My password to update my apps will not take....
even after i changed the password. changed it 3x and it isnt letting me log in. says password is wrong. Does not make sense
Try logging out of your Apple ID on your phone, then back in: go to Settings>Store>Apple ID, tap the ID shown, sign out, then sign back in with the new password.

Problem after Update, mosts apps will not run
After running some Apple updates this weekend, many applications on my machine no longer work. Everything ran fine before the updates. I have not installed any other new software or hardware for months.
Any one know what's going on?
The following apps do not work ... I click on them, they bounce, then I get a submit error
Firefox
Safari
iPhoto (this gets to the point of showing photos)
iTunes
The following applications do work
Mail
Terminal
System Preferences
MS Word
I have tried creating a new account and running the apps, and that does not work (in the new account, the menu bar keeps disappearing and reappearing implying the Finder keeps crashing.

500 MHz PowerPC G3 Mac OS X (10.3.9)if you are having system wide issues archive and install would be the best bet. http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=107120 first however, you must do disk repair http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106214. hopefully you do not have severe directory damage. if disk utility finds errors it cannot fix, back up your info immediately. you can use a third party app like diskwarrior or techtool pro to attempt fixing the problem, and if it can't be fixed, you will have to erase and install your operating system. The first thing I would try is to unplug the printer for about a minute then plug it back in. Then try the app again. If it still does not work, check for product updates from the printer's front panel. Go to "Setup" > "Web Services.." > "Product updates" > "Check for product updates". If it has an update go ahead and let it install it. After it installs the update it will reboot the printer. After that, try the weather app again.

App will not open after update from market.
I have an android app that when I publish an update and the user downloads the update the app will not open. It opens for a second and then closes.
This happens even if I do not change anything in the update.
The only thing I can find is that after downloading the update I clear the cache and it works fine. My question is does anyone know why this might happen. Also is there a way to clear the cache at time of update.ok i created a hello world app to try a nail down this issue.
i created the app with version 1.0.0
uploaded it to my server on the net.
hit the web address from my phone, downloaded and installed
then changed the version number to 1.0.1
uploaded this apk
downloaded and installed to phone
app would then open for sec then close
only fixable by clearing application cache.
I can't believe the answer to this problem is not available by googling it.
has no one else encountered this?

I upgraded to Mountain Lion yesterday, but since doing so I find that my 1Password app will not work. I have checked for 1Password updates but there are none. Is there a compatibility issue
Hmmm...I'm using 1Password Version 3.8.20 (build 31499) with a fresh install (scrape and pave) of Mt. Lion on my iMac and it's working fine.
I use Dropbox to sync 1Password so for my fresh install I simply downloaded 1Password from Agilbits website and installed it.
Have you tried reinstalling 1Password? Depending on how you purchased it, download it from their website or from the Mac App store to reinstall/replace it. (IIRC v3.8.x comes directly from Agilbits and v3.9 from the Mac App store.) You shouldn't have to uninstall it, the new download should overwrite the existing copy.
As with anything else, be sure to run a backup first!

Change to Canadian App Store
1. Tap "Settings"
2. Tap "iTunes & App Stores"
3.Tap "View Apple ID"
4. Enter your user name and password.
5. Tap "Country/Region."
6. Tap "Change Country/Region"
7. Select the region where you are located.

under the app store it shows I have updates to do. When I hit install all and then my password the apps will not update.
I found a solution to the problem. Connected iPhon to iMac. Opened iTunes and clicked on my phone. Then clicked on 'Apps'. Found the apps not updating and deleted them. Synced phone and all is now well.

Since updating to iOS 6.0.1, email app will not open and other problems.
Help! Since updating my phone to iOS 6.0.1, my email app will not open, my email/contacts/calendar settings will not open, my touchscreen is unresponsive, my battery is draining in two hours time, and my delete button only works one letter at a time (can't hold down to delete easily). I've done a soft reset and I've restored twice to no avail. This is a MAJOR problem! I'm not wanting to pay for the apple care since this may result in upgrading to the iPhone 5 (last option) and the closest apple store is an hour and a half from me.
This seems to be a common problem.
I am suffering too!
It would seem to be very shoddy from apple to allow such problems.
Not the first issue since upgrade to iOS 6.....think home button problems.

Try deleting the old backup.
Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the device name and on the resulting screen, scroll down and tap on Delete Backup. -
The app store on my laptop is asking for my husband's apple id and password to update my apps, but he is not a user on my computer. How do I change that? The apple id email is grayed out, so I cannot select it.

My ipod touch (model A1213) is not syncing properly. I have updated the software to the latest (2.2.1) and have even resored it. Itunes says it is working and updated but will not sync and apps. Error message says that app will not sync because a newer version needed.
