Enterprise or business class notebooks such as the ProBook series have very stringent security.
Since you stated "system locked" that is likely to mean someone put in a power on password.
Access to your notebook will require replacement of the BIOS CMOS chip.
HP or a BIOS company will be the best choices for that, but if you have a high level of electroonics disassembly and soldering skill you can do it yourself. You will need an identical CMOS chip that has been programmed with a fresh copy of the BIOS ROM file that is applicable to your notebook.

If your iPhone 4s was backed up to iCloud or using iTunes, you can restore the backed up data to your new phone.

The only way you will be able to track that iPod is if it is turned on and connected to a wifi network by the person that has it.

You don't have the game or the game data?
Games can be redownloaded in the App Store app. If the game offers in-app purchases, there is a setting in the game that allows you to redownload past purchases.
If you haven't back up, my first question is why? Even if you get the game back, your progress may not be retained. You may still have hope if the developers save your user progress either on their serers or in Game Center. You can only try and hope that is the case.

my itunes library shows track name, artist, track #, time, year,and used to just show the album name. I know I can sort by clicking on either artist, album, etc. now, suddenly, instead of "album", it shows the heading "album by year" and I can't get it back to the other way.
