I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
"done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

My yahoo e.mail account was disabled and I forgot my security questions how could I rest my security questions by my Apple ID?
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I have forgotten my itunes account info.....When i have tried to answer the security questions to get access I enter my birthdate and the system says it doesnt match and please check my personal info and re-enter? If you can't remember them then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.

If you don't see the 'send reset info' button on the page where you can change them then I assume that you don't have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. As you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset. You could try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security

I don't understand I am sure I've answered the security questions properly and I have tried reseting the password but no email arrives in my box to help me reset????
