My ipod 4th generation is stuck on recovery mode and is stuck on the screen that says to connect to the itunes store. I already tried using a non-damaged cable and connecting it to itunes, but the ipod is not showing up as a device on my computer or on itunes. I cant fix the recovery screen until i can coinnect it to itunes... so does someone have any suggestions?

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

It doen't even say that my iTouch is plugged in (same when i click 'My Computer' and it doesn't list it as a connected device). BUT, when i do plug it in my computer makes that little tone when something does get plugged into it.

tried to update to the iso6 update i got and now my phone is frozen on the screen the says to plug in to itunes but my computer wont reognize it what do i do

I need some help.. I've recently repaired my iphone 4 and had it in recovery mode. I plugged it in to itunes (using Windows on a PC) and it sorted itself out of recovery mode. A screen then opens saying something like "Welcome to your new iPhone" where my option is to set up as new iphone or restore from backup. (shown as a screen dump under nr 6 in the checklist here: iOS: Transferring information from your current iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to a new device)
I restore from a backup and everything seems to be going allright, when the restore is done iTunes says I will have to go through a setup on my phone. I do the setup and the phone now contains some old photos, textmessages, contacts, web favorites, e-mail setup and other things. But iTunes still shows the Welcome-page! I cant continue with the sync of my music and apps! my only option is to set up as new iphone or restore from backup again. I've tried a number of times to restore from backup and the only thing that happens is a new backup is shown in the scrollbar. (sorry, don't know if scrollbar's even a word..)

I tried to update my ipod touch 4 gen and it automatically shutoff and said connect to itunes on the screen. I did. it says it found an error restoring ipod, what do i do now to resttore my ipod back to working and functioning condition?

I have the new iPad 3 and every time I touch the email icon there is a draft message stuck on the screen that won't disappear even if I touch save or delete. I've tried removing the email account and putting it back on which didn't work either. How do I get this draft to disappear?
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Or Quit the mail app.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button.
Go back to mail and see if it is fixed. -
I have an iPhone 3G. I removed the simm card and placed it in another phone. Now I want to use it to just play music. I keep seeing a message on the screen that says the simm card is missing. Are there settings I can use to prevent this message?

I keep getting a pop up on my iophone 5 that says "connect to itunes to use push notifications" I've connected to itunes and nothing happens. I cant use the phone as I can;t get the pop up to stop
So after exhausting countless hours I just added the App "Google Search". It's not as great of an interface but I can access Google Voice and keep tabs by just checking in every so often. Better than not having Google Voice at all.
