My phone will not viberate at all, how do i get it to viberate?

i have went to settings and messed around in the sounds but it does not seem to work. i have reset, restored and back up my phone and it still wont viberate. what do i do next?

Messing around may have turned off Vibrate. Make sure the settings for Vibrate are on.
Settings > Sounds > Vibrate on .ring and Vibrate on Silent a turned on.
After you are sure vibrate is on look through the various parts of Sounds and Vibration Patterns to make sure you actually have a vibration selected for each activity.
None of that helps then reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

Cconnect it to your computer with the latest version of iTunes installed.

If you're sure Settings are correct then do a reset (Hold Sleep/Wake and Home buttons about 10 secs or more till Apple logo appears)

Music, video and some other stuff are not in your backup. They get synced to your iPod from your iTunes library as part of the update. It appears that the music were not in your iTunes library. You only get one download of music and it is up to your to back it up. However, Apple has been known to allow a redownload. You can contact the Itunes store and ask them. Go here and select iTunes Account and Billing and select the appropriate topic.

and follow one of the "paths" to get what you need or to an Apple customer support employee. One path is to click Contact Support at the bottom of the list of choices, and use the Express Lane.
The iTunes app also has a way to report a problem with a purchase. Select iTunes Store in the sidebar (of the iTunes window). Toward the upper right corner, click on your Apple ID. This gets you to your Account Information screen. Find Purchase History and click See All. On that screen, you can select a specific purchase with that problem, and Report a Problem.

What you are seeing is "iTunes in the Cloud", which is a separate service that allows you to download previously purchased media from the iTunes and App store. This does not require setting up an iCloud account so it's likely you don't have one. (If you don't want to see this previously purchased media available for download in your iTunes library, you can open iTunes and go to Edit>Preferences>Store and uncheck "Show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases".)

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your device after changing your cellphone number. Please power your device off completely and back on. While the device is off please remove your SIM card. Once back on your phone will work.
