Is rotation lock on? If it is, you'll see most of a circle at the top of the screen with a lock in it.
Double click the home button, swipe the bottom row left-to-right, look at the leftmost icon. If there's a lock there, click it. Then click the home button.

Pictures are held in the iPhone backup. If you backup the old device just prior to the activation of the new one, then restore from that backup, the photos will be there. Music is in iTunes on the computer and when you do the restore, it will download the music from iTunes to the device during the restore. Make sure any music purchased on the iPhone that has not been transfered to iTunes on the computer is done before beginning the restore.

I am unable to retrieve my voicemail messages with my new iphone 4S. I went to Sprint and they told me I had bad software but apple was working on it and I should just keep checking for updates. Is this not correct and should I ask for a new phone.

Turn off the Celular Data option in your ipad setting. You will see the name of your 3g service provider gone from top left corner.

With the new IPhone 7 can one search for a song or artist like one could using the iphone 4?
With my I phone 4 I could search by song or artist and access a song or album and then select purchase. Is it still possible to search by song or artist with the 7 version or must one always go through radio?
I understand that, as in some may still need SpeedGrade for specific things, however, when looking at the new premiere, it seems those specific things would be complex things that I don't do. I'll give an example, if you see what Colorista iii does, that's about as far as I know how to take color grading. It looks to me like the new premiere will have those features colorista has. Which is basically like Speed Grade but maybe not quite as complex.

HT1373 How can I make all of my devices use the same iTunes library?
I have an iMac, Macbook Air, Macbook, iPad, iPhone and an iTouch. So, as you can imagine, I have many devices that need to be on the same page at all times. I take my Air to campus with me and use it for classes, along with my iPad, so I usually plug my iPad into my laptop for updates, dowloads, transfers, charging, etc... The same with my iPhone. However, when I get home and I plug my iPad or iPhone into my iMac, it does this whole (This iPad is currently synced to another library, would you like to Erase & Sync to this library). No. I want my Air and iMac to be the same so I can plug my devices up to either of them without having to worry about erasing or adding anything that I don't want erased or added.
How, if at all, can I accomplish this?
Thanks!You can't. An iOS device can still be synced with only one computer. That is making sense have it referer to multiple files from your computer (backup, iTunes medias, sync information).
As you will only sync your iOS with one computer, it is iCloud you need to use to keep all your content in sync. While on the go, you use your iPad for a purchase for exemple, iCloud will allow you to push that purchase to all your devices automatically. Though, it doesn't mean that it will sync with any devices.
iCloud will allow you, once properly configure, to use any documents, media, purchases, apps, bookmarks, content, calendar, email... and so one in sync from any of your devices without the assle to sync from an iOS device. -

LoisYes, the tone is available and checked in iTunes under the Tones library.
Yes, it is also listed under the Tones tab for my iPhone, but it is grayed out.
Yes, tones are selected under "sources" in General Preferences, along with everything else.
SyncTones was NOT selected under the Tones tab for my iPhone. I did so and it synced.

Yes you can probably delete the 2 incomplete back ups they are unlikely to work.
However, I'd be inclined to back up to a computer as well and restore from there, if you are changing your phone. -
