My password is not working, its the right one, anyone have any ideas?
A tiny bit of tea spashed on my keyboard today. I turned it upside down and dried it well, and it seemed to be working-playing music, etc, but laterscreens opening really slowly. I turned it off, turned back on no problem, but now my password no longer opens it up. I'm running a big eco-festival tomorrow, and am pretty stuck without my mac. Not sure about the operating system. I bought it at the very end of 2010.

Had similar issue calling Apple seems to be the only way to resolve the problem. The issue can be resolved when you get to iTunes, since they are the ones that keep this info. They will ask you your security questions and your purchases software, music etc. Once they are happy with your answers they will get you back up. If you choose you could go the route of forgot my password etc. but I never had any luck with that. Just my 2 cents.

I have changed my account to SIM only and when I put my new SIM Card into my iPhone 4 it just says 'no service' in the top left corner, also iMessage has stopped working too. I can only use my phone on my WiFi at the moment, does anyone have any idea?
I already have, I contacted Orange yesterday and they said I will receive a text to confirm the registrastion for my new SIM Card, they said the text would arrive between 2 and 24 hours and its been over 24 hours with no text recieved

I've just installed Mavericks on my Macbook Pro, which took forever to install, and everything appears to be fine except for iPhoto. When I try and open iPhoto I get a popup saying its not supported by this OS. Anyone have any ideas??? Help please.

My dad just got a new laptop that should be beyond capable of running iTunes. He installed it, tried to run it and it wouldn't open. I uninstalled it, re-downloaded it and tried to run it and it's a no go for me as well. Tried to run a repair and nothing. Tried to open it in safe mode and nothing. Does anyone have any ideas what might be gumming it up? His computer has a 1.5 gig Quad core, 4 Gig of Ram, is running on 64bit Windows 7 that is fully updated as of this morning and iTunes is doing jack squat Please help!FYI the sloution which are mentioned above are copied from below link and I just pasted the Information which were required. Im having a problem with the dvd quality, I'm using compressor to convert the video fils from apple prores to mpeg2 .It doesn't matter how long my video is even if its just 5 minutes I'm getting cut edges/lines in the video specialy if i have titles it comes up really bad , I took the same video to a friend of mine who have PC and he uses Encore , did the encoding there and it was just fine no problems! BTW I tried using doferent setings in compressor from CBR and VBR I even pushed up the setings to 8 or 9 BR and still no luck !

For now, I'll assume you're shooting 1080i.
Take a representaive clip into a new sequence. Add a title.
In your sequence, make sure field dominance is set to Upper.
Set render settings to Pro Res 422.
After rendering, export QT self contained.
Import into Compressor (I'm now referring to v3.5).
Select the 90 minute Best quality DVD preset.
Open frame controls and turn on (click the gear icon). Set Resize filter to Best.
Submit burn and check quality on TV.

I am having the same issue. And today, I noticed that when I was talking on the phone, the volume went down low. I had to reboot the phone, so that the volume was up again. Mostly, though, it's my music that I am having issues with.

I have two @me email addresses, and changing my password did not work for the original one
I recently changed my password for my apple id, and it was successful - to a point. I have two email accounts, it appears ... my original @me and a new one assigned by icloud. The password changed properly for this new email (which I never use) and not for the old one (which I always use). How can I fix this?

Thank you for your question. I understand that you would like to sync all of your devices. Please make sure that all of the devices are updated at least to version 29.
If you were on a version before this, you will have to set up a new email and password with the new sync.

Ibook is not working with the new ios 5.01 any ideas why?

Quit IBooks and restart. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus (-) sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. -

I went to a site and downloaded a .pdf. The next day I updated firefox and when I went to the same site later in the day, I clicked on the .pdf and it did not download or open. I am using firefox 12.0 and mac 10.6.8

Appears like it could be dead pixels. You can take it into the local Apple Store and them examine it. They will tell you your options.
