My password reset requests never come thru to my email

they are not in my junk or spam folders, nor my blocked senders. the emails just never come thru. its for my icloud password that im trying to reset

Are you certain you are going to your Rescue Email to find the responses? (Not your primary or alternate email - your Rescue email address).
You can always contact Apple Support to have them reset:

Hi,
My boss got logged out of his Skype Microsoft account and none of his passwords are working. When we tried to reset his password, it said that a reset token would be sent to his email IF it was the address registered to his account. Nothing came. I know it's the right email address because I couldn't register a new account since there's one already registered to this address. Very frustrating. Can anyone help?

first, request for a new password reset link again (be sure to use it within 6 hours upon receiving it or it will expire). Then try using another web browser to open that link if it still doen't work in the usual/default browser you are using. You can also try using another computer or device if such is available. If the same or similar problem exist, then you may need to get in touch with customer service for further assistance. They may require you to verify some details before they can proceed in assisting you in resetting your password/regain access to your account; [email protected]

HT1918 Cannot remember password or security question. Email password reset does not come to email address. What can I do?

I have lost my passwrod for Itunes account. I do not remember answer to security questions, choosing email reset instructions does not come to email my account (checked Spam folder already). My teenage daughter setup information and cannot find it.
What can I do.

As I stated before, cannot access reset password without the answer to security questions and email is not showing up.
If all you can offer is "contact support" or add a link to reset password, please do not bother with a reply.
Was hoping someone could read the entire problem and offer something besides the obvious "contact support" which is totally useless without security question answers or email reset instructions which, as stated, are not coming to my email address.

I am experiencing some issues with the email. Up until several days ago i was recieving emails from a company to do with work, now i am not recieving any of these emails but am getting everything else. I need to make sure that the issue is not from my end. I know that the company uses windows and i use mac. I have tried to get several people from the company to send thru to me an email for test purposes, however even these havent come thru. I am unsure as to what is happening and if anybody could help I would really appreciate it. I am going out of my mind, as the only way i get work is thru email, and with one company unable to send me work I could lose my job!!! Stressed.

On ipad app, i add a signature and then save and email, but the attachments never comes through on the email. Help??

What is the mail app that you use to read and open email messages and attachments?
Does the problem occur with any PDF documents (for both cases: with or without a signature)? Or just a particular PDF document?

Constant password reset requests

Why do I have to keep restting my apple password. Nearly everytime I go to update my apps I get a message saying my I'd has been compromised or the likes. Then I have to request an email to reset password. Is this an iTunes bug?

Same here, and now my wife's iPad is frozen with a "Forget your password?" message. I've had multiple changes int eh last week. Every time I either need to verify the password or change it. What the heck, Apple? Fix the system! I've had no problems with it untila month ago and then all of a sudden I've had to verify or change my password more than I have in the last 5 years! Fix it!

Icloud password reset is not coming to my original email

I have a unique problem. Kindly consider the following points:
My yahoo email that i used to originally set up my icloud got hacked but i have been able to restore account now.
In the mean time, i was able to assign my device to new icloud account under a different email address.
My phone kept alerting me to enter the password for the first yahoo address.
I learned that i had to dissociate my device with the new icloud account so i have done that.
Now, i can't log into my icloud account using my original password and when i ask to reset the account nothing comes to my restored yahoo email ( not even to the spam).
How can i reset my icloud account using my original yahoo? Or i guess the million $ question is: how can i let apple just reset my email original account!

How can i change email address for security questions and password resets

I've noticed that my password reset requests are going to an old email acount. In fact, i am not sure where they are going.
the real issue is that i don't see a way to change it when i am logged in (it took me many tries to actually log back in) to my apple id account.
I've changed alternate email accounts, but again i don't see a way to change my destination email account for security section of the account.
Also i would rather reset these via text (ATT has this option for my cell phone account reset and i love it). I don't see an option like that from Apple at all.
Any suggestions and help will be much appreciated. Don't want to struggle with password resets every time i need to get in.

Lost password email never comes

Hi. After forgetting the password I used for my regular account, I went to the "forgotten password" page as usual. After putting in my email and submitting, the email with the reset code never comes. It's not in spam (I use gmail) and it's been hours. I've tried multiple times and even ran against a limit of number of times I can do it in one day.. but I never even got one. What should I do?

TS5223 iCloud Password Reset Problems

When I submit a password reset request on iCloud.com the site does not deliver the password reset instructions to the email address. Apple, any ideas?

We're only users here, Apple does not participate.
Check your junk mail folder. Or perhaps the email that you originally defined for sending icloud resets to is no longer active.

Apple will not send you password reset requests in an email. It is likely a phishing email trying to get your personal or security information. Ignore the request and send the email to trash. Password hint required in password reset through console

We are using OID to handle our user database. One of the problems we are having is that the forgot password feature through the Oracle Identity Management Provisioning Console doesn't really enforce required fields for password reset. I currently have the orclpasswordhint and orclpasswordhintanswer attributes with the following settings: required, viewable, self-editable, and Password Reset Validation. The problem is that if someone has never set their password hint and answer, it will not ask for them on password reset and will just ask for their email address. While we could probably control this from within the application hooking into OID, we want to be able to force the user to enter this data or be unable to use the console to reset their password.

With the information you supplied here on the forums, I was able to locate your My Best Buy account that is linked to your BestBuy.com account. I have submitted a manual password reset for you, which has triggered an email with a link to reset your current password. This link will remain active for two hours from the time the email was generated; be sure to check your spam/junk folder for this email if you don’t see it in your standard inbox.
In the event you are unable to react to this email before the link’s expiration or you don’t receive that email either, please let me know so we may explore any other possible options for resolution.

Forgotten iCloud password and not recieving password reset email.

Hi, I have an iPhone 5, iOS 8.1.2.
My iCloud account is an Apple ID that I do not use anymore, yet I can't sign out because I don't remember the password. I also don't remember the security questions.
When I request a password reset, I'm supposed to receive an email, but I'm not finding any, in any mail box, of any of my email accounts.
Please help? I really want to sign out of the iCloud account and deactivate/delete it so I can use my current one.
