My phone was locked by icloud ID
a seller mobile borrowed my phone and do something for a while, two days later my iphone was locked and i asked him but he don't help me, he is a liar, so what things can i do to prove that phone belongs to me? help me plz.
If a second-hand iOS device has been 'Activation locked' then only the previous owner can unlock it, either by providing you with the account ID and password, or by removing it from his list of devices (as he should have done before selling it) - please see http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4515
If you are unable to contact him to do this then I'm afraid you will not be able to use the device - there is no other way of unlocking it at all. Apple cannot unlock it for you.
You should if possible return it to wherever you bought it and ask for a refund as in this event the device is completely useless.

I think you're out of luck. Telus, AFAIK, does not offer unlocking for the iPhone, but contact them to verify such. If they tell you no, you might as well return it and get your money back, if within the 30 day return window.

Charge it with a wall charger for at least 30 minutes. Then, hold the on/off switch and home button together for at least 15 seconds untill you see the Apple Logo.

You have encountered the new security feature called Activation Lock. It prevents stolen or lost phones from being activated by someone other than the original owner. There is no way to circumvent the Activation Lock. Contact the original owner for assistance or return the phone to where you purchased it an demand a refund.

Contact whichever cell carrier it is now locked to and find out their official unlock policy and whether you qualify.
If you don't know who it is locked to you can call AppleCare and give them the model and serial number. -

Your phone was previously hacked to get it to work on a carrier other than the one it was locked to. Restoring it restored the carrier lock. Only the carrier it is locked to can authorize an unlock. Not all carriers will do this. You will have to find out who it is locked to and contact them.

You should not leave your serial number on a public forum.

Simple fact is, if she can't remember this info, you won't be able to re-activate the phone, it will be a useless for anything other than a paperweight. Called Activation Lock.

Awaiting replyIf the person enters the wrong password 10 times what will happen is that the phone will wipe itself and all of you personal data on it will be removed and cleared from your phone, meaning that at the very least, the person who stole your phone won't be able to access your data on it.
Hopefully if your name and address were on it, you'll get it back, but that obviously depends on the guy who has it now.
Now then, if your phone was purchased from your carrier, they should have the IMEI, so they will hopefully blacklist your phone. And if they do that, even if the person who stole the phone gets access to it after it's been wiped, they won't be able to actually use the phone to make calls and send text messages, so it will basically be a useless device to them or anyone else.

What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>Carrier?
Where/how did you acquire this iPhone? Who is your wireless
provider?

There is nothing at all that anybody here can do to help you. You have come up against the activation lock on the phone that prevents theft and people selling stolen phones.
There is absolutely no way around the activation lock and there is absolutely nothing that you can do - you will need to buy a new iPhone.
You are not addressing Apple here either - this is a user to user technical support forum and nobody here can help you and Apple cannot help you either.
Buy a new phone from a legitimate source - you have purchased either a stolen iPhone or an activation locked phone which you will never be able to use, so you will need to buy a new phone. -
