I am using a Lumia 620,I was outside South Africa for two weeks and the phone was working perfectly,by when I got to the boarder it went offline and it automatically switched on flight mode,please help he do I get this phone back on networks coz its not working its saying phone is off,these phones are a problem Nokia are playing around with our minds I buy a phone so expensive and then it doesn't last.i am pissed off.

Hi, bulisaninnn. We understand where you're coming from. Does inserting your SIM card to another phone or vice versa make any difference? You may try the below procedures.
1. Switch the phone off.
2. Remove the battery & the SIM card.
3. Put the battery back in & turn the phone on.
4. Go to Settings > airplane mode and toggle between on/off.
5. Switch the phone off again.
6. Put the battery & the SIM card back in.
7. Turn the phone on.
8. Repeat step 4.

I have two email accounts on my MacBook Pro and iPhone that I have been using for a few years. My phone works perfectly for both accounts. Now one of my email accounts on the MacBook says the outgoing server is Offline? How can I fix that so that both accounts send and receive email. As AT&T has not officially unlocked your phone it must have been hacked to use another carrier. So when you updated it has relocked itself to AT&T. There is no official unlock so this will happen anytime you update.

hello can apple help me out.i am from Pakistan, i received iphone 4s as a gift, it was purchased in canada last march 2012. unfortunately its screen stopped working and inside screen when i try to look with external light. there was message "iphone disabled for 60 minutes" i tried restore but could not it downloads update but does not do anything i am heck upset its really something means to me alot. I tried to find out warranty claiming process but here in pakistan it has not been officially launched. Why so ? in a country where 50% people are using iphone and apple is not there? i was really shoked. well i really need help.please guide me how can i get it replaced or anything that can be claimed in warranty.it is still on warranty. But i am in pakistan where i can not find any istore where they deal with warranty. Please guide me i have studied alot and have read stories about people having same experience and apple helped them alot. Regards.Try restoring the iPhone to factory settings. If you are having difficult restoring, put the iPhone into Recovery Mode and see if that then works:

If not, or if a restore to factory settings does not fix the problem, then your iPhone may have a hardware problem. You can only get the iPhone serviced by Apple in Canada, so you will have to take the iPhone there or send it to someone you know in Canada who can get the iPhone serviced and send it back to you. The only option for getting service in Pakistan would be to pay some unauthorized repair shop to attempt a repair, after which Apple will no longer provide any service even in Canada.

Did you perhaps have iCloud Photostream enabled? -
When I sync my phone I get my husband's phone contact list, apps, etc and the same happens when he syncs his phone. It does recognize our phones as different users so how can I stop this from happening when we sync?
Did you tick the box in iTunes to sync with the Mac address book? Are you using the same user account on your Mac, with the same contacts in the same address book?

Today while driving home from vacation i purchased and downloaded the new Nichleback CD, when i got home, i plugged my phone into my computer to update everything and it pulled up a message saying something like "this computer has recognized an iPhone that is in memory update, you will need to restore the phone" or something similar to that, it had a picture of the power cord plugging into iTunes on the screen and i couldn't get rid of it, so i had to plug it in and restore everything, when it was done i noticed that not only did i loose the new CD that i had just purchased today but i lost all of the music that i've purchased since the last update. How can i restore this music without purchasing it all again?
Media should be included with the backup of the computer that all users should be creating on a regular basis as part of basic computer/data maintenance.
In the event that you do not have a backup (stop being lazy.... keep backups of YOUR data and other important files)
If you are in the US and running iTunes 10.3 or later, it is possible to redownload music via iCloud from purchased history.
If you are not in the US or for some reason cannot run iTunes 10.3 or later, contact iTunes customer support and ask very nicely for the opportunity to redownload the content. They are not required to provide this opportunity.
It is also possible to transfer content from an iDevice that was purchased via iTunes. On the new computer, sign into the iTunes account, authorize the computer, connect the device then select File > Transfer Purchases.
The simplest method of all is to transfer or copy the media (and other important files) from the old computer or the backup of the old computer. Typing "move itunes library" into the search bar here or into google will reveal step by step instructions on how to do this. -
