my library, it just shows blank. How do I get back to my library?

Try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.

That's not easy. The Windows migration tool makes a new user account, and you can't prevent it.
You may be able to transfer what you want manually, but it's not quick or easy. See Transferring files from one User Account to another.

A search engine page has started appearing when I press New Tab. There are no new add-ons. How can I get back to the frequently-used sites thumbnails?

Your System Details List shows that you have a user.js file in the profile folder to initialize some prefs on each start of Firefox.
The user.js file is only present if you or other software has created it, so normally it wouldn't be there.
you can check its content with a plain text editor if you didn't create this file yourself.
The user.js file is read each time you start Firefox and initializes preferences to the value specified in this file, so preferences set via user.js can only be changed temporarily for the current session.
Delete a possible user.js file and numbered prefs-##.js files and rename (or delete) the prefs.js file to reset all prefs to the default value including prefs set via user.js

HT4743 The TV Shows icon has dissappeared from my Apple TV, so I have no access to my purchsed shows. How do I get it back?

I just noticed today that my TV shows icon has dissappeared from the Apple TV screen. I do not have aceess to my purchased content, unless I use my iPad and Airplay, which I do not want to do all the time.
I have restored all settings and dowloaded all software updates.
Is there s remedy to correct this?

There appears to be a large increase in this type of problem at this time, it seems that that there is a problem at Apple's end, but I couldn't at all be sure.
There are no issues being reported at Apple’s System Status page, but this status may yet be updated and it may be you need to try again a little later.
This isn't affecting me here in the UK, where exactly are you.
So far I have noted users in the following locations having similar problems:

If this is a problem at Apple’s end, it rarely happens, however when it does only Apple can fix it. When this has occurred previously it has usually been resolved in a few hours or slightly more.

Thanks a lot! After I sent the above post, I tried that. It worked a little. Some of the ones that I Purchased would not come up. I followed instructions from Apple about going to Purchased and downloading them again, but ran into another problem. They are greyed on my Mac and they will not download again. It says to click on the iCloud beside them, but there is not one visible. iCloud is set up, at least I thought it was. I am sure there is a simple explanation, but I am missing it!

First make sure you are searching the name correctly.
If the app is no longer in the App Store it is no longer available for download. This happens when Apple has found the app violates the agreement with the developer or when the developer no longer wants the app listed in the App Store.
If the app is truly no longer in the App Store your only option is to copy it from iTunes on the computer you normall sync with.

Well if it has a non-Filevaulted hard drive, you need to stop using the computer and either take it to a local PC/Mac repair shop that does data recovery or do it yourself with a spare blank powered external boot drive and $100 software that will read the deleted (but not yet overwritten) files.
Create a data recovery/undelete external boot drive
Once you have the files recovered, back your data up, especially burning data DVD's in iTunes.

The only way someone could have changed it is if they knew your passcode to begin with, or guessed it.
Without a computer, or access to iCloud, there's nothing you can do to remove the passcode. You need a computer to force the phone into recovery mode & restore it, or access to iCloud.com to erase it.
