My name is on my daughter's email messages

Pesky problem........just installed Leopard on my daughter's MacBook. When she sends emails to me the header says Robert Eckert <Edited by Moderator> My daughter's email address is an additional email address that I added to my .Mac Account. She is the Administrator in the accounts of the sys. prefs. We checked her address book info. Don't know what more to do. She is not happy that my name is appearing when she sends an email.

ok, so when you bought that email only account when logged in to your .mac account, you had to set up that account by going to Manage Accounts if I remember correctly?! I just cannot remember what set up is involved and if you had to enter your name associated with that email only account, but it is worth checking. plus, but I am sure you checked that already, what name is showing in mail>preferences>accounts for that email only account in the name field of the account information?
finally, does your name appear also when she sends to someone else?

My apple account was in my partners name , I have now changed it to my name .
The problem is my icloud email still shows up his name at the beginning of my email address. eg Jo Blogg ( [email protected] ) .
When I open up Icloud in browser it shows in the top right my correct name , but when I go into Account settings on Mac in the Mail it shows up my
partners name as the Full Name associated with the account . It doesn't give you the option of changing that name though.

Hey There I didn't need to change it as it shows my correct name in my icloud account. The problem is on my Mac where it still shows my Full name as my partners name.
For eg. if I send an email from "Mail" on mac and I use my icloud account then the name that shows up is my partners name when the email is received. If I send an email from the Icloud Mail box that I log into on my browser then the name that shows up when the email is received is my name which is correct.
When I go into preferences in "Mail" on my Mac to change my name, the name is ghosted out and doesn't allow me to change it ! ? It is here that it still show my partners name ?

Unable to change outgoing email display name on 9930. Only displays email address to clients

I have tried to change my outgoing email display name to my name but when I delete the email address on username field and input my name it says "not a valid email address". Tried on the Blackberry website with my profile and on my handheld device. Why is this so difficult? I can't send emails to clients as on their end it just shows my email address in the from field and not my full name. My email account name on my Blackberry shows the full name I want to display, but it keeps defaulting to my username, which is my email address. I have a 9930 that is two years old. Thanks.

Thanks for the details! When did this issue start? Is your Blackberry on a Blackberry Enterprise server from your company? Is this an outlook Microsoft Exchange email account? This may help with changing your settings:
Change options for your personal email account
You can change options for each personal email account that you added to your BlackBerry® smartphone. You can create email filters, synchronize your contacts, change your signature or display name, and more.
• On the Home screen, click the Messages icon.
• Press the key > Options > Email Account Management.

Bcc: means BLIND Carbon Copy. These Addressees will receive a copy of the email, but other recipients will not see their names.
Try sending the email to your own Address to see exactly what it will look like.
If it is not satisfactory, you may have to BBC to a LIST.

You can't change the name of your iCloud email address, but you can create an alias address that will be linked to your account and receive email in the same inbox, as described here: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2622. Note: once you create an alias you cannot later use it to create a new iCloud account, transfer it to another account or reactivate it if you ever delete it.

Correcting my name on email messages from commercial sites

When receiving email messages in response to purchases made online, the name attached to my address in the business' email to me is NOT mine. They have my email address listed correctly in the "to" line, but not my name...for some reason, they show my sister's name!!!???

But the issue is not one of whether or not I receive the products I purchased...it is in the use of my sister's name with my email address....have NO idea why ALL commercial websites show her name when they send me confirmation of purchases made!!!?? It's not a problem as far as my business with these
sites...it's a matter of having MY name after the "sent to" label!!
I still have NO clue as to how to change it other than notifying EVERY web business or service I've ever contacted....YIKES!

Lately when I access my iCloud account I'm not see the Folder names and some emails are showing no content from Firefox on my work PC, though when I view Mail from my iPhone the folders and the email message content is there. This is the result you get when you try to sign into the iCloud Control Panel on Windows with an Apple ID which hasn't been used to set up an iCloud account, since you cannot set up an account on Windows. Once an account is set up elsewhere you should be able to log in perfectly well.
Forgive me for asking, but are you absolutely sure you are logging in with the right ID? Many people have separate IDs for iCloud and iTunes and it's easy to get them confused: so this is the first thing you should double-check.
Have you recently purchased additional Storage? Someone who had found that he was unable to log in in Windows until he had gone to the preference pane on his Mac and confirmed that extra storage there - I've not idea why that should be the case.

You would really have to ask the app developer if there is a way to export the data.
As for adding a printer, you would need to purchase an AirPrint compatible printer and connect it to your wireless network.

Form works but field names don't carry over to email

I created a form and set it up to generate an email
containing the information, which will be transmitted to my client.
Everything works fine, except I can't get the form field names to
carry over to the email. For example, I just get the completed

I think that you have turned on VoiceOver. To turn it off, enter settings, general, accessibility and turn off VoiceOver.

You have an Accessibility feature turned on. Go to Settings>General>Accessibility and turn off/check off:
