My online number expired about 60 days ago ...

I need to get it back, do you know if this is possible??  It's printed on all of my stationary and business cards.
Additionally, any idea why Skype doesn't provide real phone support for people that spend almost as much money with them as they do with their regular phone company, that have full telephone support facilities?

Try adding a new number from scratch and putting the number (after area code etc) you had in before to see if its avaliable.
Most likely would have gone back to the pool of avaliable numbers, to be fair I'm rather shocked they hold on to them for 90 days after cancellation or expiration.
Or if you call the number and it doens't do anything then that may also be a way of seeing if it's avaliable - if someone has answered then bad luck

    My online number xxx-xxxx expired beginning September 2012 but my credit card was debited with 9.99 EURO for the 400 minutes. I have not renewed this number as I do not require it any longer.     We are rather dissatisfied with your service. We purchased an online number from you days ago and the status still says processing. Our credit card company reported that the 60 dollar payment cleared yet we recieved nothing in return.
    What exactly is going on here? I'd sure like an explanation as to why the product I purchased has not been delivered after you took my money. And what of the  50% discount for having a skype phone subscription? Will 30 dollars be returned to my account for this?

    Can I get an update on the status of my Online Number purchase please? If not, I'll be forced to cancel all services and demand a full refund.

    I extened our online number a few days ago, but other people are still telling us that our number is not showing up correct and it is in fact a different number all together showing up on their caller id. I thank you in advance for any help.

    Just purchased a new online number couple of days ago.
    Today I got a call through that number demanding where their product was. Huh!
    Did a search using my new number and a company came up that sells products online. That number is everywhere.
    It is no good for me. How do I cancel/change that number.

  • Online UK Phone number expires but can't renew

    Hello,
    My Online number expires in a matter of days and for some reason I am unable to access the page to renewal.
    When I click on Settings under the Skype Number section, all it does is refresh the page.
    If someone can help me I would much appreciate it.
    Or if you know how to contact Skype directly as they don't seem to be ask to have a system to sort errors out quickly.

    My subscription isn't over until another month, but my online number is about to expire in a few days. If i still have skype minutes will i automatically get a new number or will i physically have to get a new number? and will it interfere with my calls, say if my number expires and i don't get a new number..if i still have my skype minutes for another month to make calls what will my new number be??

    As you have purchased the Online Number first, I advise you to contact customer service to cancel the Online Number purchase so that you could repurchase it (the same number will be reserved for your account).

    I'm using an online number in Skype network such as XX2-55-55. It is very similar to the number in one of the biggest airline companies in my country. As I think the company is also using Skype online number which is XX5-55-55. The problem I have is that when someone calls to that company usually is connected to my number. It's very frustrating and I do not know where should I send the alert and information about this.
