My notebook is GTX970M, cannot install after effect and preimer cs6

Hello guys,
I have some problem with adobe. My notebook have been updated to use GTX970M display card. But however I cannot install after effect and preimer CS6. Is it the application cannot support it or else?
Please help me to solve this problem.
Appreciate for your helping.

Unistall any ACR Betas on your system you may have used. Also simply run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool and reinstall everything Adobe.

Cannot Install After Effects CS5 Trial

I'm not sure what to do, I downloaded the installer fine, but when it comes to installing pops up with something about only working on 64 bit systems, I'm a bit stupid when it comes to things like this, what do I do?

After Effects CS5 can't be installed or used on a 32-bit operating system.

Best place to install After Effects, and best place to have AE Disk Cache

Hey, I have a new Samsung 840 EVO 250gb which I know I am already gonna install my OS on it, but not sure what to do with After Effects. I have heard it is good to have your Disk Cache on an SSD for better write performance, but should I have After Effects also installed on the SSD, or have AE installed on the Seagate Mechanical 1TB hard drive that I have now?

I'd put the OS & application software on the hard drive. The reason: once launched, there aren't nearly as many read-write instances as there would be for an AE cache. You launch the OS... what, once a day? How about applications.... maybe 3-4 times a day?
On the other hand, when the AE cache is on the SSD, it it reads & writes to it all the time. That's where you want the real speed.
It might be nice to launch in the blink of an eye, but you're taking up valuable -- and pricey -- SSD real estate with OS & applications, things that aren't used all that often in comparison to the AE cache.

Can't Install After Effects CC or CS6 in New Macbook Pro 15inch

Please, urgent help required. After Effects is not starting. Its installing, then saying this current version of After Effects v.12 is not compatible with my OSX 10.9.2 Mavericks. no problem with any other software. Its the first time ever something like this has happened.
I had installed CS6 previously, and same result. Not compatible. So i deleted it. But on the Creative Cloud App, it still shows !!
Please help.
I am using the higher end MBP, with Nvidia GeForce card. 16Gb Ram.

I'm running CS6 and CC on a MacBookPro R and have been from day one. What problems are you having? What is the exact error message? What other apps have you installed? Have you read any of the dozens of other threads on install problems available on this forum and others?
By the way, you should never just DELETE an Adobe App, they have uninstallers. You must now download the Adobe Cleaner tool (just Google it) and clean your machine, then try again.
Also, you must have the right CUDA version installed for AE to take advantage of Ray-traced rendering. Not having Cuda installed will not prevent AE from running but you will get a warning.

Installing After Effects at home thru work account ?

We were told we could install after effects and photoshop at home, from a work account. What is the procedure. Does it matter if work is Windows and home is a Mac

We cannot know. If this is referring to some volume license, you better talk to your IT department how licensing and serial numbers need to be handled. the rest is just a standard install. and yes, depending on the serial, it makes a difference if you are on a Mac or Windows.

Support for nvidia gtx-980 for after effects and premiere

Can someone tell me when Adobe is going to give CUDA support for the Nvidia gtx-980 video cards in After Effects and Premiere CS6? I purchased this card specifically for those programs, and DON'T want to do a subscription to Creative Cloud. I purchased the Master Collection through Adobe, and understand that CC versions support it. Why can't Adobe issue a btch file or update to include these cards. I am aware of OpenGl support, but I would like to add my new card. I also just purchased an i7-4790K to upgrade from i5-3570 to help speed up rendering, but would really like to see the video card supported.

Cs5.5 master collection wont install After Effects or Premier

Just upgraded from CS4 to CS5.5 and installation errors on After effects and Premier. I'm running windows 7 64 bit pro service pack 1,Duel x5650 xeons, 24 gigs of memory, 250 gb ssd. Before installing CS5 I uninstalled cs4. After the first installation error I unistalled cs5, ran the AdobeCreativeSuiteCleanerTool.exe, and removed all the adobe folders from my program files and program files(x86) folders. I've spent the last 4 hours searching for a solution, no luck yet though. I don't have any user account controls set. I think it's a font permision problem but don't know. I called adobe tech support, but no luck. Any help would be apprecieated. the following is the error code.

Thanks. I tried the all the steps in the link you provided. Plus a few others from adobe support, I spent about 4 ½ hours on the phone with them over the past 2 days. I reinstalled all the Microsoft payloads, updated my video drivers, admin privileges, closed all my services and startups, uninstalled adobe air, flash player, deleted a few fonts from my system, although that was a pain because I had to go into safe mode to delete them, and I lost track off the rest. I haven’t had any troubles installing any other software, including CS4.

CS 5.5 After Effects and Premier Pro not listed in install

I recently purchased an overstock item of the CS 5.5 Master Collection student edition and attempted to install all of the applications. I successfully installed everything with the exception of After Effects and Premier Pro. AE and PPr are clearly part of the package, but are not included in the list of applications during the install (screen shot below).
I have a Mac Mini with 2GB RAM using system 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard). Is there something I'm missing?

Do you know which requirements I need to fulfill?
Below is what I could find and it seems that I have what is stated:

Cannot see After Effects CS6 in the AAM [was: HELP]

I am trying to download the trial of Adobe After Effects CS6 trial.I have followed the steps given on the website but when I enter the adobe application manager,I cannot find Adobe After Effects.PLEASE HELP.I need the trial as i am thinking of buying the product.

After Effects requires a 64 bit processor and 64 bit operating system.
If you cannot see After Effects in the AAM then your computer does not meet the system requirements required to run the software.
Most likely you are running a 32 bit version of Windows. If that's the case, you will not be able to download, install or run After Effects.
The solution is to get a 64 bit computer running a 64 bit version of Windows.

i have adobe cs5 master collection and every thing was fine untill my computer crashes due to virus i finally i install windows 7 on my computer.
and when i try to install my adobe cs5 master collection on my new os every thing installed except after effects and i am getting an error message.?

I Cannot Find After Effect Under the Apps.

I go to the Creative Cloud program. And when I go under the "Apps" category, it not under there. How can I get After Effects?

Then you cannot install or run After Effects CS6 or CC since they're 64 bit only.
After Effects CS5, CS6 and CC are all 64 bit only and will only install and run on 64 bit operating systems.

How can I install after effects on 32 bit operating system?
I cant even find it in creative cloud.
I want to make a intro but it dossent allow me to even find/ istall it.

If your system does not meet the minimum system requirements you have to go back to a version that does. Try the direct download links you'll find here.. CS5 comes bundled with CS4 for AE which is the last version to run on a 32 bit system.

I want try the 30 days Trial Test version from After effects i install it in Creative Cloud and when it extract then i become a Error message ..
i click on it then it comes a table like this :

I got the same Probs on C++ 2008 but i have reinstall it so i got no problems there but on C++ 2010 i cant reinstall it when i try it he say me that i dont have more C++ 2010 on my Computer and i must install a new version so i install it but when i install a new version he say me "error during installation" :on your computer, there is a new version...

when i open my System Panel > programs and functions THERE is no Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 NOTHING from this i just have 2005 2007 and 2008 and there works !
But i dont have any Visual 2010 Version on my Computer i cant install it or reinstall it i cant do nothing with the Version 2010 so i have the problem too install After Effects :/
Please help me guys and sry for my english im from germany but i tryd it anyway to write my problem here and please dont answer so complicated
