My phone is locked and doesnt recognize me as a Developer. Need to find UDID and cannot use Itunes or the phone, any ideas?
I have a new phone, through AT&T insurance, and it does not recognize me as a developer until i register UDID. But the phone is locked and has never synced to Itunes so how the **** do I find the UDID number? This one is stumping me?
Ok next problem currently my MAC is with my daughter out of state, I only have a PC in the house...

Hi, I have an iPhone 5s, recently its been a lot hotter than usual, also the battery life is going down a lot faster than usual, and it takes absolutely ages to charge up. There must be a serious problem with the battery, any ideas? thanks

Unfortunately I spent my Saturday AM at the Genius bar last weekend and that is when they gave me the new phone. This was after I also spent about 3 hours total on several apple support calls/chats.

My iPhone 4s is stuck on a black screen that shows a USB cable connecting to iTunes. The phone will not turn on and the iTunes logo as I described only shows up when I plug the phone into the charger or my computer. I have tried the reset in restore mode as well as the DFU? mode and it still will not work. I have the latest version of iTunes on my Mac. My error code was 2002. I also tried it on my laptop (windows 8.1) and none of the above worked. My error code on my laptop was 02. The phone is through Verizon and it has absolutely no damage. It was working fine up until this and I have been trying to fix it for 2 days. Please help! I am unsure of what version the phone was currently running on before this because I have another iphone that's my primary phone and have not used this one in about a month. I do not believe it was updated to IOS 7.
Your iPhone is in recoverty mode at the moment so to possibly get it back up and running you would need to do a restore as you have been trying. Follow the steps in the article below for the specific error messages you have been receiving. If after following all steps the issue remains book an appointment at a local Apple Retail Store to have the iPhone evaluated.

Hi! So I haven't used iTunes in a few months but I just got an iTunes gift card and want to make a purchase. iTunes redeemed it just fine but now that I want to make a purchase I am having problems. I can't update apps on my iphone 5. theirs an old apple ID. That I don't have the pass word. I've created a new apple ID. but the old one keeps popping up. I have it on the Itunes on the phone but the old one keeps comming up and asking for a pass word.
Apps are permanently tied to the Apple ID used to purchase them. You will have to delete the apps from the phone and re-purchase them using your Apple ID.

I am unable to create a new event on my iPhone with IOS 7.0.4. I tap the plus sign, fill in the details, tape Done and ... nothing. Repeatedly. No problem on my iMac or iPad, just with the phone. Help.
Assuming you're creating this event to place in your calendar, and assuming this calendar is shared with your iMac and iPad using iCloud, might the calendar be restricted on your iPhone?

My iphone contacts are not updating to Icloud or Outlook, I can create a contact in Icloud/Outlook and it will update to my Iphone but I cannot create a contact on my Iphone to have it update in the Cloud/Outlook, I am using Itunes as the bridge. I originally installed the Icloud manager to sync my contacts to Cloud/Outlook, but I did not like the functionality, when I uninstalled the Cloud manager and and installed Itunes I noticed that the none of my contacts in the phone updated to Outlook.

I updated my 4s to IOS 8 and now it won't automatically connect with my Ford SYNC. I have to turn the phone off and then on again for it to connect.
Why is this? My husband's 4s is still on IOS7 and it still connects automatically.I do not know if this will help.
