My phone is not working the way it did before the manditory iOS 7 update. It freezes, it lags, I get kicked out of my apps, my messages do not send half of the time, I can't view the pictures in my camera roll if I enlarge them, and the phone glitches randomly. How can this be fixed or what do I need to do to get it replaced??
The Basic Troubleshooting Steps are:
Restart... Reset... Restore from Backup... Restore as New...

If you try all these steps and you still have issues... Then a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) is the Next Step...

When you set up a voicemail redirection, usually you have to remove that redirection from the account that redirected it. Like Google Voice, if you activate Google Voice to receive your voicemail, you will have to log into voice.google.com to turn it off. If you contact your carrier, they can tell you exactly what program has taken over your voicemail functionality just in case you are stuck, but if you know the name of that App, I'm sure you will be able to figure it out. Hope this helps you out.

I update my Mac to version 10.9.2 and now my printer does not work anymore. I did all the software updates and I do not understand why my mac does not recognize the printer anymore?
Go to the website of the manufacturer of your printer and check to see if they have released an updated driver for your particular model.

That's odd.
Try this: Unplug your Time Capsule and your router. On your MBP, click the Wi-Fi icon and select "Open Network Preferences".
Click the lock icon to authenticate, then click the "gear" and select "set service order". Wherever AirPort (or Wi-Fi - I forget what Snow Leopard calls it) appears, drag it elsewhere in the list. Click OK, then Apply, then power up your router and TC.
If that doesn't result in any change, repeat the above but try making the service(s) you do not need "inactive".
The purpose of this is to reset or at least change your Network Preferences, which somehow got confused upon upgrading to SL. -
I have spent the last hour trying to upgrade my IPhone to IOS 7 using ITUnes. Now, my phone wil not work at all. I think it is backed up on my computer, but I am unable to get it to download to the phone. What to do?

I tried to download the ios updates and now my phone will not work. I receive a screen that instruct me to connect to itunes. When I connect to itunes, i am told that i must restore factory settings. When i attempt to restore factory settings, i receive an error message that an unknown error has occured (3194)
There's only one thing you can do: make an appointment with Apple genius at the Apple retail store for a out of warranty replacement.

Yes, I'm probably the only person on the planet that wants this, but I liked how the Auto Tone auto adjusted the Exposure slider (ONLY!) and left all the other sliders at zero in the Lightroom 4 beta.
Is there a way to write a preset that returns that behavior?No, but try shift-double-click on the word "Exposure".

How do I get Firefox to look the way it did before upgrading
Firefox used to look OK until it upgraded itself. I do NOT like the small search box and the list of available languages plus other admin. options when I open Firefox. What you had before looked more like the entry screen to a search engine, but your recent upgrade makes it look like an Options page after you have entered something and whilst it is still deciding which language you wish to use.
I would like to be using a more professional looking HomePage and would like to know how to restore the screen display to something like was offered in the previous version!Why should I have to install potentially destabilizing / potentially security risky add ons to fix what the mozilla developers should never have messed with?

I tried reinstalling Firefox but I get the same thing with Intellicast. I get a page with typed writing instead of a grafic page with the maps and 10 day forecast. I go to Internet Explorer and get the same intellicast.com page and it opens up the right way. what is the problem and can it be fixed. I never had this problem before with intellicast and have been using it for some time on firefox
If it happens again the first try these basic steps:
Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
*Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
*Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
*Press "Command + Shift + R" (MAC)
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies" -
I backed up my phone and then updated to the new update 8.02. I now have my pics in a separate album for each pic with an event attached to each one. how do i set it back up to the couple albums i had previously without adding all my pics from my computer which i dont want?
You have 10.6 on that machine, I suggest you stick with it for performance, third party hardware and software reasons as long as possible.
Consider 10.8 (not 10.7) when it's released, because 10.7 and 10.8 will require a new investment in software and newer third party hardware as it requires newer drivers the old machines won't have. (forced upgrade because of software, really nice of them)

1: Software Update fully under the Apple menu.
2: Check the status of your plug-ins and update (works for all browsers) also install Firefox and see if your problems continue. You should always have at least two browsers on the machine just in case one fails.

Hi, I am using teleblend. I have connected Linksys SPS 2102 directly with modem and computer. I did WAN setup. After finishing setup, I am able to get internet at my computer. NithiNithi: where you able to check if the registration state says REGISTERED when your provider checked the SIP settings? If yes, I suggest trying a different phone -- if it says NOT REGISTERED or FAILED then you can further isolate the problem by trying a different VoIP like the one on the link below.

johnboy2146: try to check the value of Line Voltage under Info tab (PSTN Line Status) if the PSTN is not in use and when it is in use ... i'm not sure if this will make any difference but try a different value for FXO Port Impedance under PSTN Line tab > International Control (try 900)

How do you get I pad to the way it was before the new update. The new update *****.
You don't. This is the new iOS that you are running, and it cannot be downgraded.
Why don't you give it some time. Play around with the settings to see if you can get the look and feel more to your liking. Play with the new features. And don't forget, that with the enhanced security, if you are using iCloud and Find My iPhone, your device is far less attactive to would-be thieves. It cannot be reset to factory settings without turning off Find My iPhone, and only you know what the password required to do that is....

i updated my 4s yesterday, but my phone will not work at all now, and will not turn off. It has a itunes image on the screen with an arrow underneath and what looks like the charger lead. i've had it on charge! is there anything else i can do?

When I try backing up to icloud it says that I have gone over the free 5gb. It shows that I have 4.6 gb of pictures in my camera roll when I barely have over 200 pictures! Any similiar problems or possible solutions?
