Sorry, I meant to say it was....I just don't understand what I'm doing wrong and I hate their support pages or lack thereof!!! I just want to install my stinking Adobe Acrobat XI that I bought in 2013...I got the serial number from my account. If XI doesn't exist anymore, is Adobe DC what replaces it? How do I upgrade with my serial number? Do I have to pay anything? I don't do anything fancy with Adobe, I just open pdf, print or convert to word. Any help!!!!???

Which operating system are you using?
Have you tried Help>Updates from within photoshop cs6 to get either camera raw 8.3 or 8.7.1, which should enable photoshop cs6 to open the canon 5D Mark III files.
(version of camera raw depends on your operating system)
If that doesn't work try one of the following camera raw plugin installers:

PowerPC applications are unsupported in newer versions. You can upgrade Photoshop or you can install Snow Leopard in a partition.
1. Open Disk Utility (Applications > Utilities) and select your drive
2. Go to Partitions tab, press + button, create a new partition and press Apply
3. Insert the Snow Leopard install DVD and reboot pressing C key
4. Install it in the new partition
5. If you want to change boot, go to System Preferences > Startup Disk and select 10.7 -

I lost some of my purchased music. I read numerous support articles and it seems that the easiest solution is just to re-download those purchases to i-tunes on my pc. The problem is that the articles refer to a download button which I cannot find anywhere. BTW I am using the latest iTunes versin for Windows.

There are no 64-bit builds of Firefox made, only 32-bit currently. There are some 3rd party builds floating around out there, but Mozilla doesn't allow them to be named Firefox - they would be called Namoroka for 3.6 versions. Mozilla does have a Minefield 64-bit build for 4.0-pre versions, but it won't be available as Firefox until probably Firefox 5 is released.

My computer crashed and I lost itunes. I downloaded it on computer after adding new harddrive. The cloud came up with my purchased songs but playlists aren't showing. I have an old backup from a few years ago but afraid to use it because new purchases obviously aren't on it. What do I do now?

I would recommend restoring from your backup, then downloading the remainder from the iTunes Store.

How can I install CS5 on a new/replacement laptop? I paid full price in 2011 and have the key (and it shows up in my Adobe account under products), but it was a downloaded product and I can't find a download of that version online and my key doesn't work in CC.
Your key cannot work in CC, it's newer version, and would require a new purchase.

Hi, we just bought a Macbook air and we can't find the 'reminders' app in the applications or through the spotlight search. Is there a link to download the app? I can't find it online or through the app store. Please help!
Reminders is automatically installed with 10.8 or above. A new Mac should have 10.9; it's possible that, with a third-party vendor, you have an earlier OS. Check under the Apple menu in the top left and click About This Mac. That will tell you what version of OS X you have.
