I need help, my password keeps getting hacked, and I keep changing the password, and changing all my security questions. I have changed everything I can. How can I disable my account, but not lose everything that I already have in there? Is this possible or do I have to start all over again?

Copy everything from your old computer to your new one then sync.
Iphone will sync with one library/computer at a time. Syncing to another will indeed erase the current content. -

Was your iPod previously set up to Manually Manage (where you dragged/dropped the music) or was it set to auto sync (where it started sycning as soon as you plugged it in.)?
If it was set to Manual, you have no worries. Just continue on your way.
If it was set to Auto, you will have to transfer your purchases or redownload them from the iTunes store.
You're either going to have to get the other music back from the websites/CDs you got them from before or find an iPod ripping software program that will do it for you. -
During my holidays I placed all my camera pictures while using the sd card reader adapter to my ipad mini. Now i'm back home and I want to transfer all the pictures to my mac. But i've already created albums on the the ipad and sorted all the pictures and placed them in the different albums. How can I transfer also these albums onto the mac?
I haven't used iTunes on my laptop in a while but I believe that if you authorize your computer it will allow you to transfer the pictures. Not 100% sure though.
How do I authorize a computer?
Open iTunes on the computer you want to authorize.
Choose Store > Authorize This Computer from the menu bar.
You might need to show the menu bar to see this option in Windows. In earlier versions of iTunes, you can access this option from the Advanced menu.
Enter your Apple ID and click Authorize.
If iTunes asks you to authorize your computer again, it won't use a new authorization. iTunes uses the same authorization for the same computer. -

I suggest changing the existing ID rather than creating a new one, all purchases are forever linked to the ID that bought and can never be transferred, you can change all detauils about your ID here:

I recently changed my Apple ID but I keep getting messages from my Cloud account asking for my password to my old Apple ID. If I go in and delete the current Cloud account that appears to still be associated with my old ID and set up new one with my current ID will I lose all the stuff in the Cloud?
Did you just change the address or did you create a new Apple ID.

When I go to update and it gets to the backup part it gives me error -43 and says to complete it it will take all the stuff off my iPod how do I get it to update with out loosing everything on my 64 gb iPod touch
You have a 1st generation iPod Touch.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
First of all, check that Messages is closed when you turn off your MacBook. This is so important because, by default, OS X will reopen all opened apps the next time you start your Mac.
Apart from that, when you go to > Shut Down, or > Restart, in the window you see to restart or turn off your MacBook, unmark "Reopen windows when logging back in". This will avoid that your Mac opens all opened apps the next time you start the MacBook, so Messages won't start automatically at startup -

Afterwards, you'll have the option to sync either the entire music library (for your first iPod), or "Selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres" (for the secondary device). Upon selecting this option, four larger option boxes will appear allowing you to pick and choose what content will be synced. For audiobooks, you may need to do the above in the "Books" section. If yours in a MacBook Pro notebook computer, the usual way is to buy or borrow an external enclosure to do the transfer from a perfectly-working drive inside your MacBook to the new drive mounted in the enclosure.
If your internal drive has failed, other methods may be needed.
If you do not already have at least one external enclosure, you should buy one to use for your Backup Drive. If money is short, you could borrow the enclosure your backup drive is in (in most cases) for this transfer.
The Mac will boot from any drive specified in
System preferences > Startup Drive ...
... regardless of whether that drive is Internal or External. -

Unfortunely, all movies and songs purchased in iTunes will be lost...you'll have to purchase them again! Any applications you've purchased, you can download again for free.
