I have a Mac mini purchased in 2010, i have recently purchased MacTV which is great and works well. Because I had so many movies and music I moved my iteunes to its own external hard drive. I keep getting the Start up disk full warning, which was why I moved both iphotos and itunes to external disks. but I still get the message, now and then. for instance last night it said I only had about 7gig left. I shut down the computer and thought I'll deal with that tomorrow, when I turned on computer today there was over 70gig available... I don't understand what is happening. I'm using iflicks, and I did discover that iflicks kept a copy of files on my hard drive and I've fixed that I think. This morning I discovered all my movies sitting in my music folder on my hard drive. i'm just getting very confused about what my computer is doing without my knowledge.
You will have to engage a split library which means you will have to start answering questions on this forum because you will need to learn a lot about how iTunes works in order not that have a big mess at the end of it all. It also won't be easy when the time comes to relocate it all to different drives.
You can go to advanced preferences and turn off organize media and copy to items to media folder when adding items to library. Next read about how to selectively consolidate items to the external drive.

Remember that when you start iTunes without the external drive turned on iTunes will present you with a bunch of broken links. If you have automatic downloads enabled with iCloud you may have to turn that off to prevent iTunes from repopulating your drive trying to deal with those "missing" tracks.
If you add tracks in bunches to iTunes and want them to go to different media folders you will need to either add them by holding down the option key while dragging if the desired media folder is not the one set in preferences, or by changing the media folder in preferences. Changing media folder preferences only applies to new files added, not old ones.

The latest automatic update (in March) was accompanied by "You should update Adobe Flash Player right now". Having done this a few days ago a new Firefox update arrived (today 7. That's an awfully vague question. What servers? Mail? Calendars? and what operating system are you using?
I'm going to hazard a guess that you are having trouble with your email, and that you are using a pre-Lion system such as Snow Leopard. (If this guess is incorrect you're going to have to provide more details.)
You have been using MobileMe's email settings, which sometimes continue to work for a time after migration but then get turned off. iCloud's mail server settings are different. Strictly speaking Lion 10.7.2 is required for iCloud, and on that Mail is set up automatically.
Snow Leopard cannot access most of iCloud's facilities, however you can set Mail up manually to access your email. The method is described here:

My phone keeps saying the storage is full so I deleted pictures, apps, and all my texts. Then after I do this my phone freezes and I have to restart it. When I restart my phone then everything I deleted comes back. What is going on?

It sounds like your available free space is not reporting properly. I would start by quitting the Settings app:
iOS: Force an app to close
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
If the issue persists, backup your device to iTunes, then restore it as new and verify that it works.
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
If it does, then restore your backup to either verify it still works and the software just needed reinstalled, or isolate the issue to the backup file itself.

If you are referring to a 16GB phone, then you do not have 16GB available. The device only has about 12.75GB available after iOS. You can see how much space you have available by going to Settings>General>About, or you can connect the device to the computer and iTunes and look at the report there.

Can you connect to a wifi source on the device? Enable wifi in settings on the device itself. If you don't have wifi at home, there may be a local hotspot you can use for this.
The reason this happens is carriers don't want people downloading huge files that would slow their network as well as eat up your data plan. -

The country you select there has to match the billing address. And your billing address should match the country of your AppleID and credit card used with the AppleID.

Trying to upgrade Os X. 14 out of 15 MacBooks installed succesfully. One machine keeps spitting out the CD! Why? What can be done to upgrade machine?
Sounds like the optical drive may be on it's way out. It should be possible to connect the Mac to one of the others by firewire and do the installation by booting from the install disc in the donor Mac, then choosing the remote HD as the target when prompted.

That is because apps are locked to the Apple ID they are purchased with. You cannot associate them with a new Apple ID, nor merge them to another account. If you cannot update with the old ID, then you will need to delete the app and purchase it with the new Apple ID.

An alternative solution is to create a new email address and Apple ID for yourself. The amount you have invested in purchases for your daughter vs. yourself will factor in this decision.
If she doesn't want to use your email address, Apple IDs can be changed - not transferred, but changed to an email address not already associated with another Apple ID.
One caveat to keep in mind is the age requirement for Apple IDs; thirteen years of age is the minimum. The only way for someone younger than that to legitimately have an Apple ID is for someone older to create one on her behalf.
