Old and new android are paired somehow the old phone answering calls and TeX but new phone is the active one both phones keep crashing what am I doing wrong.Done multiple factory resets on old phone trying to fix this spent countless hours and days on this

Windows drivers for Intel wireless cards are known problematic.. If you have plenty of signal and it still cannot keep or hold the connection the issue can simply be the type of wireless.
Another problem is using names that windows does not easily handle.
eg If you set the TC using apple names, like
Fred Blog's Airport Time Capsule wireless24ad12
Then to windows this is too long.. it has spaces and it has illegal character.
Change all names on the TC to suit windows. Short, no spaces and pure alphanumeric.
Also security must be suitable.. I have no idea how old or what OS your dell is, but if you still have issues.. pull off the security on the TC for a test.. if the computer suddenly works, it is not compatible with WPA2 AES. Make sure you also use a password that is mix upper and lower case plus numbers.. avoid special characters and make it 10-20 characters long say.. it is not required to be more than that unless you are paranoid.

Try erasing the device using iCloud.com - assuming that you were using iCloud and the Find my iPhone app on the device.

I have this problem too. I've always sent messages successfully via bcc to a group using a group email list in contacts. Now ... all of a sudden when I select the same group for bcc nothing happens! Cannot email my group now. Why not?

It's the password for your outgoing mail in your Mail account. You need to set it up in your Preferences.

If the file is a correctly formatted AAC file with the .m4r file extension and less than 40 seconds long, then iTunes should put it into the Tones section of the library and move it into the Tones folder inside your media folder.
I've just checked the current version of iTunes behaves as I've desribed, which it does for me at least.
You may need to have some tones in your library for the tones tab to display when the device is connected.

Here's another one weird I don't know what lol

I have a header.php file where I keep my header and a navigation bar.
I included the file into a registration page which sits in the same directory. works fine!
I tried including it on my index page which sit in my root directory like it is supposed to and teh header only shows the JQuery UI element but not the banner and there is no style to the JQuery element. I double and tripple checked the link and it is fine. I tripple checked the link to Css and it is fine too. As test, I moved teh index page in teh same directory where my header sits. Voila! works like a charm. I moved the index back out and links were updated and still the same thing. I have the navigation bar but no banner???????????

Alan, I see you as a fighter and as such, you should continue with your first website using currnt technologies.
Start by placing all the documents that contain the web pages in the root directory, all jQuery files in their sub folder (as you have), CSS files in the styles subfolder, include files in an include folder and images in the images folder.
My directory structure looks like
ROOT
     CSS
     IMAGES
     INCLUDES
     JS
When I include a file from the include folder, I make sure that the links in the include file assume that I am in the ROOT folder. This is because the content of the included file become the content of the main document when included.
I would also upload my files to a remote server so that when I run into a problem, I can refer the person(s) helping me out to that location.
Also remember, DW is not a saving grace, it is an aid to help us create a website.
Stick with it, it'll only get easier.

While trying to re-install ITunes, all I get on the message is the choice to "save" or "cancel". It will not give me the "run" choice. What am I doing wrong? been a great computer but little things are going now....
for some reason my firewire ports don't like to work and randomly tell me my external drives are disconnected. my firewire 800 doesn't work at all..
my lcd is getting dim.
and the latest thing is my computer will freeze when you're doing something simple like googling something and it will stay frozen until you smack it on teh lower corner next to teh trackpad on the right hand side.

OH and my keyboard gets more than hot now
