My new Iphone 5c drops battery life by 20% in an hour without me touching it? I believe it is a bad battery has anyone else had this problem?
I haven't touched my Iphone 5c for an hour besides a few texts and it as dropped its battery life by 20% I also took it off the charger (at three in the morning) at 90% and woke up to a 70% battery life. I got this phone yesterday and let it die and recharge like you are supposed too, I think it is a bad battery but I am wondering as anyone else had this problem before? I want to know if I should be taking this back or not? Also while charging last night the phone got very hot which is also very concerning.
If you aren't receiving password reset emails and your security questions don't work, someone has hijacked your account.

You need to use Expresslane to contact iTunes support to regain access to your account ASAP.

I had my damaged unlocked iPhone 4 replaced by apple with a refirb model and am pretty sure they've issued me with a locked phone.

TyIt is entirely possible that the human you spoke with at Apple simply made a mistake. You do realize that humans make mistakes, correct?
Take the device back to the store along with any documents you have stating it is or is supposed to be unlocked and let them clear it up.
This all assumes the device was unlocked by the carrier and not some shady website or local electronics store. -
I am interested in knowing if anyone else has had a sound problem with a news ipad4. In the last two days, my IPad sound has just stopped. I can get it back by doing a complete shutdown of the iPad. I will be returning it to the store since I am certain this should not happen. Just wondered if this is a common problem. Thanks!
Is it formatted Mac OS Extended (journaled)? If not do so using Disk Utility.
P.S. If you store live fies on an external disk you need to back it up just like data on your internal disk or if and when that disk crashed then, poof, all your music will be gone.
If you do not already have one, purchase an external drive to dedicate to Time Machine backups. Then in the Time Machine exclusions list, remove the image of the music offload disk. Then both your internal and external live drives will be backed up to the Time Machine disk. -

Is this observed as the iPhone is plugged into a Computer or into an AC outlet; or both? In any case you should try a Reset of the iPhone by depressing the Sleep button and the Home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears then wait for the Reset to bring your iPhone back to the Lock-Screen.

My camera just recently went blurry. It was working just fine yesterday but then I went to use it today and the pictures are so fuzzy. Has anyone else had this problem with their iPhone 5?

Standard troubleshooting...
Try a reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
Remove the Camera app from Recently Used list...
- From any Home Screen, double tap the home button to bring up the Recents List
- Tap and hold any icon in this list until they wiggle
- Press the red to delete the Camera app from this list.
- Press the home button twice when done.
- Restart the Camera app
If still a problem restore with your backup.
If still a problem restore as new, i.e. without your backup. See how it runs with nothing synced to it.
If still a problem, it's likely a hardware issue. -
Hi guys. After updating to 7.0.6 my iphone 5s is no longer showing in itunes. Strangley it is recognised by my PC (windows 8) when I click on my computer. I have tried reinstalling itunes and making sure the drivers are up to date, but this has made no difference. Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone have any advice? Thanks

I recently updated my iTunes to the new version. When I opened it I found that there were no details listed on the SONGS page. On all other pages the relevant pictures/details appear. Although there are no details showing on the songs page, the songs are obviously there as when you click on a line it plays the song that should be listed. Has anyone else had this problem? (I am using a Windows XP Pro system on my Laptop).

Thanks for the suggestion... but I think my first question would be why these parameters would need re-setting? This is a new machine... It has never been shut down hard. It is used at most 10 hours per week... mostly using Office 2004 for MAC. I need to figure this out as I will soon need it as a Cs2/CS3 - Aperture workhorse.
I too agree that it is best not to use a sledge when a scalpel is needed... but as a novice to the MAC world I may have been misled by Apple support. I seems to have fixed the symptoms ( some) but appears NOT to have addressed the cause... which is what I am after.
Would TechTool Pro detect a bad HD or RAM?

Has anyone else had this problem with the iphone 4 dock and bumper?
I purchased an iphone 4 dock and bumper but when ever I sit the iphone in the dock with the bumper on it won't get a sufficient enough connection to charge so I have to take the bumper off in order for it to charge.
Has anyone else had this problem?Yes I am not impressed with that either. How can apple design such an accessory and then not have it compatable with another accessory of theirs!?
The same goes for the in-car charger also. It's a good job the iphone 4 is so good, otherwise it would have been a return to Blackberry for me! -
Since downloading ios 6 my iPhone 4 will not play itunes when docked - plays ok when not on dock. Has anyone else had this problem?
At least I'm not the only one with the issue. I was looking it up so see if others had the same problem and found a bunch of posts about it. I'm assuming it's not the phone then, it's the software. Should I bring it to the Apple Store? Replacing the phone seems stupid, because the phone isn't really the problem. It's the software! Maybe the iOS 5.0.2 will fix it??? I don't really want to wait though, it's a pain. If a lot of people have this issue it should get Apple's attention. They need to do something to fix it, ASAP!

To answer the question you asked, yes, I'm sure at least 1 of 120 million iPhone users has had this problem. to answer the question you should have asked, hold the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds, until an Apple logo appears.

has anyone else had the problem with getting your iphone to sync? i can't get any of my newly downloaded music to sync to my phone from my itunes and i tried to delete all my music and it won't even sync to do that. i dont know what to do.
try a new/fresh apple brand cable and make sure it is the only usb cable in use. this worked for me, i noticed i had no problem with a lighting cable. i did a restore from scratch and from backup and it did not help me...and if you cant sync than you wont be able to get anything but apps back after the restore

My iPhone has been in Korea for more than 48 hours, has anyone else had this problem?
So I ordered and it said it shipped the next day, which is great. But ever since it's arrived in Korea it hasn't moved in over 48 hours. I thought this was odd so I did some research and I've seen other people have their iPhone arrive and depart Korea the same day! Has anyone else had this long of a wait?

I recently purchased a Mac Pro (one month old) since day one I have found that when trying to use Face Time the camera is very intermittant, originally I thought it was a problem with the software, but have since realized that if I place a slight pressure on the right hand corner of the monitor, or wiggle the screen, then the camera will begin working, so has to be a poor connection...has anyone ele experienced this problem?

iPad faulty not even one year old......taken in and replaced. Is this a new iPad......? No was told. Old be three years old....why isn't it being replaced with a new one, with a new warranty....of another year.? As they have only given me 90 days... Makes me wonder why.?... Have they no faith in their product...I am beginning to wonder..........
