Have you tried to start on Safe Mode ! 
Do you have a backup of your device ! If you have it then you can try some drastic steps to recover your device . To do that follow this Knowledge Base :
KB10144  : How to force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader
Please note the above method will delete all data within your device, if you have a previous backup you can restore it from there, Or from BlackBerry Protect if using .
