My phone keeps saying "cannot connect to the store. A secure connection could not be established.
My I phone keeps repeatedly coming up with:
Cannot connect to the store. A secure connection could not be established. Please check your Date & Time settings"
What does this mean and how do I fix this as I am trying to update my apps and they have stopped at the 'waiting' status as it cannot connect meaning I cannot use my apps.

Also, besides the time and date being correct make sure the time zone is also correct. Also, if yo have iOS 5, make sure date&Time is set to Automatic.

From the home screen, tap Settings > General > Date & Time.
If the option exists, turn off Set Automatically.
Verify the time zone and time (in the status bar) are correct for where you are currently.
If not, adjust the incorrect setting accordingly.
If everything was correct and the option exists, turn on Set Automatically.
You must also be able to open a secure connection to access the iTunes store. Launc Safari on your phone and see if you can go to https://appleid.apple.com. If you can't then see the troubleshooting steps under "Blocked by software firewall: (Mac OS X/Windows)" in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3297. -

The space you purchased is in iCloud. It is not on your phone, and there is no way you can use it directly on your phone. The phone comes with whatever memory you purchased it with (8, 16, 32 or 64 GB) and that number will never change. Apple gives you 90 days of free telephone support when you buy an iPhone or iPad. I guess they figure that 3 months is enough time to get your startup questions answered. You also had the option of buying AppleCare, which would have extended the 90 days free telephone support to 2 years.
You can still get free support from Apple by going to any Apple store, and from other users in this user-to-user support forum. And frequently user support is more useful than Apple's, because users don't have Apple's lawyers overseeing everything that is said by Apple employees. -
Hello can someone please help? Trying to restore ipod and I keep on getting error message: The IPod software update server could not be contacted. The network connection was reset. Make sure your network is active and try again.
Try:
- Powering off and then back on your router.
- iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot contact the iPhone, iPad, or iPod software update server
- Change the DNS to either Google's or Open DNS servers

- Try on another computer/network
- Wait if it is an Apple problem -
Becouse of expire of credit card I updated billing information by providing data of new credit card but system just says "We're sorry, the billing information on file could not be used for this payment. Please update your information.". What exactly is wrong?
Are you 100% sure that every detail of your information is the same in each place?
Make sure that EVERY DETAIL is the same in every place you enter your information

I DOWNLOADED THE UPDATES IT SAID TO DOWNLOAD NOW i CANNOT GET TO THE STORE AND ALSO IT WILL NOT RECOGNIZE MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD TO SIGN IN SO I AM STUCK. Perhaps the reason that your username and password are not recognised is because you have caps lock on.

My Yahoo email asks me daily for my email password or says the connection to the server failed. Is anyone having this problem currently? I noticed old messages in chat mentioned the same problem. I get into my Yahoo email fine on my desktop computer for several weeks without re entering a password. But the IPad does not seem to be connecting daily with Yahoo without putting a password in again.
So, I didn't change anything and now it is working better. I still get the odd error though.
I have a feeling this has something to do with the SSL update Apple released and it was their server side. -

I have hooked it up to iTunes like the tech from AppleCare told me, we backed up the contacts, and tried to restore it to factory settings. It is still doing the "searching...." at the top of the screen. The tech told me to turn it off for an hour and he would call back but he thinks I need to go into an Apple store, and the closest one is an hour away. Not to mention, it is going to be crazy busy with 5 just coming out. If anyone has any information for me, I would really appreciate it, I am frustrated to say the least right now!

When I updated my iPad 3 and iPod Touch 4th generation to iOS 6 a few months back, I was able to update the iPad effortlessly over WiFi. but I kept getting error messages when trying to update the iPod over WiFi, so I used iTunes on my MacBook Pro.
Connect the iPad to the computer, launch iTunes. Select the iPad under the devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update
If you are using iTunes 11, go to View>Show Sidebar at the top - so the sidebar is visible. -

Hi, I get the same error EVERY time iTunes updates.
I have to do the fix that is suggested in this topic (cut and paste the sqlite3.dll)
My Question:
Since this happens every time iTunes updates...... Do I have to remove SQlite3.dll from the "apple application support" folder....... so that the sqlite3.dll is only located in the "mobile device support" folder?????
It is getting really annoying to have to do the "cut and paste" fix every time iTunes updates.

The screen mentions setting up SSL 3 or TLS 1 in the Internet Options Control Panel ... where is this?
Is this just a server overload issue?

I keep getting an error pop-up when I try to access my email. The pop-up says Cannot Get Mail The connection to the server failed. I get this pop-up on both my iPhone 5 and my iPad. I can still access my email, but the pop-up is real annoying. Can someone please help me with this? -Stu

It sounds like you're seeing an alert message when opening Mail on your iOS devices. Do you have multiple email accounts setup on the devices? I have downloaded voxer on my phone, it was working yesterday and today, I put my phone on my docking station and used voxer a few times while it was on there. When I took it off and tried to send a new message my phone keeps saying when I am trying to record a new message, Voxer can't record audio with out a microphone, please connect a headset and try again?
