It'll be an out of warranty replacement since accidental damage isnt' covered by the factory warranty.

contact support and make an appointment at your local apple store. The out of warranty replacement fee for an iPad 2 starts at 249 and goes up. So another option for you may be if your money is better invested in a new device that will have a longer life. -

Hold down on the sleep button and the home button at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen. Ignore the red slider. When the logo appears let go of the buttons.

Actually as Roam said, you can keypress, Option + command + 8
But i think wat you asking is that you dont want the screen mving when you move the mouse. Right?
For that you can, goto, System Preference -> Accessibility -> Zoom -> More Options...
Once you click more option, you'll get a window. Look at the bottom of the window for 3 options with bullet buttons. SELECT "ONLY WHEN THE POINTER REACHES AN EDGE" and click "DONE"

I've never dropped my phone for the 7 months that I've had it but last night I was at a park and when I sat down at a table, my phone as in my pocket and I heard a pop. I took my phone out and the entire screen was cracked. what should I do?
Probably not, since user-caused damage isn't covered by the warranty. But you can take the iPhone to an Apple Store and see if there's anything they can do for you. A phone company store will not service your iPhone at all, to the best of my knowledge.

Okay, so what is the problem? Are you asking about making a backup or something else? Are you saying the screen is damaged beyond use, so you cannot enter your passcode? If that is the case, there is nothing you can do about it. If you cannot enter the passcode, you will no be able to create a backup, or sync your data to iTunes.
