My Palm TX is frozen.Nothing happens when I do a soft reset and it will not let me do a hard reset.I was doing the program that you touch the bulls eye to be able to touch the screen accurately and it froze.

- Are you saying that they are not listed in your Purchased section?
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
- Are they listed in your Puchases history when you log into your account on your computer?
- Are they still available now for purchase? If not then you are out of luck

Nothing happens when I try to export a video (share video), not via YouTube, Masterfile, Compressor, nothing. Anybody an idea what to do? Latest version Final Cut Pro X
Create a test event and new project. Import a clip that you know doesn't have any problems. Edit the clip to the tmeline. Try to export.

i have the ipod touch 4th generation and the screen is white, i was going to charge it and it turned white. I have tried to reset it but the apple logo will not show up and it will not turn on! i just got it for christmas... can you please help?
The way I did it was I got the free app sync:stream from the App Store and then added my ipod to my ps3's Bluetooth devices. Then went to audio settings and set output and input to 'Skaggs iPod' you then open the app and it will be listed under music as a media service. You then go to all tracks and click copy (press triangle) it will then begin to copy all of your songs onto your ps3 via Bluetooth. I haven't tried but I assume the same can be done with photos. below but DO NOT restore any previous backup. If you do then you will
simply be restoring the old Restrictions code you have forgotten. This
same warning applies if you need to restore a clean system.
A Complete Guide to Restore or Recover Your iDevice (if You Forget Your Passcode)
If you need to restore your device or ff you cannot remember the passcode, then you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and re-sync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. Refer to Updating and restoring iPhone, iPad and iPod touch software.
Try restoring the iOS device if backing up and erasing all content and settings doesn't resolve the issue. Using iTunes to restore iOS devices is part of standard isolation troubleshooting. Restoring your device will delete all data and content, including songs, videos, contacts, photos, and calendar information, and will restore all settings to their factory condition.
Before restoring your iOS device, Apple recommends that you either sync with iTunes to transfer any purchases you have made, or back up new data (data acquired after your last sync). If you have movie rentals on the device, see iTunes Store movie rental usage rights in the United States before restoring.
Follow these steps to restore your device:
1. Verify that you are using the latest version of iTunes before attempting to update.
2. Connect your device to your computer.
3. Select your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when it appears in iTunes under Devices.
4. Select the Summary tab.
5. Select the Restore option.
6. When prompted to back up your settings before restoring, select the Back Up
option (see in the image below). If you have just backed up the device, it is not
necessary to create another.

If you are restoring to fix a forgotten Restrictions Code or as a New device, then skip Step 9 and restore as New. -
How many times can I attempt the passcode before I can't enter it any longer...it has been over 3 hours and it will not let me re-enter it? My daughter forgot the new code she put in....
What dowes the screen say? If it just say disable and gives not time to retry then you have to restore the iPod

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

My old username keeps showing up and it will not let me recover the old password
My old username keeps poping up the the cloid and it will not let me enter or give me the old passord even though some settings are working propely itunes ect..
To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.
If this is happening on your Mac, go to System Preferences>iCloud, sign out, then sign back in with your current ID. -

Try downloading the songs from a different device. If you are doing it from your iOS device, try form your computer.

I have just received a new iphone 5s and need to set the Apple ID with my work email. I used my work email on my personal iphone 4s to set up an icloud account and it will not let me use this email as the Apple ID on my new iphone. When I try to purchase a song, it will not let me use the gift card that I redeemed. It directs me to my billing info and says that my session has timed out. How can I fix this?

I am trying to finish the installation of Reader from Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium and it will not let me proceed because it says "Please close the following applications to continue. Google Chrome.exe" , I don't have any Chrome applications open and I have even gone to Add/Remove Programs and removed Chrome from my PC. Still get error. Any advice?

I just purchased PSE 8 for my windows 7 and it will not let me load the "content" cd,
I just tried my new PSE 8 for the first time and it will not let me load the "content" dvd, it states that PSE is already running (it is not) and to close program and start again. Any ideas? This is my first time using any kind of video editing software also.
Photoshop Elements (PSE) doesn't ship with a Content DVD.
I think you're probably referring to the PRE Content DVD that comes with Premiere Elements (PRE)

If you bought the Bundle of PSE and PRE it would have come with the PRE Content Disk, but the PRE Forum is still where you might find some help.
