My new iPad 32G will not connect to my mac Mini using WiFi. Any suggestions for a solution?

Happy New Year,
I am attempting to get Facetime on my new Mac Mini to connect to Facetime on my new iPad 32 G through my WiFi router. It rings on the iPad but after clicking on Accept, all it does is try to connect with no success. I have tried to reverse the order of the connection (iPad to the Mac Mini) but no success. The problem seems to be with the Mac Mini as I have been able to connect my iPad Facetime to my local authorized Apple dealer Facetime software both ways (i.e.I have connected with them and they have been able to connect with me.) Has anyone got any suggestions to resolve my problem?

The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). If you are using your iPad while charging, it will take even longer. It's best to turn your new iPad OFF and charge over night. I just bought the new IPad and its taking me through the setup screens, when I get to the wi-fi setup I see my router (2WIRE) I click on it, I put in the password and it says "Not correct Password" I know it is the correct password, I even changed it in the router and it still says "Not correct Password" I tried putting in the passcode that is in brackets under the router and still I get "Not correct password". I also cannot get passed the initial setup prompt for wi-fi so I can go into the settings and see whats goin on. What can I do? Please help, thanks

My ipad mini is not usable because it constantly asks for iCloud password. It also will not connect to network. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My son's ipad mini has become not usable because it asks for constantly asks for iCloud password. It says that it is not the correct password and the screen reappears. I know the password is correct because I can login to the website via another PC.
Part of the issue is that it appears not be connected to the network. It appears to be trying to then gets interuptted by the iCloud password request.
I tried to restore from iTunes when connected to PC, however, it says it cannot do this because Find My Phone has been activated on the ipad. To deactiviate I need to turn it off on the ipad which required my iCloud password (seems I am in a catch 22).
Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Just got a ipad 2 this morning and I am trying to set it up with my macbook pro. But it will show that it is connected. What do I do?

If you rebooted the router - unplugged it for about 30 seconds and then plugged it back in - try restarting your iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
If that doesn't work, turn WiFi off and then turn it on again in the settings on the iPad.
Try this as well - Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.

As it says in the title, my iPad 2 will not connect to iTunes, it connected okay before the last two iTunes updates. I tried to unistall the newer version of iTunes and installed a older version but when i try to open it it says iTunes Library.itl can not be regonizied becuase it was made by a newer version of iTunes. What I would want to know is how to delete the newer version of the .itl file or find out how to make the newer version of iTunes work with my iPad. My iPad IOS is 7.1.1, i have tried to turn off my anti viris and firewall but no result! Please help me!

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app
    •    Tap on Wi-Fi
    •    Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Simply scroll horizontally to see all your apps, and close the apps with a simple flick towards the top of the screen.
