My pc crashed and i bought a new one and now i need to deauthorize the pc that crashed but dont know how?
how do i deauthorize my old computers I no longer have?
My PC crashed and I bought a new Macbookpro. Trying to authorize my iphone & itunes account and my wifes itunes account on my new Mac. Since she deauthorized all computers Last April, it says I have to wait until April 2012 to sync them all.
We have 5 people in my family, so we hit the limit as soon as we update or purchase anything. I really have to wait till April??? Is there a way around the yearly limit?

You can re-download your apps and ibooks purchases via your purchase history in iTunes on your computer (assuming that it's version 10.3+), and if you are in the USA then you can also re-download music I think - more info here http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519
For music that you ripped from CDs or bought from a source other than iTunes then, assuming that you made/maintained one, you can copy them from your backup - and backups are relatively easy to maintain, so there is no reason not to have one (especially as content is occasionally removed from iTunes so isn't always available for re-download). Otherwise there may be third-party programs that can copy them off the iPad, but you can't do it via iTunes - this post from a year ago was about iPod/iPhone to computer utilities but some might work with the iPad : https://discussions.apple.com/message/11646661?messageID=11646661� .
If you've got content in other apps that you want to copy back to your computer then you might be able to do via the file sharing section at the bottom of the iPad's apps tab in iTunes, or they might have wifi transfer capability. -
My macbook pro hard drive went bad and i bought a new one and installed it. Now i have the old corrupted hard drive in my hand and i am looking to recover my files from it, any suggestions please? too bad i never backed them up.
After you have installed the OSX on the new HDD in your MBP, install the old HDD in an enclosure and connect it to your MBP via USB. Then try to drag and drop your data to the new HDD.
If this proves unsuccessful, you may look for data recovery software on the Internet. There will be free trails to see if it will work or not. If the trial suggests that it will work, then you will have to purchase the software.
The last resort is a professional data recovery service that will offer NO guarantees and charge a lot of money.
As you now can appreciate, backups eliminate such predicaments.

I bought an IPad1 from my sister, she got à new one. Now I am searching for the facebookapp for ios5. Can someone help me? My sister hasselt cleaned the IPad with fabricinstallation so everything is gone. We realized only after that we have done that it was not clever to do so. There are no old apps available in the AppStore. Therefore my question. I need the Dutch version.

PatriciaBy third party I mean apps like Facely or other apps for facebook that weren't made by facebook.
Just search the App Store for facebook apps, then read the specs and see which ones may have a larger backwards compatibility that will work for your device.
If you can't find one you can still access facebook at www.facebook.com and use safari. -

If the contacts on the old phone were synced to a mail account or iCloud account, then they will be easy to recover. Just sign into your iCloud account on the new phone (Settings > iCloud) and then enable the 'Contacts' option. If the contacts were stored in your iCloud account, they will now appear on the phone.
If the contacts were stored in a mail account such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc, then add that mail account to the phone in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account. Then make sure the 'Contacts' option is enabled here as well.
If that still doesn't work you may need to try to recover them from an iCloud or iTunes backup of the old phone -- do you have one of those? -

The other responder gave you a program that will transfer stuff from your iPod to your new computer. You can transfer iTunes purchaces to your new computer by:

After you move your stuff to your new computer you will have to let iTunes erase your iPod and then sync with the stuff that is now in your iTunes library. You will loose app data though. -
I have an older iPod Touch, I bought a new one and the Itunes on my computer is too old to recognize my new iPod Touch and Itunes cannot be updated. Is there a creditable software program I can use to get all my old music from my old iPod Touch to the new one? I had the same problem with my iPad, i couldn't get the newer version of itunes because the computer was too old and my iPad couldnt sync with the old itunes. I got a PC from school a few months later so that solved the problem for me. Unfortunately i don't think there would be a program to put your music on your iPod, iTunes should be the only way to transfer files to Apple devices. What operating system are you running and what version of it is it?

My Computer broke and I bought a new one, re installed I tunes and synced my I Phone 4 but it only transfered 100 purchased songs into the library and I still have 400 songs on my I Phone, but when i try to re sync it wants to erase the 400 songs on my device and replace with the 100 songs in my library. I have authorized this computer with this device but I can't deauthorize the old computer because it's boken. I emailed tech support but they told me to manually transfer the files but it only transfers from the library to the device, and I need to transfer from the device to the library.
The music sync is one way - computer to iphone. The only exception is itunes purchases. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases
The iphone is not a backup device.
Copy everything from your backup copy of your old computer to your new one. -
i have elements 7 loaded on my laptop. I bought a new one and want to load it onto the new one. I talked to someone on adobe site last night and he gave me a link to down load it. it failed so i googled it, and the downloaded it just fine. I went on to the adobe site signed in and looked at my product history and got the product #, however, when i entered the product # i it didn't likeit. What do i do?
Is your laptop running Windows XP, windows 7 or Windows 8/8.1? If so then I suggest download a tool that will retrieve the serial number from the old laptop which you can use it on your new machine. The tool is called:

Welcome to the Apple community.
You cannot download a backup from iCloud, the only way to access it is to restore to the backup with your new phone, which you should have done when you first connected it. If you restore now, you will lose all the new information you have added to your new phone. -

Are the other iPods models, same version as yours. The 2 New FM Tx may need a new iPod software, which you can update via iTunes.
