If you're sure you've installed the latest version of Flash, take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. After each step, relaunch Safari and test. For a "missing plug-in" error, start with Step 4.

Are you launching Pages from an icon in your Dock? Installing the update does not change the Dock icons & it does not remove the older versions. Go to your Applications folder & launch the new Pages from there.

!Need 64 bit version of Premiere Elements 10 for new W7 machine.

I need to download a 64 bit version of premiere elements 10 to use on my new w7 64bit. I have a 32 bit verson that wont work. Or a workaround if available.

IE 11 Windows 8.1 "to view this content you need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player"

Just installed the update Windows 8.1 and can no longer view media on sites that Windows 8 was fine with.
This problem applies to both the desktop and "Start Screen" versions of IE.
Adobe's Flash Player test site shows that the latest version of Flash Player is installed - though it shows my browser type as "None."
The same issue occurs using Chrome as well.
One site I am trying to view is: http://www.cbc.ca/thenational/watch/.

Here's the Flash Player Version for IE 11.0.9600.16384:
And here it is for Chrome 30.0.1599.101m
Both IE and Chrome were working fine before the 8.1 update.
And just to be clear. I am running Windows 8.1 (64 bit) not 32 as shown for the Chrome.
I installed Firefox after posting my original note - it is working fine.

Unbelievable to me that there is no fix for this. I'm seeing it today in January 2015. Have updated Keynote every time. Have latest version. Have a document created only several months ago. Tells me I need a newer version when I have the latest version.

I assume it's refering to a trial version I tried to use a while ago. But I've already uninstalled that and it still won't work. The other 3 creative suite programs are ready to install. I use a Mac. Help!

How did you uninstall the trial? Did you utilize the uninstaller located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers?
If not then please try using the CS Cleaner tool - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html to remove the remainder of the installation.

Not for free, no. Well I guess there is. Don't sync your phone. We don't, but then we only use it for talking and taking photos which you can transfer using even a pretty old computer.

After upgrading to 8.0 everytime I start my computer a window pops up saying Firefox needs the computer to be restarted. I've done it - it still pops up.

I have Win Vista. After I upgraded Firefox to 8.0 a window is popping up and continually saying Firefox needs the computer to restart to finalize installation. I've done the restart when prompted - the next time I start up the computer it does it again, same message.

Just went down this road. Bought two new iPhones last week, one is having this same problem. No help from the store, no help from apple. Re-setting, re-booting, updating, all did nothing. Time to move away from apple. When you have to go through as much as we did to try to solve such a very simple issue, after paying so much money, it's definitely time to try a different product. back the video card driver version instead of assuring that it is up to date.

glitches specific to the Premiere Elements 10 user whose Windows computer has a NVIDIA GeForce video card. If this applies

Should I install 32 Bit or 64 Bit Version of Premiere Elements 13.

I am running a 64 Bit OS (Windows 8.1) and was wondering it is advisable to install the 64 Bit Version of Elements? I know other software is not necessarily feature parity between 32 and 64 bit versions and sometimes it is recommended to install the 32 bit version, even if you are running a 64 bit OS.

It is my understanding that Adobe direct sells only an online download for tryout or purchase. And, when you do this, the installer is
determined by the recognition of the computer operating system that it is involved in the download install process.
With Premiere Elements 13, what is the installation disc situation....2 discs, one for Premiere Elements 13 Windows 32 or 64 bit and one
for Premiere Elements 13 Mac 32 or 64 bit? Or, something else?
I am still working on the Premiere Elements 13 tryout, and I purchase the box packaged product from an authorized reseller in order
to obtain installation discs for Windows and Mac rather than just be restricted to a Windows product license OR Mac product license but
not both when going the online download route.
Has any of the above changed in going from Premiere Elements 12/12.1 to 13?

I'm about to migrate back to PC soon and I'd love to not have to buy the program again since I just bought it. Under my order history though it only shows it for Mac so I wanted to make sure.

The boxed packaging is not sold by Adobe direct. If you want to explore that type of purchase which offers the perk of a Windows and a Mac installation disc, you need to purchase from an authorized reseller who is not going to offer you "upgraded pricing". The seller would be its own entity with its own pricing and own return/refund policy. Sometimes the authorized reseller price may be less than the Adobe"upgraded pricing".
Did you purchase your Premiere Elements 13 Mac from Adobe direct and are within 30 days of purchase? If so, you can contact Adobe Chat Orders to ask for return/refund. And, then you can explore the authorized resellers for pricing and availability of the box packaging. Maybe check out the pricing all around before making any final decisions.

Normally an Elements license is valid for both Windows and Mac systems. So you might only need to download the Mac versions of the applications and use your serial number to activate them.
