My phone was stolen, how do I retrieve my pictures from iCloud?
I just finished a 3 week trip in Europe and on the very last day my phone (a 4S) was stolen. It contained all my photos from the trip. It's very unlikely that I will get the phone back, so I am hoping that there's a way to retrieve my photos. The phone was backing up to iCloud (I think), so theoretically everything would be on there.
How can I retrieve my photos? Is there a way to do it from my Macbook? Do I need to wait until I buy a new phone and somehow sync them onto there? Or are they gone forever?
Any help would be very appreciated, I had some extremely important photos on there of my late sister that I don't have anywhere else.
Make sure you are logged into iCloud on your Mac and Photo Stream is on:
System Preferences > iCloud
Open iPhoto > Preferences > Photo Stream > Enable My Photo Stream (and Shared Photo STream too if you want)
Now in the Side Bar There will be a Web section with Photo Stream in it.
Photo Steam only holds photos on the server for 30 days so you will only be able to retieve the last moinths worth of photos. Hopefully you have transfered the rest to your computer.

You can't access photos on icloud.com
Photo stream photos from the last 30 days can be accessed by signing into your iCloud account on your computer (if it meets the necessary system requirements), and enabling photo stream. This article explains how to set this up: http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/.
Camera roll photos can only be recovered by restoring your backup to another iPhone.
Edit: If you have a backup of your phone on your computer, you may be able to extract the photos using 3rd party software such as iPhone Backup Extractor. This will not recover photos stored in an iCloud backup. -

Photo Stream is a sync tool, not a backup solution.
You can get the last 30 days of photos from your Photo Stream by installing and signing into iCloud Contol Panel.
To get your Whatsapp and Camera Roll data you will need to restore it from your backup to another iOS device. -

How do I download them back?Photos are not really stored on icloud, but they can be configured to be included in a backup to icloud. If you had turned on backups to icloud and included photos from the camera roll (these are the only photos that are included in a backup), then you need to restore your device. Since you lost your iTouch, you must use some other device to restore from the icloud backup. You won't be able to do that from a computer - but then again, it's always recommended that you sync photos to a computer for archiving, so hopefully you have them there.
Go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. This will erase your device. Then you will go through the setup screens again as you did when your device was new, and when given the option, select Restore from iCloud Backup. -

If you enabled Find My iPhone on it before it was lost and it is connected to the internet, you can try to track it on icloud.com as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mmfc0f2442. If you didn't enable Find My iPhone on it before it was lost, there is no way to track it.

My ipad was stolen tonight and I accidently removed it from Icloud while trying to erase the data. Is there any way to remotley restore Icloud? Or am I just out of luck?

thanksIf you backed up your other phone to iCloud, you can restore the new one to the backup, which should recover your photos as well as other data and settings. You are given the option to restore to your iCloud backup when you first set up a new phone (see image below). If you already set up your new phone, you'll have to erase it, then go back through the setup again to access this option.
To do this, tap Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings. Then follow the on-screen setup again, choose Restore from iCloud Backup when given the option, then select the backup from your old phone to restore from. Be sure your phone is connected to wifi and your charger as restoring an iCloud backup can take a while to finish. -
