My new Iphone 4S calendar doesn't allow me to add a new event, anyone knows what's wrong???
There's no + button and nothing happens when I tap on the day...
I found the answer to the problem in another discussion. I don't know why I have to turn on the calendar at Icloud for the calendar to work.
What if I didn't have an Icloud account? It doesn't make sense...
The user guide is not clear on this matter it says you have to subscribe to a calendar and that your calendar will be blocked if you subscribe, but it's the opposite... I

Edit song or CD information
Select the song or CD you want to edit, and choose File > Get Info (or press Control-I).
Click Info and make your changes.
Tip: If you’re changing the same information (for example, the genre) for multiple items, you can select all the items and change the information for them at the same time.
Create your own genre category by clicking Info and typing the category in the Genre field.

When I go to yahoo with my iPhone 6 the pages will not enlarge when I pinch them but it works on my iPad. Does anyone know what's wrong? Also the same on boyfriends phone he's eith Virgin and I'm with Vodafone do it cant be the providers.
Thanks for the link but none of those described the problem. No error message pops up. It just says "Accessing Itunes Store" but it never actually does. This only occurs when my iPhone is plugged in though.

My iPhone has recently been crashing (or rather the apps) when I would try to access my text messages, contacts, phonebook, facebook, or email. I tried restarting my phone and lost all of my contacts. This has been happening more and more frequently. Today I was in my pictures and was trying to crop one and my phone shut off completely. Anyone know what's wrong with it or how to fix it?
Make sure all apps are fully closed:
- double tap your home button
- hold your finger on an app
- when the apps start to wiggle press the red "-" button on all the apps
Now do a hard reset:
- hold the home button and the sleeps/wake button down at the same time
- the phone will shut off then when the apple logo ppears release both buttons
If by then your contacts have not been restored you would need to try and retreive them from a back up on itunes/icloud that was made when the contacts were on the phone. You could even stream them from the cloud if they were synced to the cloud. The link beow will show you how to restore from an itunes/icloud back up:

My phone doesn't give me the option to turn mirroring on when trying to connect to apple tv. As far as I can see everything is updated and the AirPlay is turned on. Be grateful if anyone knows what's wrong.

i logged out of itunes and now itunes will not allow me to sign in completely. anyone know what i can do? i've already re-installed itunes.

my iphoto doesn't allow to share the photos '09 (8.1.2) to facebook anymore. publish button doesn' work. (it used to be OK) anyone has any idea?
There are a couple of things that could be causing this. Try:
delete your iPhoto cache
hold down the option key
in the Go menu in the Finder, scroll down to Library
in Library, find Containers/com.apple.iPhoto/Data/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhotoin that folder, find Cache.db and drag it to the trash.
delete the iPhoto preference file
do the same trick with the option key to show ~/Library
in Library/Preferences, find com.apple.iPhoto.plist, and drag it to the trash
if there are multiples of any of these files, drag them to the trash too.
delete the Keychain entries and do Keychain First Aid
in Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access
in the column on the left select login and under category, Passwords
delete all of the entries that include iPhoto or Facebook
in the Keychain Access menu, scroll down to Keychain First Aid, enter your user password, select repair, and click start.
Then restart your computer
new caches and preference files will be generated
you will need to reenter your iPhoto preferences
reenter your facebook user name and password in iPhoto
this should fix it.

I have an iPhone 3gs and today it started just vibrating instead of ringing and vibrating. It also has no sound what so ever. None of the apps or games have sound and I was wondering if anyone has any clue as to what could have caused this and how I can fix it.

Oh, there are other things to try in the interim, not the least of which would be a different set or type of plug. You should make sure that there's no possible interference from any sort of a cover you might have on the iPad. You can try something as simple as blowing debris out of the plug's recess with a jet of compressed air. Try putting a thin film of electronic lubricant, like a CRC, on a plug and exercise it in and out a few times.
There might be some other things that might help, like giving it a good shake, but the above will at least give you something to do for a while. -
Help please! My phone has some kind of issue, besides being old, it has "magnified" I don't know what happened. I cannot figure out how to get it to go back to normal? It just happened when I touched a text message to read it. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Hopefully, you use a passcode to unlock your lock screen. It is that passcode that is required to update IOS. See Settings > Passcode.
