My new partner site has none of the pre-built content discussed in the documentation

I am a new premium partner and I am very confused.  I have found many great support docs and tutorials that want to help me get my new partner site up and running, but none of the pre-built content that is discussed in these articles exists in my partner site.  There is one page and one page only (home/index) in my new partner site.  I have a support ticket that I submitted 47 hours ago and was escalated 36 hours ago and I still have no resolution.  Can anyone help?  If this discussion falls into the hands of a BC support person, can you PLEASE access ticket #OBNW4395487?  I have a client waiting for me to take his site live but I cannot do so without first setting up a payment gateway in my partner site that allows for recurring billing.  Thank you!  - Jack

Hi Jack,
Go to your partner portal > tools and you'll find http://syd.worldsecuresystems.com/CatalystHelp/PartnerContent/Unbranded-Partner-Site-Conte nt.zip link there. You can use that content for your partner site. There are also instructions there on how to implement it. That's if you want a templated partner site. Otherwise you can always transfer your existing portfolio site to your BC site or whip up something nice and unique.

    There are only two types of HDMI cables (standard and high speed - listen to all 1.2, 1.3 etc etc nonsense they will try to tell in the store) both types will work with the Apple TV.
    The cable may be faulty though, have you got another to try, what exactly is happening.

    and the BI server is new one, this is the First BI content info object I am installing.
    for example I have selected 0Account BI content info object for installation
    I followed the below steps for installation.
    1 Drag and drop of 0Account info object in right side window.
    2.Grouping option selected as only necessary objects.
    3.collection mode selected as manual collection then executed using execuiton button.
    4.selected the install all below option.
    5.finally installed the object with install in background option.
    job got finished successfully.
    please let me know if I did any thing wrong and please post valuable suggestions.

    If yor installing first time you have to select info area and object catalogs also else it will go and stored in unassigned nodes. whatever your doing the option for installing the business content everything is same, but in right hand side panesl select the info ares etc.

    Yes, Aman you are right. As I guessed it worked. I was not sure that the Oracle Virtual Box will work on Home Premium 64-Bit because the download page did not say anything about which flavor of 64-Bit OS is supported. However, I downloaded and installed ("Oracle Virtual Box and Pre-built Developer VMs"). Afterwards, I tested a few items, so far looks good.

    If I use an app to remove duplicate pix does the app  read content  or only  the file name such as IMG. I have some 2500 pix  and the thought of trawling thru  them  toremove duplicates is mind numbing.
    If the apps  read the content then I am ok about that  but if they  only read the  file name ... they maybe  deleting stuff that  isnt really a duplicate

    You have to contact with the developer of the application. We do not know which app you are referring to and we do not know how that application works, but all apps of that type are supposed to delete duplicate files with the same format (like IMG, JPG...)

  • I cannot share the library on my iPod with the library on my pc.  The iPod library was originally held on another pc so I would like to move the iPod library content on to the library held in iTunes on my pc. I thought switching on home sharing would work

    I wish to transfer the library on my iPod classic to the library on my pc held on iTunes. I have tried to set home sharing but this does not seem to be working. The original pclibrary was held on my previous pc if that makes any difference.   My iPod has over 200songs in its library and the library on my pc shows 3 songs which I purchased from iTunes.  Can anyone help.     Works fine in Windows - copy your entire iTunes library to an external USB drive, plug this into your laptop, start iTunes while holding down the shift key and then select the iTunes library on the external drive.  Alternatively you can can repeat the copy process from the external drive to your laptop.  Once you have the duplicated libraries Microsoft's SyncToy tool does a good job of keeping the content of the different libraries in sync.  You can also copy over a network but unless your library is small this can be very slow.  I've used this method for years so that I can have the same library content at home (master), at work, and on the road.  One point to note is that this only works if you set iTunes (via Edit > Preferences > Advanced) to keep iTunes media folder organized and copy files to iTunes folder.  Other thing is to make sure you exit from iTunes before copying/synchronizing the library, as otherwise the iTunes library files (.itl and .xml in Windows) may be inconsistent with content (everything in iTunes\iTunes Media).

    I am experimenting with OBIEE with BI APPS and DAC on a Oracle 11g database.
    I managed to do a complete ETL run in the DAC from a Peoplesoft HCM environment. With the HR Workforce module, so that is loaded in to the Oracle database.
    I have configured all the variables in the BI administration tool for the OracleBIAnalyticsApps.rpd repository. And in Enterprise Manager I have imported that repository.
    Now I want to test the pre-build HR workforce dashboard with OBIEE. But how do I do this? At the moment I only get the SampleApplite when i go to http://oracletest:7001/analytics.
    Can anyone please help me?

    Did you install OBIA? If Yes, then OracleBiData will have prebuilt web catalog available in web catalog folder. modify instanceconfig.xml to point it to prebuilt web catalog and restart the presentation server. you will be all set.

    Hi pavan,
                   we checked with the hubspot team.they are not providing any support for the Ftp/ SFTP Protocols. so the only way you would be able to upload content to Hub Spot would be through our Content APIs as per the conversation. i.e they support the api's like json and python.

  • We have a new Wordpress site, how do I add a description and artwork to the RSS feed of the podcast?

    I am surprised I could not find this on a search of Google or Apple Support. 
    Our church has a new website created with Wordpress.  We have all of the functionality ready to go in order to have the RSS feed work with the itunes store.
    However, when we submit the feed to iTunes, it says that we need to add a graphic, as well as a short and a long description.  I believe this used to be a part of the iTunes website submission process, however it apparently now needs to be a part of the feed itself, if I am understanding correctly.
    So my question is where can I find instructions on how to add this in Wordpress?
    Just so you understand, I am not in charge of the site itself... I am basically doing some research on my own to help out our programmer.  I am just in charge of uploading the weekly audio.
    If anyone could guide me in the right direction, it would be very much appreciated.

    Wordpress can construct a proper podcast feed, including the 'itunes:image, 'itunes:summary' and 'itunes:subtitle' tags; there will be places to enter this data but I'm afraid I can'd advise on WordPress. It does seem to have a steep learning curve as we see more problems with Wordpress podcasts than any other creation method.
    Unless someone who happens to have got a WordPress podcast working happens to see your question and offer information I can only suggest that you look for a Wordpress forum or some Help on it.
    Although it won't help you with Wordpress you might like to look at this page about podcasting basics: it includes a sample basic feed so that you can at least see what one should look like:

    I have purchased new season of Americas Next Top Model cycle 21 and i know that 2 episodes have aired on television already on Aug 18 and Aug 25th , yet only the 1st episode is available to download on iTunes...where is the other episode and why is it not available to download yet??

    You should be able to see those purchases once they are ready to be downloaded. If you do not see it, navigate to the iTunes Store. Once there click on Purchased in Quick Links and click on TV shows. You should now see all the TV shows that you have purchased and what is available to download.

  • New MacBook Pro has a few very small blue straight lines on the display...

    but only on the desktop (Finder). Right now, there are only about 3 of them, but very annoying. They are less than an 1/8th inch long.They are in different areas of the display-two of them are vertical, the other horizantal.  No matter if I use a photograph, or a solid background color, the lines are still visible. But open applications do not show the lines. That is wierd. These lines started only 3 days ago. They went away for a brief time, then came back today. Any suggestions or solutions?

    Take it back since it's new and in warranty.

  • Major DNS issue with my Partner Site PLEASE HELP...

    As a a business catalyst partner my partner site is completely down and all my corporate emails have been erased.  I built a new partner site using a business catalyst template and when I uploaded the new site to my partner site there were major conflicts with the default site-wide template and the files that I am unable to erase via FTP on the partner portal so the new template never fully worked. 
    So I moved on to Plan B - which was to open a new site as a "customer" under my own business catalyst account.  Uploaded the files and the site worked, now when I tried to take my partner account domain name and transfer it to my newly created customer account I ran into a second even larger issue.  It tells me the domain name already exists (as my partner domain) - please delete all files and try again (see screen shot for details.).
    It will not allow me to erase the partner account under my partner portal as the "Delete Site" feature is not there for my partner portal (see screenshots for example).
    Please help me straighten out this mess as my business site is completely down and all my corporate emails have been completely erased. 

    I actually had the exact same problem. If you are a premium partner and rebranded unfotunately the domain name can't be moved because your customer sites are tied to that domain name.
    So the only option is to create a new domain for your site. It sucks I know, but I can see why it has to be that way.
    If you have not rebranded, then contacting support might be able to change that for you.

    Reboot the router by unplugging it for at least 30 seconds, then plug it back in and try it again.
