My phone keeps saying " Is disabled" and i have changed my password ...
Twice already. I have followed all of apples instructions, even turned my phone off to possible reset/refresh the system and i am still not able to update any apps. This is very incovienant!! Ive even tried creating a new id and putting all my info in and i still can not update anytime or download anything. I want to know what the heck is going on!?!?!?! answers or ideas to fix this please.

Storage using iCloud, & available storage on your phone, are two separate things, & have nothing to do with each other.
You can't increase the storage on your phone. To see what's taking up space on your phone, look here: Settings>General>Usage.

Since resetting your password have you logged out of your account on your iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then logged back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it ?

The taking of photos requires storage capacity on the phone itself. iCloud storage has nothing to do with picture taking, that is backup storage area. You will have to remove content from the phone to increase storage on the phone to be able to take photos.

It's not jailbroke or anything but it says the terms and conditions have changed. When I agree, it says your session has times out. Try again. But it doesn't give me an option to try again and has a done button underneath it. I press done. The textplus app says "Waiting..." and is gray. What can I do to download this app?
iTunes has to contact Apple to send your agreement to the new conditions, but your security software has to allow this contact. If blocked, you'll get a time out message. After installing IOS 7 i tunes says terms and conditions have changed, " Before you can proceed you must read and accept the new terms and conditions. " After 54 pages there is no way to accept, it also says you can have it sent by email It will not let me do this either???

If i turn my phone off for a while and turn it back on, I will have service for a couple of minutes. And then it says failure SIM or invalid SIM or no SIM. Then I have no service and can only use my phone with wifi making it no better than a ipod
Could be a bad SIM card or an iPhone hardware problem.
Try a new SIM card first. You can get a new SIM card at an ATT retail store. After explaining the problem, there should be no charge for the new SIM card.
If no change after that, call AppleCare or make an appointment at an Apple Store if there is one nearby. -

I use iPad3 64GB and have been buying and downloading from App Store but recently, each time I want to buy or down load apps from the store, I will receive a popup, "your apple ID has been disabled". I have made efforts to download to no avail and have also change my password severally and later my username and still I get the same message. Now, I can neither buy nor download free apps from the store. What do I do? I need help!

TS4429 In top left hand corner my phone keeps saying no service and then swapping to searching
I have had a new screen fitted on my Iphone and now the sim card not working, in top left corner it keeps just from No Service to Searching, can anyone help. Phone is now out of guarntee so apple not able to help.
Seems whomever replaced the screen damaged the device. Take it back to them and demand they either correct the issue or replace your iPhone with a functional iPhone.
