My personal info is showing up on my emails- how to delete?

I just upgraded my OS (twice, finally ending up 'lost in Yosemite'!) and now find that my personal name info is linked to my email addresses- ALL OF THEM!
My email addys go back sometimes decades, and, like millions of other people, my personal privacy is paramount to me. I didn't ask for my name to be irretrievably connected to ANY of my emails, even the one that is basically my name in an email addy format!
When I try to remove the name, it is ghosted out. I don't want to put in something silly like Mr. Anonymous.
And I can remove my name from my older AOL accounts. But not Apple's 'iCloud' Master Account?!?
What gives? Big brother?
I merely want my personal name removed from Mail's iCloud account pane- totally.
Frankly, this is not just an annoyance, it's an invasion of privacy.
My emails are out there, cuz I send them.
My personal name attached to them? Nope. That is utterly unnecessary, and frankly, I believe my identity is being stolen by Apple.
Wonder if Apple is gearing up for drone surveillance bots built in, in their newest computers?
(As you can tell, I'm not a happy camper!)

Moreover, my old 'sign in name' is now linked to my personal name, even here!? As I see, in posting this post...
I didn't give Apple or this board the permission to put my real name up there?

- If you are talking about your Apple ID/iTunes account email address then go to Settings>Store and sign out and sign back in with yours.

You have to manually add it back or if you have contacts in your computer addressbook, you can sync them back.

Helping my wife, I'm not familiar with Firefox. We saved to a hard drive a folder from Users>Application Support called Firefox on her Macbook (8 years old) which seemed to have her bookmarks and personal info imbedded. Upon opening her new MacBook Air, OSX 10.9.4 has a different architecture (ie, no Application Support folder any longer).
So how can we transfer her info to her new computer, please?

I tried to go to websites I visit everyday and they are all blocked by a virus that appears to be from Mozilla (but isn't) and shows mozilla logo and said my website was blocked by Mozilla parent control and you have to sign up for it. It asks for all the personal info that you NEVER give online so I knew it was a virus. I am writing this in safe mode. My Vipre will not pick up this virus and Malware bites won't either. I deleated Mozilla and reinstalled it but it didn't work.

You likely have iCloud turned on in at least Safari. If you don't want Safari to sync between these devices turn one of them off. System Preferences - iCloud - Safari (uncheck the box)

Have an Apple TV device I have gone thru setup with and used. Want to sell it now but concerned that it may store personal info that would be at risk if I sold it. Should I be concerned? Can I wipe it clean?

Selling MBP - how do I remove all personal info but leave apps?

Sorry for the newbie question.
I just bought a new MBP and sold my old one. I want to leave the installed apps on my old MBP (running 10.5.7) but make sure that all of my personal info, data, etc. is gone.
I'm not familiar enough with accounts on a Mac (I've never gone through the process of deleting one) but will the following accomplish what I want to do?:
1) Create a new user account for the new owner. Make that account an Administrator.
2) Reboot and log in as the new user.
3) Delete my current/old user account.
4) Start Disk Utility and use the "Erase Free Space" function.
So I guess my biggest question is in #3 above. When I delete my current/old user account, what does it wipe out and what does it leave behind?
I know my other option is to wipe the whole thing out and install from the OS X CD's that came with the MBP and then re-instal all the software but I'd rather not have to go to that extreme if possible.

The very best way to do this is to do a complete Erase and Install with the original system disc. You can do any additional erasing before that.
What about the apps? Provide the seller with the original discs of those too, and let them reinstall them. Note that with some companies you will want to fill out a Transfer of License so that legal ownership and rights to future upgrade discounts are transferred to the new owner and don't remain with you, because that would screw the new owner if they tried to get an upgrade and they couldn't because it was still registered to you.
I would not sell a machine that hasn't been completely wiped. I want all traces of me off that thing. And that includes any confusion as to the legal ownership of the apps you are selling with the machine.

Open Accounts preferences. Click on the lock icon to authenticate. Click on the Add [-] to create a new user account. Give the new account admin status. Set the account for auto-login then restart the computer. The computer should boot into the new user account. Open Accounts preferences, click on the lock icon to authenticate. Select your old account and click on the Delete [-] button. Select the third option to remove the user folder and also check the option to securely erase. If given the option to select the number of passes select one pass only. This should remove your data from any prying eyes.

You don't mention the hardware configuration of the subject MBA.
Be aware, that if equipped with an SSD, the information on the disk is not "removed" by a simple re-format. Doing a zero-once on an SSD is not as good as on a hard drive, because of the way SSDs handle writing data.
While the information is not readily retrievable by a novice, it is nonetheless intact until overwritten.
I'm sure there are SSD experts here who can comment on just how to prepare an SSD for selling.
I do recognize that in some people's opinion, the concern is overemphasized.

MIRO- Unplanned Delivery Costs info. not showing on FS10N line items

Can anyone explain why when posting an Invoice with unplanned delivery costs using T-code MIRO, the purchase order info. does not show in the GL line item display T-code FS10N for any of the unplanned delivery cost line items. If anyone have a solution to allow the purchase order info. to show on the uplanned delivery costs line item that would be great.

Un-planned freight is entered on the header of the invoice and therefore relates to the entire invoice. Since, its possible to have mulitple PO's on one invoice it would only be possible to assign the PO when there is exactly one PO on the invoice.
Alternative, you can use planned freight or post the unplanned freight using the G/L tab in transaction MIRO. By using the G/L tab you can enter any information required for accounting (including multiple lines in case it is required to split the un-planned freight by several PO's.
