MY phones were hacked on March 12, I was assured I would not be held responsible for any of the charges. I paid my bill on due date and 2 days later my service was suspended. In had to drive 10 miles to a Verizon store for them to call and get them restored. They offered no explanation but said they had taken care of it, NOT, it is back on my bill and higher. I call and put on hold for 15 mins. I guess they will suspend them again this month. I am so tired of dealing with them with this matter. Feed up!

Cyndi6858, help is here! We'd be happy to help figure this out. Just to be sure though, the Droid Maxx should not have an SD card. Is this the Droid Razr Maxx? How did you add the music to the device? Are you able to see the files and folders located on the SD card or device when plugged in?

OVER THE WEEKEND THERE WERE TEXT MESSAGES FROM AN UNKNOWN PERSON TO AND FROM MY HUSBAND. HE CLAIMS HE DOES NOT KNOW THIS PERSON. AT FIRST YOU WOULD CALL THE NUMBER AND IT WOULD JUST RING, THEN THE NEXT DAY THE PHONE WAS TURNED OFF. HIS COMPUTER WAS HACKED INTO A FEW MONTHS AGO. IS IT POSSIBLE FOR SOMEONE TO TEXT MESSAGE FROM HACKING IN TO YOUR APPLE ID?
SOME INSIGHT WOULD BE APPRECIATED AND MIGHT EVEN SAVE A MARRIAGE.

It's highly unlikely that his phone was hacked, but what is possible is that someone has gotten ahold of his Apple ID and password. These at used to log into iMessage. If someone has the credentials, they could log in on their own device and send/receive messages as him. I suggest that he change the password associated with his Apple ID. If he has more than one Apple ID, as many people do, it's best if he changes all of them to avoid confusion.

My phone was Hacked by removing my SIM card for no longer than 30 minutes while I was away form my phone and everything I have ever done and even deleted was downloaded. Does anyone know how this is possible?

Everything I have ever done on my iPhone 4 was downloaded and copied. EVERYTHING! ALL deleted Pictures, texts and emails that had ever gone through my phone were retrieved. My phone was hacked and everything taken. I was told there is a SIM card reader that can do this. I don't even know how I could retirenve this imformation when I don't even have a back-up. If anyone has had an experience like this please tell me. I am completely violated.

Depending on who provides your email service, you may be able to set up a filter or server-side rule and dump them to trash or junk folders. As long as there is some consistency in address domain, header or content you can use as a filter, you may be able to make a general enough rule to catch all or most of them.

Verizon finally said that they would come out and boost the signal but haven't seen anyone in two weeks. I have called Verizon tech help for one year to get help with this, either trade phone or something. I am so frustrated! I picked Verizon for the clear calls and coverage inside hospitals and buildings but it's been terrible. I have had three of these phones replaced. I need a different model like the S4 or the S5 I think cause it's something in this model.

Verizon is quickly becoming the worst cell phone company out there. To read all of these pleas from your loyal customers is just so sad and pitiful. You need to be sued for your data overage charges that you are intentionally imploding on your customers. They have pleaded, very intelligently, with you to do something to fix the issue and you willingly have NOT. As is with my reception issue that I was promised a signal booster for two months ago, so is this issue with the data. You don't follow up and solve the issues. Therefore the courts will find you fraudulent. When I was promised by your super tech that I needed a signal booster and he was sending it out overnight at no charge to me, I was relieved that it would finally be taken care of so I wouldn't lose faith with Verizon. Well, that was two months ago now with no record of it ever being ordered or on my file anywhere. I have since called three more times with hours of conversations about that issue and two more techs have told me they were sending me a signal booster with no follow up what so ever. WOW! That's pitiful! You may not care now, oh but you will later when you lose lots of money and business.

If you have content on your iPhone that isn't on your computer, the best thing is to use the advice in this article to transfer it to your new computer before setting up sync:

It sounds like you are wanting to update the Apps that were synced over from your computer to your new iPhone 5s. If you are clicking Updates in the App Store in the bottom right corner, would you mind clarifying what happens when you are trying to update them?

You can't. If your phone is disabled, the data has already been erased...that's the whole point of the passcode. Your only option now is:
Turn your phone off, then force it into recovery mode & restore it:
Leave the USB cable connected to your computer, but NOT your phone, iTunes running, press & hold the home button while connecting the USB cable to your dock connector, continue holding the home button until you see “Connect to iTunes” on the screen. You may now release the home button. iTunes should now display that it has detected your phone in recovery mode, if not quit and reopen iTunes. Thanls Ernie. I found the solution. My problem was previous to 10.10.3. It looks like the installation of final cut and uninstallation of fcp delte a plugins that was needed for Aperture. I recover from time machine my plugins in Library/frameworks/plugin.manager.framework and now Aperture works ! Ouf....

You may be mixing up two entirely different Adobe products.
1. Adobe Flash Player. Needed to view web pages designed with Flash. Not needed to view PDF files. Not available for Android (not just Sony).
2. Adobe Reader. Reads PDF files. However, the Android can also read most PDF files without needing Adobe Reader.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
