I cannot see the i-cons on my phone. The screen is dark. The phone does not light up. Thank you.

Some people have said that restoring has helped. Others had to go to the Apple Store. What you can try to do is hold the home + sleep button until it reboots.

Oh no, Robinbird18! This is not what we like to hear about your cell phone. It makes it pretty hard to have a conversation with someone when you can't hear them. If you make a phone call out are you able to have a conversation with someone without any issues? How long has this been going on? Have you tried to use the phone on speaker phone to see if that works at all? Please keep us posted. Downloaded Mozbackup & backed up all bookmarks, extensions, passwords (not settings)
Uninstalled Firefox completely (Using REVO Uninstaller)
Reboot
Re-install Firefox
...Ran MozBackup & restored profile

The problem was an add on: Hide Caption Titlebar Plus
Once I uninstalled that - the menu returned

The first is global to all accounts while the second is in your home directory. The X's are a sequence of hyphaninated letters and numbers. If you can get these removed then it will probably revert to a default resolution.

There really isn't any workaround to the cost. You can't get the parts needed to fix it yourself. Only Apple has those parts and they do not sell them to end users.
Sure you could take it apart and clean everything and the screen might start working again but then it might not. Depending on what cause it to stop working in the first place. Like something got shorted out.

There is a DIY for iPhone 3GS here, but you'll need to do some net searching to find something for iPhone 4. Also remember that this would totally void whatever you have with Apple, so....!

My icloud storage is full but i can't see where all the data is.

I am using an iPhone 4S. My iCloud (free) storage of 5GB is approaching full usage. When I try to free up some space, the documents and data only amount to less than 20MB. I can't see where the rest of the 4.88MB is used and is totally invisible to me. Please help

My external hard drive is working fine but I can't see any of the files

I've been using a goflex external hard drive to store photos for a little over a year. It has been connected to my Mac desktop for about three months and it is still working but now when I try and view it or any of the files nothing shows up. I can still edit and manipulate files through apps like aperature, but I have no access to those photos? Is there any trick to being able to view these files again?

Attach the HDD to your MBP and open Disk Utility. Take screen shots of of the HDD and the volume. Please note the differences. View the examples from mine:

My iphone wont turn on but i can still receive calls only the screen stay black and the home and off button wont affect it

I used my house phone to call the iphone to see if it will help and my iphone rang but i couldnt do anything about it. The screen just stayed off and the home and on/off button wont affect it.

Reset the device by pressing and holding the home and power buttons for 15-20 seconds until the white Apple logo appears.

Song's in a playlist.......but I can't see it in the Music Library.

The only way I can play the song is by opening it out of the playlist.

I thought playlists were composed of "shortcuts" to the Music Library. So, by definition, anything in a playlist had to be in the library.
